For example: if my application is playing a video now then I want to be able to type on the command line "MyApp /stop" so that while the application is still running it stops the playing the video without exiting from current session.

  • TableView Background image going over cell textLabel

    Currently my tableview looks like this: as you can see, cell.textLabel and cell.detailTextLable both load this background, and i can't work out how to get them to stop loading the background, and for it only to be the backing on the cell. Here's my current code to change the cell: - (void)tableView:(UITableView *)tableView willDisplayCell:(UITableViewCell *)cell forRowAtIndexPath:(NSIndexPath *)indexPath { [cell setBackgroundColor:[UIColor colorWithPatternImage:[UIImage imageNamed:@"tableCell.png"]]]; } How can i get round this problem?     Hi all, i'm using putClientProperty("terminateEditOnFocusLost", Boolean); to make jtable end editing and clear current selected rows when it lose focus or when simply click over an other GUI component. This is very useful, but with "terminateEditOnFocusLost" there are some strange behaviours if it is used with editCellAt and changeSelection. There are also some undesiderable TableModelEvents fired for some fake table updates. So, im looking for an hack to simulate "terminateEditOnFocusLost without using it, is this possibile?     I am trying to make a folder explorer using TreeView control. now, I added an ImageList with two images - one for a folder and the other for selected folder. I used the 'BeforeExpand' event to change the icon of the current node (folder). The problem is that I dont know how to change it back when the user selects other folder... what event can I use? Maybe I dont use it right... ?

Instead of overlaying the image on the current page it opens the image into a separate page. Not sure if this is an AJAX problem possibly ? Works fine in Firefox.   • .NET & Worflow, SqlTrackingQuery.GetWorkflows() on wire correct - presented object not

    With windows workflow when using the tracking service, the SqlTrackingQuery.GetWorkflows() method returns correctly the workflow type and assembly version on the wire from the DB query - but when one comes to query the returned SqlTrackingWorkflowInstance object it's WorkflowType.AssemblyQualifiedName property is returned as the current assembly version of the workflow type (i.e. it looks to matching on FQ type name only and not version). Anyone know how to get to the actual returned data (other than either a custom query or hook)?

    I'm curious how I can create a DIV (or anything really) that I can fade (or change opacity of) when a user scrolls down the page. This DIV would sit at the top of the page, but only be clearly visible when at the very top of the page. Additionally, it would be ideal if I I could have this element fade back in onmouseover, regardless of the current scrolled position on the page.

  • Setting the value of textboxes with one of their attributes (jQuery)

    I have a bunch of input text boxes that have the attribute ORIGINAL set to their initial value, so that when the user changes the textbox value, jQuery can highlight items that have changed (by comparing the text box's current value to the ORIGINAL attribute's value) What Im trying to do now is provide the user with a button that they can click to revert all text boxes back to their original values based on the value of the ORIGINAL attribute of each text box. Example $('input[type=text]').val($(this).attr('original')); The above doesnt work and I dont understand why.
