    Now that I am playing with NHibernate I am getting a lot more YSODs as I am learning it however I seem to get this error sometimesafter a YSOD: This webpage is not available The webpage at http://localhost:49497/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address. Error 139 (net::ERR_TEMPORARILY_THROTTLED): Unknown error. Is there any way to disable this because I have to wait a few minutes every time and that is a pretty big killer is productivity?

  • UIWebView paging / line cut off

    Hi, I am trying to page a webpage, so disable scrolling, then the second page is the same webpage scrolled down the page height. The problem I have is that the bottom of the first page often has 1/2 a line of text, then the second page has the bottom half of the line. Is there a way to ensure the entire line falls on one of the pages? Similar to Stanza etc? Thanks

Based on A i calculate value X and i then i need to save this X to a webpage. I am able to get the data and am doing the calculation to get X.   • Android broswer crushes on Ajax calls, when viewport meta tag is defined

    I am building a web app, which is intended to run on the Android browser. When I have a webpage that contains any kind of viewport meta tag, like this: <meta name="viewport" content="width=400"/> My webpage crushes on ajax calls. It happens when using the emulator, the actual browser on my nexus one, and on a droid (all running Android 2.1). Without the meta tag, the ajax calls run as they should. Any ideas?

    I want too display PPTs as inline on webpage via swf. So I convert them to swf using OpenOffice scripting. I can embed them into webpage via swfobject, however this has two major problems, Swfobject require me to tell the size of uploaded swfs, which I dont know in advance, as size/aspect ratio of swf depends on uploaded presentation. This doesnot put next/previous controls. Is there a tool/library using which I can emebed swf player in page without these problems.

    I want to use htaccess to redirect all traffic from www.oldsite.com/directory to www.newsite.com I want to make it so that when visitors view any webpage within www.oldsite.com/directory (ie. www.oldsite.com/directory/contact.html) it gets redirected to the homepage of www.newsite.com I tried "Redirect /directory http:www.newsite.com" but the webpage the visitor is trying to access within the directory gets attached to the new sites url (ie. www.newsite.com/contact.html)

User edits the data through javascript User clicks on a save button to save the data, thing is, it seems like they shouldn't need to download this data because its already in javascript on the local machine. Is it possible to save data from javascript (executing from a foreign webpage) without downloading a file from the server? Any help would be much appreciated!

When I put invalid input inside the form, the iframe covers up the navigation bar and I can't get the navigation bar back without closing and opening the page again.     Currently I'm using file_get_contents() to submit GET data to an array of sites, but upon execution of the page I get this error: Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded All I really want the script to do is start loading the webpage, and then leave. Each webpage may take up to 5 minutes to load fully, and I don't need it to load fully. It cant reach the service and the request fails This happens for all the examples, ASMX, REST and WCF any ideas how to get this working cross daomain?
