Postfix sendmail bypass restrictions [on hold]

I have setup a postfix/dovecot mail server and all thing work fine! BUT: I use virtual mailboxes and when you try to send a mail to a non existent mailbox via telnet postfix will punch you... But if you use sendmail, all restricitons are bypassed... This is bad becuase dovecot does not know what to do with this mail! It will stay in the queue for ever... How can I force sendmail to use normal smtp?

Changing MS Project to 20-hour or 30-hour week.

I'm working on a project in MS Project and the default is a 40-hour week. I'm putting each individual task in based on a number of hours, not days. I'd like to have the whole thing set up and computing at 40-hour weeks, and then change it to 20 hours and have the project recompute. How do I do this? I think it has something to do with changing the "project calendar" but I can't quite figure it out.

I have two columns "Baseline Finish Date" and "Re-forecast Finish Date" and I would like to highlight the dates that for each task, is different in those columns. Meaning the tasks that suffered a re-forecast due to other circumstances, and does not equal to the original dates. I also would like a filter that does the same thing as above, showing only this different date tasks.

I have found the split command quite useful, but I have a problem I can't seem to figure out of... how do I unsplit?? I can split split using ^A S and switch between them using ^A ^I, but can't figure out how to remove a split...

Do newer physical interfaces make a better linux firewall?

At work we use an old (10 year old) linux box with 4 interfaces to act as router/firewall for the network. There's never really been a need to change it since it's stable and handles all our needs. I'm wondering, though, would replacing the network interfaces with newer ones provide a benefit? Besides the obvious bandwidth increase (eg. 100MBit to GBit), would there be a latency reduction, or do newer cards pretty much do the same thing as old ones?

How do I create a Word 2007 form that will tab between text fields, and not within the text field?

I am trying to create a protected form in MS Word 2007. However, once created it won't tab between the text fields, or from a text field to the next field, it only tabs inside of the text fields. It will tab to the next field for everything else, ie date boxes, list boxes, etc. I have tried using the Rich Text control, the Plain Text control, the Text Form field and the Text Box control and it all does the same thing.

Any third party tools for Rackspace Cloud Monitoring data?

We have a decent number of Rackspace accounts and I'm adding the RS monitoring agent on most of my production servers. Thing is in order to view a snapshot of what is happening on each server I have to login to that specific account and then click that specific server. I'm wondering if there are any 3rd party tools out there that I can aggregate this data and display it like it's displayed when I login to Rackspace and view it from a dashboard. Anyone know of anything like that?

crontable OR conditions

Crontable parameters seem to function as 'ands' conditions. So the example 0 9-5 * * 1-5 Runs when the conditions are met "minute is zero AND hour is between 9 and 5 AND day is between monday and friday". What I'd like is an 'or' function, so I can say "run monday to friday OR the 8th day of the month". Does such a thing exist? I realise you could add two entries, but with lots of entries it adds something to forget.

Is there a bundle/plugin/etc for TextMate to enable function declaration search across files?

Many modern IDEs provide the ability to jump to the function declaration by using a simple shortcut or special mouse click on a function call. This is the one thing that stops TextMate from being my one IDE to rule them all. So far I find TextMate great for web development and scripting, but doing large scale C++ or Java development on it can feel a little handicapped.

I am using Word 2007 and am trying to use the combo: Ctrl + mouse scroll To zoom in and out of the doc. This function works fine in other programs (like google-chrome) Is there a place to fix this ? edit: I found out that when I scroll the mouse FAST the desired effect happens. I would like it to also work with slower scrolling. The thing is also that on any other program - the scrolling acts as normal. (so this is not a system wide preference)

Eg if in Chrome (beta v9, OSX Snow Leopard) I double click on the text define:superuser, and I click on the superuser part of that line, it should only select superuser, not the whole thing. 100% utilization on amazon server

Good day, I would just like to know if you guys have any idea what could be the possible cause for a sudden disconnection of clients and 100% cpu utilization in our amazon server. This problem just started 2 days ago and in both occasion it happened at 7 plus in the morning gmt+8. What we usually do is just reset the socket for it to normalize and then on the next day same thing happened at 7 in the morning every client is disconnected from the server.

