  Here's a simplification of my code that I'm having problems with, in regards to layering. <ul id="main_menu"> <li>Option 1 <ul id="submenu1"> <li>link</li> <li>link</li> <li>link</li> </ul> </li> <li>Option 2 <ul id="submenu2"> <li>link</li> <li>link</li> <li>link</li> </ul> </li> </ul> My issue is that submenu2 seems to be above Option 1. I have tried to give them appropriate z-indexes, but they don't seem to work... I'm assuming because submenu2 is a child of Option 2, and has no relevance to Option 1. Any idea of any work around that would help resolve my issue? I'm using large graphics for most of these links, so the overlapping is quite obvious.

  Hello and thanks for any support. So I have an API that is expecting an escaped xml as part of the query params. so I tried a couple of things. <Set> <QueryParams> <QueryParam name="xml">%3CcreateSession%3E%3CapiKey+type%3D%22integer%22%3123123123123123123%3C%2FapiKey%3E%3C%2FcreateSession%3E</QueryParam> </QueryParams> </Set> this actually gets extra escaped and we end up with an invalid xml <Set> <QueryParams> <QueryParam name="xml"> <createSession><apiKey type=\"integer\">123123123123</apiKey> </createSession> </QueryParam> </QueryParams> </Set> this one is not even saved. <Payload variablePrefix="#" variableSuffix="#" contentType="application/json"> { 'xml': '<createSession><apiKey type=\"integer\">123123123123</apiKey></createSession>'} </Payload> this is not helping me either. so what would be the best way to add an xml to the params without getting extra escaped or escaped only once

  I created a web service using JAX-WS in RSA 7.5 and Websphere 7 using bottom-up approach. When I open the WSDL in SOAP UI, then the arguments section is appearing like this: <!--Optional--> <arg0> <empID>?</empId> </arg0> <!--Optional--> <arg1> <empName>?</empName> </arg1> <!--Optional--> <arg2> <empAddress>?</empAddress> </arg2> <!--Optional--> <arg3> <empCountry>?</empCountry> </arg3> The service method takes the above 4 elements as the parameters to return the employee details. 1) I want to rename this arg0, arg1, and so on with some valid names. 2) I want to remove the <!--optional--> present above the arg tags. (For removing the <!--optional--> from elements name, I used @XMLElement(required=true)). But I am not sure where exactly to use this annotation in this case :( Please help. Regards,

  I want an XML stylesheet (XSLT) that will put the attributes of a few, specific, child nodes one-to-a-line. What is the XSLT for this? I recently asked a related question that someone offered a stylesheet to solve but their stylesheet didn't work for some reason, and I am curious why -- the attributes simply didn't end up one-per-line. • Sendmail Failing to Forward Locally Addressed Mail to Exchange Server

  I've recently gained employment as a web developer with a small company. What they neglected to tell me upon hire was that I would be administrating the server along with my other daily duties. Now, truth be told, I'm not clueless when it comes to these things, but this is my first rodeo working with a rack server/console.. However, I'm confident that I will be able to work through any solutions you provide. Short Description: When a customer places an order via our (Magento CE 1.8.1.0) website, a copy of said order is supposed to be BCC'd to our sales manager. I say supposed because this was a working feature before the old administrator left. Long Description: Shortly after I started, we had a server crash which required a server restart. After restart, we noticed a few features on our site weren't working, but all those have been cleaned up except this one. I had to create an account on our server for root access. When a customer places an order, our sites software (Magento CE 1.8.1.0) is configured to BCC the customers order email to our sales manager. We use a Microsoft Exchange 2007 Server for our mail, which is hosted on a different machine (in-house) that I don't have access to ATM, but I'm sure I could if needed. As far as I can tell, all other external emails work.. Only INTERNAL email addresses fail to deliver. I know this because I've also tested my own internal address via our website. I set up an account with an internal email, made a test order, and never received the email. I changed my email for the account to an external GMail account, and received emails as expected. Let's dive into the logs and config's. For privacy/security reasons, names have been changed to the following: domain.com = Our Top Level Domain. email.local = Our Exchange Server. example.com = ANY other TLD. OLDadmin = Our previous Server Administrator. NEWadmin = Me. SALES@ = Our Sales Manager. Customer# = A Customer.   There is a computer I use for Hadoop map/reduce testing. This computer runs 4 Linux virtual machines (using Oracle virtual box). Each of them has Cloudera with Hadoop (distribution c3u4) installed and serves as a node of Hadoop cluster. One of those 4 nodes is master node running namenode and jobtracker, others are slave nodes. Normally I use this cluster from local network for testing. However when I try to access it from another network I cannot send any jobs to it. The computer running Hadoop cluster has public IP and can be reached over internet for another services. For example I am able to get HDFS (namenode) administration site and map/reduce (jobtracker) administration site (on ports 50070 and 50030 respectively) from remote network. Also it is possible to use Hue. Ports 8020 and 8021 are both allowed. What is blocking my map/reduce job submits from reaching the cluster? Is there some setting that I must change first in order to be able to submit map/reduce jobs remotely? • web.config inheritance problem

