  When creating a new .resx file anywhere in my solution, I would like the following properties to be other than the default: Copy to Output Directory: Copy if newer Custom Tool namespace: Booking.Resources Access Modifier: public Is there any way I can change the default Visual Studio behavior on creation of these files, so I don't have to make the above changes manually each time?

  I noticed that doxygen uses the graphviz library for creating diagrams. Have you ever used graphviz for generating documentation? Is it worth learning the graphviz for documentation purposes outside the scope of doxygen? Or am I better off to sticking with a standard data modeling package like Visio? I understand the merits of it as a graphing library, but for trying to represent more complex UML (or similar) is it still worth looking into?

  I am creating a web application that is accessing a SQLite database in the server. I also have "clients" that updates this same database. As we know SQLite locks the entire database during INSERTs which are done by the clients and the web application is also trying to make some UPDATEs at the same time. So my problem now is about concurrency in database access. I would like to use an embeddable database like SQLite. Any suggestions.

• Accidentally created VB.NET project instead of C#

  This should seem simple enough, but can't figure it out. I was porting a project out of MonoDevelop and into VS2008, but I accidently created the project as VB.NET instead of C#. Now ReSharper and any syntax highlighting is throwing a fit because it's trying to validate it as VB. How do I tell it to treat it as a C# project without creating a whole new one?

Creating a .Net APP server from scratch seems a daunting task, even if it 'stands on the shoulders' of Argotic. Maybe a .Net rewrite of Apache Abdera (or other O/S implementation) would be easier. • What is the recommended approach to add static subdomains to a website?

  I would like to create a few static subdomains like: mycategory.mydomain.com in a rather small website and would like it to point to the folder: mydomain.com/mycategory without showing such redirection in browser address bar. What is an easiest way to achieve it? I can do it in either IIS settings, asp.net, C# code, etc I guess there are better ways then creating a few separate Sites in IIS - one for each subdomain.

I assigned these styles to the child window: WS_CHILDWINDOW | WS_VISIBLE | WS_VSCROLL | WS_HSCROLL | WS_SIZEBOX | WS_CAPTION The child window I get has a caption and a resizable border. However there's no close button in the caption, and the caption/border of the child window is not transparent (I'm using the aero theme in windows 7). How to add close button to the caption? How can I make the caption/border transparent?
