• HTML divs can go outside browser window??

  I was playing around with ASP.NET Web Parts which has a "drop down" div. It's all the way to the right of the page. When I click to bring it up, it goes off the window.   I have some strings that need a-strippin': ÃœT: 9.996636,76.294363 Tons of long strings of location codes. A literal regex in PHP won't match them, IE $pattern = /ÃœT:/; echo preg_replace($pattern, "", $row['location']); Won't match/strip anything. (To know it's working, /T:/ does strip the last bit of that string). What's the encoding error doing on here? Alternately, I would accept a concise way to take out just the numbers.

  Hi, I would like to check a opened .txt file for braces that open and close like below: file { nextopen { //content } } no this is not my own language or anything, but I want to get say the nextopen function and all the contents inside the brackets, and all the stuff from inside the file function and add it to an array if you know what i mean. so all the content inside the braces will be in an array. if you know how to do this please reply.

  I'm considering storing some date values as ints. i.e 201003150900 Excepting the fact that I lose any timezone information, is there anything else I should be concerned about with his solution? Any queries using this column would be simple 'where after or before' type lookups. i.e Where datefield is less than 201103000000 (before March next year). currently the app is using MSSQL2005.   I have a web service project that needs to be set to use Integrated Windows Authentication after installation. Normally, I would install the web service, then manually go to IIS and make sure the box is checked for Integrated Windows Authentication. There has to be a way to do this through code. I have looked up on using the Installer class. It looks like this is something I could use, but I have not found anything on setting properties programmatically in IIS.

  How do I go about getting the isapi_rewrite working on IIS 6.0? My shared hosting account supports ISAPI_Rewrite - I've run the provided tests to confirm. I'm only able to access the index page of my Zend PHP project, but get the 404 error for other actions in my index controller class definition. I've basically placed the code: [ISAPI_Rewrite] RepeatLimit 20 RewriteRule (?!\.(js|ico|gif|jpg|png|css|swf))$ index.php in an httpd.ini access file in my wwwroot directory. Is there anything I'm missing?
