  Dear all, I would like to do a simple sum per salesid in php - mysql after cross calculation between date (2 table) to get the real time commission, all the value already come out correctly but I got problem with final sum per sales id. salesid-commission aa0001 - 1000 bb0001 - 500 aa0001 - 200 bb0001 - 50 I already try with few sample in this web but still cannot meet the correct result. I cannot do the sum in mysql because of some reason (need calculation with other table) the result will be: aa0001 - 1200 bb0001 - 550 I aprreciated for any help to complated the test. • How to refresh an activity?

  Hi Guys, after implementing some Android Apps, including several Map activities, I try to refresh the activity when the GPS listener's onLocationChanged() mehtod is called. I have no Idea how to tell the map activity to refresh on its own and display the new coords... the coords to store will have to be in global values, so that the location listener will have access to it.   I'm trying to implement a system whereby the user is initially presented with a single tablecell, in a uitableview (grouped style), within a uinavigationview. --------------- + | add record | --------------- When they click on the cell, they are pushed onto a new screen where they fill in a few textviews (perhaps imbedded in a tableview's cells) --------------- | (name) | --------------- | (phone num) | --------------- Then when they go back, they can see the new record as well as the 'add record' cell. --------------- | record 1 | --------------- + | add record | --------------- (When they go into record 1 again there would be a delete button) Is there any sample code or libraries which would achieve this? What about InAppSettingsKit? It's more the presentation I'm concerned with. I can handle the saving of data myself.

Unfortunately, it seems that both XmlParser and XmlSlurper for Groovy strip newline characters from the attributes of nodes when .text() is called. How can I get at the text of the attribute including the newlines?   I need to read data in from a wav file in 24 bit pcm format, and convert to float. I'm using Python 2.7.2. The wave package reads the data in as a string, so what I've tried is: # read in entire wav file wdata = f.readframes(nFrames) # unpack into signed integers and convert to float data = array.array('f') for i in range(0,nFrames*3,3): data.append(float(struct.unpack('<i', '\x00'+ wdata[i:i+3])[0])) # normalize sample values data = data / 0x800000 This is quite a bit faster than my earlier approaches, but still quite slow. Can anyone suggest a more efficient method?

I currently split(on white-space) data(sentences) in a text column to an array. select regexp_split_to_array(sentenceData,E'\s+') from tableName Once I have this array, how do I go about: Creating a loop to find n-grams, and write each to a row in another table Using unnest I can obtain all the elements of all the arrays on separate rows, and maybe I can then think of a way to get n-grams from a single column, but I'd loose the sentence boundaries which I wise to preserve.   I'd just like to know if it's advised to return from a method within a @synchronized block? For example: - (id)test { @synchronized(self) { if (a) return @"A"; else return @"B"; } } As opposed to: - (id)test { NSString *value; @synchronized(self) { if (a) value = @"A"; else value = @"B"; } return value; } This sample is rather simplistic, but sometimes in a complex method it would make things simpler to be able to return from within a @synchronized block.

  Hello, Im using Firefox 3.5.9. When i visit a url , it sets a cookie on my computer.I can see this cookie in Firefox by going to Tools-Options-Privacy,then clicking on 'Remove Individual Cookies'. There is a folder called xyz,which contains a cookie named JSessionId and which has some Content value .   I wish to plot a line graph where the x-axis is defined as a number of days between two dates and the y-axis is a value that varies on each of the days. I can plot the y values as an NSNumber but I have no idea how to set the ranges and the markup on the x-axis. I have looked at the date example in the "examples" directory of the core-plot distribution but have found it a little confusing. • Performance of DirectX and Recent Windows Mobile Version

  I'm seeing very poor performance while using the managed DirectDraw wrappers for WindowsMobile. Microsoft.WindowsMobile.DirectX.Direct3D I would appear the biggest bottle neck is calling Device.Present() after building up the scene. When using the System.Diagnostics.Stopwatch and running this very trivial exmaple Using Sprites on MSDN I'm seeing it's taking approximately 150ms to call the Device.Present() method. I'm seeing this on my AT&T Tilt and on the emulator. In larger applications such as the UltimateGMan sample it's taking over a second to call this method. Does anyone have any experience with using DirectX on mobile devices? What am I missing? I would prefer to stay in the managed world but if I drop back into C++ would I see better performance?

However i'm having major difficulty working out how to load the dictionary in the first place. I've had a good look round the net, and found various suggestions, but no definitive answers, and i cant seem to get any of them to work.
