let's say we have an image that contain square,circle and other few object at some distance and now i want to find the length between these object using c#.
Has anyone had any luck in altering the plug-in code so that one might animate an object in "3d" space for only a 1/4 or 1/2 turn?
As it stands, an object must complete a full circle before stopping or looping.
And for those who haven't seen it yet: http://css-tricks.com/examples/Circulate/
Is it possible? I'm learning canvas at the moment, and while it's fun to position objects programmatically, it would be most interesting to come up with a way to align them to a curve.
E.g. align a series of squares back to back along a wavy line or a circle.
Is there a color picker dialog for Qt like the following?
Also it needs to have a OnColorChanged signal which is called when ever the selected color changes. I want to give a live preview when they are changing the colors, that is why.
Using google I could only find this one that was a triangle in side of a circle and personally I think it looks ugly.
I'm curious about infinite numbers in computing, in particular pi.
For a computer to render a circle it would have to understand pi. But how can it if it is infinite?
Am I looking too much into this? Would it just use a rounded value?
I'm using OpenGL and was told I should draw circles at each vertex of my outline to get smoothness. I tried this and it works great. The problem is speed. It crippled my application to draw a circle at each vertex. I'm not sure how else to fix the anomaly of my outlines other than circles, but using display lists and trying with vertex array both were brutally slow. Thanks
I am creating an app with thumbnail views of my content. I would like to put a "delete" badge in the upper left corner of each thumbnail like the one you see either when deleting apps from the iphone/ipad home screen. It is typically a black circle with an 'X' inside.
Is this a badge or image file made available somehow through the SDK?

To draw a circle on map I have a center GLatLng (A) and a radius (r) in meters.
Here's a diagram:
-----------
--/ \--
-/ \-
/ \

/ r \
| *-------------*
\ A / B
\ /

-\ /-
--\ /--

How to calculate the GLatLng at position B? Assuming that r is parallel to the equator.
Getting the radius when A and B is given is trivial using the GLatLng.distanceFrom() method - but doing it the other way around not so. Seems that I need to do some heavier math.
I recently reopened a project and on trying to debug the breakpoint only shows as a red circle and gives the following message
"The breakpoint will not currently be hit. No symbols have been loaded for this document"
I notice there are no PB files in the bin directory.
I presume I need to rebuild the debug files. Does anybody know how to go about this?
Any help much appreciated.
Hello,
when my user enters data validated as wrong a red circle with a white exclamation mark is shown in the right part of the textbox with the wrong data. The error message is only shown when the user hovers the textbox with wrong data.
Do you think that is a bad User experience ?
I could show the red error message text to the right side of the textboxes if there would still be space...
I have a javascript variable that basically looks like this:
my_svg_image = '<circle cx="227.58331298828125" cy="102" r="3" style="fill:black;stroke-width:0" />';
It was loaded from my database. Is there a way I can parse that string and add it to the DOM with Javascript? I have svgweb set up, but don't see how I can get it to parse this string. Are there other libraries that might help?
How do I determine if a point is inside or outside a polygon that lies on the the surface of the earth?
The inside of the polygon can be determined via the right hand rule, ie. the inside of the polygon is on your right hand side when you walk around the polygon.
The polygon may
Circle either pole
Cross the 180 longitude
Cover more than 50% of the globe
As the globe is a sphere the normal ray crossing algorithms do not work correctly.
Is there any way to force a radio button or check box to show properly in a toolbar? The circle/check box always disappears once its placed inside a toolbar.

The ellipse is actually a circle. I know all the coordinates of both things, I just need to know whether or not a line goes through an ellipse.
Is this built in anywhere? SPecifically I am using QGraphicsEllipseIem and QLine but i can convert them to any other type
thanks
For some odd reason, my project is generating two icons, same name, launches the same project, in the app drawer. I can't figure out what is causing this. Does anyone have any suggestions?

The M in the white circle is my default icon. If you view the screenshot, you'll see it appears twice. I've checked the applications area, and it is only installed once.
Hello,
I am using rails 3:
I would like to render a portion of view which is build by a 'notification' method in message class
so I've add in my application.html.erb :
<li><%= render :action => "notification", :controller => "messages" %></li>
The goal of my file notification.html.erb is to display in a red circle the number of notifications in all my pages.
I don't think I am in the good way, any ideas ?
Thanks all :)
That little "i" with a circle around it on the iPhone, like on the bottom right hand side of the screen in the Weather application, is there a way we can use that icon in the SDK? Thanks.
I have a view that only has a button UIButton. First time clicking the button will draw a square above the button and the second time will replace the square with a circle.
I need some help on writing the controller code. Please guide me to the right path. Thanks
Hi,
What's the best way to implement showing a number in a small circle on a UITableView row, much like is seen on the 'Inbox' row in the image below?
Thanks,
I had a mutable array of size 15.
The array has different radius values.
I need to divide the circle into 15(array size) divisions
And draw each arc with the radius from mutable array.
I'm trying to use the angularjs tooltip directive on my d3 visualisation, so I have something like
var node = svg.selectAll(".node")
.data(nodes)
.enter().append("circle")
.attr("tooltip-append-to-body", true)
.attr("tooltip", function(d) {
return d.name;
})
// ... attributes
However, the tooltips are not showing. Do I need to $compile or something? I've tried wrapping it around $timeout too, but that didn't work.
I've lost link to free file browser which can be integrated with ckeditor. I'm looking for it for about 5 hours and no luck, so could you help ? Problem is that I remeber nothing except page had red circle favicon with white text, name was with "net" and "4" . I'll be thankful for help
