  at present when i google the domain name of the wordpress sites i have worked on i receive at least three listings(often the top three. The first listing is the only one i am interested in seeing, others appear from individual pages from that wordpress site i.e. 1st hit - www.domain.com 2nd hit www.domain.com/about 3rd hit www.domain.com/designers .   Possible Duplicate: There's an issue with an Alpha/Beta Release of Ubuntu, what should I do? In my previous question I described my problem with starting / returning from suspend using Ubuntu on the Asus UX32VD (Zenbook). This problem could be solved by using Ubuntu 12.10 (alpha), however since the upgrade to beta 1 the old problem of starting / returning from suspend has returned. I found that starting in recovery does work, but this of course does not solve the problem. Any thoughts?

  Is it possible with PHP to dynamically toggle CNAME entries? For example I have two mirrors with media to be served on my website. Mirror 1 has a monthly bandwidth cap so upon reaching it I want to automatically toggle to mirror 2. I want to use CNAME because the resulting urls appear to be identical to search engines, an SEO friendly approach. If there are SEO friendly alternatives I'd like to hear them as well.

• Random enemy placement on a 2d grid

  I want to place my items and enemies randomly (or as randomly as possible). At the moment I use XNA's Random class to generate a number between 800 for X and 600 for Y. It feels like enemies spawn more towards the top of the map than in the middle or bottom. I do not seed the generator, maybe that is something to consider. Are there other techniques described that can improve random enemy placement on a 2d grid?

  I have the same problem, a 32 bits toshiba nb255, it first had the windows 7 bu next I installed the ubuntu 11.04. The wifi does not turn on. I used the following issues the commands rfkill unblock wlan0, sudo ifconfig wlan0 down; they were not able. by setting up the bios in advanced menu, the wireless communication sw in ON, but it did not work also. neither the utilities toshiba nor utilities of ubuntu (wicd, wifi radar). by using gedit to file group, nothing. by installing madwifi packet, nothing. by exporting the wifi driver from windows to ubuntu, by means of the NDISwrapper packet, neither.   I control a subpage of a site: economics.university.edu/summerschool I have access to CNAME, etc. However I want to use Google sites to create the site and then map the URL above to my Google site. In other words, someone on the university site that navigated to the summer school page would be redirected to the Google site transparently. However I keep getting this error from Google: "The format of the web address is unsupported." Is this possible?

  I am trying to create a dual-boot environment between Windows 8.1 and Ubuntu 14.04. I installed Ubuntu on a separate partition successfully, and I am following these instructions: Is it possible to boot Ubuntu using the Windows bootloader? However, when I restart my computer, Windows Bootloader still won't recognize Ubuntu. Does anyone know what could be wrong? EDIT: I can add an Ubuntu entry successfully using EasyBCD, but as soon as I restart my computer, the entry disappears.
