• How do you enable block folding for Python comments in TextMate?

  In TextMate 1.5.10 r1623, you get little arrows that allow you to fold method blocks: Unfortunately, if you have a multi-lined Python comment, it doesn't recognize it, so you can't fold it: def foo(): """ How do I fold these comments? """ print "bar" TextMate has this on their site on how to customize folding: http://manual.macromates.com/en/navigation_overview#customizing_foldings ...but I'm not skilled in regex enough to do anything about it. TextMate uses the Oniguruma regex API, and I'm using the default Python.tmbundle updated to the newest version via GetBundles. Does anyone have an idea of how to do this?   I was reading the static maps API, and it says you can include a custom marker in the GET params. You simply link to an image file. I now have a second Google Map within an iframe, and was wondering if you can attach custom markers via the GET params to it? Here is the src attribute of the iframe currently. http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&source=s_q&hl=en&geocode=&q=111+Fake+Street+Noosaville+Queensland+Australia&ie=UTF8&output=embed I can't seem to find the documentation on how to do this, if possible.   Since there are so many valid characters for email addresses, are there any valid email addresses that can in themselves be XSS attacks or SQL injections? I couldn't find any information on this on the web. The local-part of the e-mail address may use any of these ASCII characters: Uppercase and lowercase English letters (a–z, A–Z) Digits 0 to 9 Characters ! # $ % & ' * + - / = ? ^ _ ` { | } ~ Character .   I followed the tutorial here http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/vstudio/Video/bb735001 which is for VS2005. I am on VS2010. After the Wizard finished, it says A project of same name is already opened in the solution. What's the matter? I tried several times changing the name of the vspackage to be sure but always same result. Update: I tried in Visual Studio 2008 and it doesn't occur so it's really a bug in VS2010 ! Did someone try ?

We're running PHP5 on the server and we try to find a good way for managing errors and status reports that arises from the usage of our functions. While using return in functions, the execution is ended, so nothing more can be sent back. Right? What's the best practice to send a status information or error code upon ending execution of actual function?   I love VI and I'm looking for a plugin of some sort that would allow me to input text in my browser (preferably Firefox or Chrome) using VI commands. It would save me an immense amount of time and at the same time when writing long emails. Can anyone think of any plugins that would allow me to do this? I was hopeful with Vimperator (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/4891) but after installing it, I realized that it didn't do the one VI think I wanted to do: create or edit a text box with VI commands. It just allowed me to do Browser commands and scrolling in VI-style.

  I'm beginning work on a project that will access a Drupal site to create nodes on the site. This includes file uploading, as the project is to allow people to upload pictures en mass to a Drupal site with minimal ado. Note that my application is written in .Net. What I would like to know is the best approach to achieve the same? Based on initial research it looks like there are several options: 1. XML-RPC 2. Custom PHP module deployed in drupal. But, what is the way to invoke it from .Net? 3. Use a cron job to pick up the files from a watch folder. And add a cron_hook in my module to deploy the file.

• Localizing other pages in Settings.bundle

  I have other pages within my app preferences which are stored as separate files within the settings.bundle. It has come time to localize my app and I can only seem to get the Root values to localize. I was wondering whether there was a trick? The following image shows that my second screen is stored within a file called "MyPrefs.plist" and I have created a corresponding named file "MyPrefs.strings" in the en.lproj directory. Mirroring the same naming and location as the Root.plist and Root.strings. The values with the Root.plist are converted as expected but not in the extra screen. Is there any trick to localizing secondary screens with the settings.bundle?

  Maybe I'm an idiot but I don't quite get what goes in the header of my HTML to use XHTML w/ HTML5. Please explain to me as if I was stupid :) what that means in a practical sense? "deliver the documents"? Meaning html? What happens to php? What are the steps required to set up your web server this way?

  I have a custom font family embedded in my WPF application which I can reference by specifying a base URI and font family name. new FontFamily(new Uri("pack://application:,,,/Fonts/"), "./#My Custom Font Family"); However, when I copy a selection which uses this font the xaml on the clipboard resembles the following <Run Text="Foo" FontFamily="./#My Custom Font Family" /> When I paste into the same RichTextBox I lose the font as it falls back to the system default because - When a FontFamily is specified as an attribute in markup, the base URI value is always implied—its value is the URI of the XAML page. http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.windows.media.fontfamily.aspx and my xaml page is not located in the same directory as the custom font family. Any ideas for a workaround?

• Dropdown in Access 2007 parameter query. Why not working

  Hello, I want a Access parameter query to ask an user for a value (a location in this case). When I type [Enter location] in the Criteria field it works fine: I get a dialog box (Enter Parameter Value) with a textbox and my text (Enter Location). So far, so good. This works (the result also). But now I want a dropdown/combobox (instead of a textbox ) for the user to pick a location. I made a form and type Forms![Form1]![CmbLocation] in the Criteria field.   Why my "mainRegion.Activate(view);" doesn't display the view on screen? It only works if I remove the default view that registered (RegisterViewWithRegion) in ModuleInit.cs though I don't put .Activate() after I added a View. But a problem occurs if I move to other module, and get back to module which default view has been removed, I get blank page. Any clues? • Fastest implementation of the frac function in C#

  I would like to implement a frac function in C# (just like the one in hsl here http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb509603%28VS.85%29.aspx) but since it is for a very processor intensive application i would like the best version possible. I was using something like public float Frac(float value) { return value - (float)Math.Truncate(value); } but I'm having precision problems, for example for 2.6f it's returning in the unit test Expected: 0.600000024f But was: 0.599999905f I know that I can convert to decimal the value and then at the end convert to float to obtain the correct result something like this: public float Frac(float value) { return (float)((decimal)value - Decimal.Truncate((decimal)value)); } But I wonder if there is a better way without resorting to decimals...

I know that i would have to create a logger instance and add a file-handler or a console-handler to it but how can i pass this logger instance to the class?
