    Hello, I started learning DBIx::class and I reach the point where you have to create the Objects that represents tables. Should this classes be created manually ( hard coding all the fields and relationships.....) or there is a way to generate them automatically using the database schema.     Hello guys, I have a function that takes variadic arguments, that I obtain from func_get_args(). This function needs to call a constructor with those arguments. However, I don't know how to do it. With call_user_func, you can call functions with an array of arguments, but how would you call a constructor from it? I can't just pass the array of arguments to it; it must believe I've called it "normally". Thank you!

  • Pound symbol not displaying on web page

    Hello I have a mysql database table to store country name and currency symbol - the CHARSET has correctly set to UTF8. This is example data inserted into the table insert into country ( country_name, currency_name, currency_code, currency_symbol) values ('UK','Pounds','GBP','£'); When I look in the database - the pound symbol appears fine - but when I retrieve it from the database and display it on the website - a weird square symbol shows up with a question mark inside instead of the pound symbol.     Hello, I'm trying to build a facebook like search for my software. I'd like to query the table customers. I've set up a FULLTEXT Index and tried the next query SELECT * FROM Customer where CONTAINS(*,'*ann*') The query does return all the customers named Ann, but it doesn't return all the customers name Anne. Is there a way to create prefix search on SQL SERVER 2008 using FTS? Thanks.

  • How to create dependencies in automake?

    Hello, I have a Makefile.am file right now that looks like this: lib_LIBRARIES = foo.a foo_a_SOURCES = bar.F90 baz.F90 When compiled, bar.F90 gives bar.o. However, bar.F90 depends on several other Fortran files (cat.F90, dog.F90, pig.F90). I want to set up Automake to rebuild bar.o if the source of one of these dependencies change. I've been reading the GNU manuals for automake/autoconf and was unable to find a solution to this. Thanks for reading.

  • Troubleshooting Facebook's graph.put_object that returns error 400

    I am using Facebook Python's SDK along with Google App Engine, and making a call to do a checkin: graph.put_object("me", "checkins", message="Hello, world", place="165039136840558", coordinates='{"latitude":"38.2454064", "longitude":"-122.0434404"}') However, this throws an error 400 Bad Request and I don't seem to be able to try catch it so I can have the important information. On a bad request, Facebook should return, an object like below which can help troubleshoot and address the issue, but I am not sure how I can retrieve this object: { "error": { "type" : "OAuthException", "message" : "An active access token must be used to query information about the current user." } }

    Hello. I'm having a problem with the module subprocess. I'm running a script from python through: subprocess.Popen('./run_pythia.sh',shell=True).communicate() and sometimes it just blocks and it doesn't finish to execute the script. Before I was using .wait() instead of .communicate() but then because of this: http://dcreager.net/2009/08/06/subprocess-communicate-drawbacks/ I changed to .communicate(). Nevertheless the problem continues. Can anyone help me?
