I'm trying to build a web browser using PyGTK and PyWebKit However, I'm pretty sure my question only concerns PyGTK I have a custom gtk.Notebook class, with an "add tab" button as the last tab. When I click it, it gives me the error /home/ruiqimao/workspace/PyBrowser/src/browser/__init__.py:161: GtkWarning: IA__gdk_window_get_cursor: assertion `GDK_IS_WINDOW (window)' failed gtk.main() twice. And then, my new tab won't show up. I have no idea what is going on, so here is my whole code If any of you could help me, that would be great! Thanks! Well i am a bit confused.. I saw a service known as Zopim.. What they do is they provide you with a small piece of code: such as  <script type="text/javascript"> document.write(unescape("%3Cscript src=\'" + document.location.protocol + "//zopim.com/?zopim\' type=\'text/javascript\'%3E%3C/script%3E")); </script>  you just need to place it in the footer and ur done.. Can any body let me know how this works and from where i can learn this.. + how can they even set the CSS with this and also the looks? Awaiting for your replies... Thanks

Facebook like box not working on mobile browser

I'm writing a simple splash page for a client to hold a like box widget: <iframe src="http://www.facebook.com/plugins/likebox.php?id=***********&width=238&connections=4&stream=false&header=false&height=200" scrolling="no" frameborder="0" style="border:none; overflow:hidden; width:238px; height:200px;" allowTransparency="true"></iframe> The page displays fine, with the like box, but when you click on the like it depresses without prompting the user to logon and does not update facebook. This behavior seems to be on mobile browsers only. On desktop browsers (ie8, firefox, safari) it works just fine. Anyone had this happen, and if so what was their solution?

The image is stored in /Content/img folder... What am I doing wrong?

Remove class when move to next menu item

I have a simple nav made up of the following HTML; <div class="inner"> <div class="button"><img class="portal" src="images/portalbutton.png" /></div> <a href="#"><div class="prod_description"> </div></a> </div> There are a number of items (All set to float left along side each other) to make up a nav bar. When I hover over .button and/or .prod_description I want the .inner <div> to have the class .hover added to it. This is so I can set a background image around the whole thing (Kind of like highlighting the nav item). I only then want to remove .hover when another .button or .prod_description is hovered over, in which case this nav item takes the .hover class.

Show transparent color filter on a View after clicking it

So. You know how when you click a post in the Google+ app, the entire View becomes blue. I want to do that as well, but with an ImageView. I have the following code snippet, setting the actual image as the background and the selector as the main resource. This looks good, but doesn't respect scaleType for the background image: <ImageView android:id="@+id/painting_image" android:layout_width="match_parent" android:layout_height="200dp" android:background="@drawable/img" android:src="@drawable/selector" android:scaleType="centerCrop" /> By the way, @drawable/selector is just a selector that shows a tranparent color for state_pressed: <item android:state_pressed="true"> <shape xmlns:android="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android"> <solid android:color="#44521400" /> </shape></item> How can I make this work while respecting the scaleType?

Saving full page content using Selenium

Hi all, I was wondering what's the best way to save all the files that are retrieved when Selenium visits a site. In other words, when Selenium visits http://www.google.com I want to save the HTML, JavaScript (including scripts referenced in src tags), images, and potentially content contained in iframes. How can this be done? I know getHTMLSource() will return the HTML content in the body of the main frame, but how can this be extended to download the complete set of files necessary to render that page again. How to show, not download, images in apache?

I'm dynamically generating some charts using mod_python, in .png and .pdf formats. When a user points to /some/path/some_imagefile_name.png, I want to show the image within the browser, like in this url. I also want the image to be accessible from an HTML <img src=> tag. So far, whenever I point my browser to a .png address from my server, the .png and .pdf are automatically downloaded instead of being viewed. How should I fix this? I tagged this under Apache, since I figured it would be an Apache config thing. If it's not, please point me towards the right direction.
