  • Simple CSS dropdown menu does not work in IE6 or 7 - please help.

    Hi there. I'm using a very simple CSS dropdown menu which works well in most modern browsers. Unfortunately it must also work in IE6 and 7, which it currently does not.     Hi, I've configured my emacs to use M-j as backward-char by (global-set-key (kbd "M-j") 'backward-char) ; was indent-new-comment-line in my .emacs file. This works fine in many modes (text/org/lisp). But in c++-mode & php-mode it is bound to the default c-indent-new-comment-line How can I bind M-j to use backward-char in these modes too.   • Dojo datagrid won't display inside another div

    Hi, Trying to get a Dojo datagrid working - have duplicated the first example on the documentation page (http://docs.dojocampus.org/dojox/grid/DataGrid) & it works just fine. However, when I try to display the grid inside another div (i.e. putting 'gridContainer4' from the example inside any other div) nothing displays... Any help much appreciated - can't find anything about this anywhere online!

    I'm using the org.jboss.seam.security.openid.OpenId class to login user's to my seam webapp. Currently I'm saving the validatedId (openid.getValidatedId()) into the database, and asking the user to provide their own email address and first and last name after logging in. I'm using Google, Yahoo, AOL, and MyOpenID for the openId Providers. Is there any way to retrieve the email address and or first/last name of the user without having them enter this in manually?

My service requires digest authentication and I would to make that part of my testing. Each of my services accepts a @Context SecurityContext securityContext parameter. Is there any way is inject a fake SecurityContext in the dispatcher so that I can test that my security methods function properly?

    i am getting JSON data from http://abinet.org/?json=1 and displaying the titles in a ListView. the code is working fine but the problem is, it is skipping few titles in my ListView and one title is being repeated.   • IE CSS bug: table border showing div with visibility: hidden, position: absolute

    The issue I have a <div> on a page which is initially hidden with a visibility: hidden; position: absolute. The issue is that if a <div> hidden this way contains a table which uses border-collapse: collapse and has a border set on it cells, that border still shows "through" the hidden <div> on IE. Try this for yourself by running the code below on IE6 or IE7. You should get a white page, but instead you will see: Possible workaround Since this is happening on IE and not on other browsers, I assume that this is an IE bug. One workaround is to add the following code which will override the border: .hide table tr td { border: none; } I am wondering: Is this a known IE bug? Is there a more elegant solution/workaround? Both A and B are of type HashSet but I think the algorithm could be made more generation (IEnumerable or even ISet)? I could use a solution in either vb.net or C#.

I can implement the SIMILARTO function in C++ using the Levenshtein distance (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Levenshtein_distance), but how do hook the function in a dll to a mySQL implementation?