Secure Standalone Server Plus Firewall Unit [closed]

Hi I am using jquery 1.3.2 and asp.net mvc 1.0. Originally I was using some other rich html editor but I ran into one major problem when a user pasted in text from open office or MS office it would bring along tons of styling junk. If a user like wrote one sentence what was like 25 characters and pasted that into my current html editor the count would 25,000 characters and I don't want to store all that junk( I can't afford to). So tinyMCE seems to not have this problem. However I got some questions. It seems if you want to use for commercial use(what my site is but currently is not making very much at this time) you need to get a commercial license. However it does not say if it is free or if it will cost money. I am assuming it means that you will have to pay but I would like to confirm this. So do you have to pay for a license to use tinyMCe if your using it for commercial use? (Yes/ No) ------------------ Answer the following questions if you said "no" to the first question ----------- So would I use the jQuery package then or is it better to use the other versions? How to parse out MS Word formatting?

I have a rich html textbox on my asp.net mvc application. The rich html textbox is some jquery plugin that I use and has basic stuff like bold,underline and etc. Now I am anticipating that people will maybe write something in word and then copy and paste it into my textbox. However I limit the number of characters a person can have. This is a test to show how much formatting gets made. • One • Two • Three So I wrote that above(it does not copy to well into here). Basically it is a line of text and "how" is bold and the "one,two,three" are a bullet list. Word says it is 70 characters long with spacing. User Input That Involves A ' ' Causes A Substring Out Of Range Error

Hi Stackoverflow people. You have already helped me quite a bit but near the end of writing this program I have somewhat of a bug. You see in order to read in city names with a space in from a text file I use a '/' that is then replaced by the program for a ' ' (and when the serializer runs the opposite happens for next time the program is run). The problem is when a user inputs a name too add, search for, or delete that contains a space, for instance 'New York' I get a Debug Assertion Error with a substring out of range expression. I have a feeling it's to do with my correctCase function, or setElementsNull that looks at the string until it experiences a null element in the array, however ' ' is not null so I'm not sure how to fix this and I'm going a bit insane. Any help would be much appreciated. HttpWebRequest and Ignoring SSL Certificate Errors

Man I can't believe this. I'm still mucking around with OFX servers and it drives me absolutely crazy how some these servers are just so unbelievably misconfigured. I've recently hit three different 3 major brokerages which fail HTTP validation with bad or corrupt certificates at least according to the .NET WebRequest class. What's somewhat odd here though is that WinInet seems to find no issue with these servers - it's only .NET's Http client that's ultra finicky. So the question then becomes how do you tell HttpWebRequest to ignore certificate errors? In WinInet there used to be a host of flags to do this, but it's not quite so easy with WebRequest. Basically you need to configure the CertificatePolicy on the ServicePointManager by creating a custom policy. Not exactly trivial. There's one global ServicePointManager and once you set this value any subsequent requests will inherit this policy as well, which may or may not be what you want. So it's probably a good idea to set the policy when the app starts and leave it be - otherwise you may run into odd behavior in some situations especially in multi-thread situations.Another way to deal with this is in you application .config file. The .config settings aren't as inclusive as the programmatic code that can ignore any and all cert errors - shrug. Anyway, the code approach got me past the stopper issue. It still amazes me that theses OFX servers even require this. After all this is financial data we're talking about here. The last thing I want to do is disable extra checks on the certificates. Dynamic Type to do away with Reflection

The dynamic type in C# 4.0 is a welcome addition to the language. One thing Ive been doing a lot with it is to remove explicit Reflection code thats often necessary when you dynamically need to walk and object hierarchy. In the past Ive had a number of ReflectionUtils that used string based expressions to walk an object hierarchy. With the introduction of dynamic much of the ReflectionUtils code can be removed for cleaner code that runs considerably faster to boot.
