  Any ideas on how to create a cover that has alpha 100 but is able to let a button behind it be touched, and an action to be called. i dont want to apply the action to the cover, nor change the buttons image - as a convaluted set up is required for each one. any ideas? what im after is effective not a see-through button, but a touch through button...   I'm deciding how to split 3 large sphinx indexes between 3 servers. Each of the 3 indexes is searched separately. What's more effective: to host each index on separate machine Example machine1 - index1 machine2 - index2 machine3 - index3 or to split each index into 3 parts and host each part of the same index on separate machine.   I would like to know a way of performing ANCOVA(analysis of covariance) using Python with scipy. It is basically a statistical comparison of regression lines. (Something along the lines of the 010 Editor, but infinitely more cost-effective).   take this linq into consideration: list.Where(sil => sil.XML.Element("ticket") != null && sil.XML.Element("ticket").Attribute("id").Value == smsRequestIn.TicketID) if the "ticket" element is not null it searches for it twice and hence is not very effective. Is there a way to use some sort of variables within the linq expression so I can reference the variable instead of doing a double search for the "ticket" element or is linq intelligent enough to not do a double search?