  Hello everyone, I am having an issue when I try and prevent inhertiance from a parent web.config down to a child specifically related to the node. My parent web.config contains about a dozen appSettings values while my child web.config contains none. Now, I originally began wrapping around only my system.net, web, etc nodes however when I ran my child application I recieved the following error: The configuration section 'appSettings' cannot be read because it is missing a section declaration I really wasn't sure what this meant and a google search didn't yield me any decent results so I attempted to move the location node to also encompass the field in my parent web.config but to no avail. My child web.config is pretty vanilla so I am not sure what the problem is. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated! Thanks. • XHTML / CSS help?

  Basically on GunChester my project I have an few pixel wide gap between #login_top (top image holder) and the 3 CSS col's below, #login_left, #login_centre and #login_right so that my first question why? and how can I fix this, this is in FF, Chrome and IE. Secondly the BG image seems to be overlaying twice as in its stretched at the top then the full picture does display as it should. I did have it working but when trying to fix the pixel gap I must of messed something up but no idea what, so it is now going pear shape, lease help with both these situations :)? When I click on the RouteLink in the partial InactiveUsers view, it should bring me to the reset password page with a url that looks like this: http://localhost:83/ControlPanel/changeUserPassword/[email protected], HOWEVER, what happens when I click on the RouteLink is an error is thrown to say that the view changeUserPassword cannot be found, and the URL looks like this: http://localhost:83/ControlPanel/changeUserPassword/example1%40gmail.com - See how the '@' symbol gets messed up? I've also debugged through the code, and in my GET changeUserPassword, the username is populating correctly: [email protected], so I'm thinking it's just the URL that's messing it up? If I type in the URL manually, the changeUserPassword view displays, however the password reset function does not work. An 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object' exception is thrown at the if (mu.ChangePassword(mu.ResetPassword(), password)) line. I think if I could solve the first issue (URL '@' symbol problem) it might help me along with my second issue.   Hard to come up with a good title for this question. What I really need is to be able to provide template parameters with different number of arguments in place of a single parameter. Doesn't make a lot of sense so I'll go over the reason: template < typename T, template <typename,typename> class Policy = default_policy > struct policy_based : Policy<T, policy_based<T,Policy> > { // inherits R Policy::fun(arg0, arg1, arg2,...,argn) }; // normal use: policy_base<type_a> instance; // abnormal use: template < typename PolicyBased > // No T since T is always the same when you use this struct custom_policy {}; policy_base<type_b,custom_policy> instance; The deal is that for many abnormal uses the Policy will be based on one single type T, and can't really be parameterized on T so it makes no sense to take T as a parameter. For other uses, including the default, a Policy can make sense with any T. I have a couple ideas but none of them are really favorites. I thought that I had a better answer--using composition instead of policies--but then I realized I have this case where fun() actually needs extra information that the class itself won't have. This is like the third time I've refactored this silly construct and I've got quite a few custom versions of it around that I'm trying to consolidate. I'd like to get something nailed down this time rather than just fish around and hope it works this time. So I'm just fishing for ideas right now hoping that someone has something I'll be so impressed by that I'll switch deities. Anyone have a good idea? Edit: You might be asking yourself why I don't just retrieve T from the definition of policy based in the template for default_policy. The reason is that default_policy is actually specialized for some types T.
