• How to resize WebView according to its content?

  Hi all, I want to set simple html contents within a web view and then resize it according to its content. To set simple html contents within web view I used this code and it is working fine: [[myWebView mainFrame] loadHTMLString:webViewContents baseURL:baseURLFramed]; Right now, if content is more than its actual size then it appears in web view showing both vertical and horizontal scroller in it. I want to set some default width and manage height according to its content in a way so that neither horizontal nor vertical scroller appears. Can anyone suggest me some solution for it?   first I need to say that I´m noob with WPF and C#. When I´m dont put the calculation in a seperate Thread then I can refresh or build my Image.

• Force redraw as resizing NSTableColumn in NSTableView?

  I've implemented - (CGFloat)tableView:(NSTableView *)tableView heightOfRow:(NSInteger)row in my NSTableView's delegate to resize the height of my table's rows as the width of the leftmost column changes. The problem is that only that column redraws during the resizing (and any column that slide into view during the resize). This results in the funky visual below after resizing. What I'd like is a way to tell the table view to completely redraw while the user is resizing a column. Right now the most I've been able to figure out is calling setNeedsDisplay after it that column finishes resizing.

  Hello everyone! I'm having a problem with printing. Is it possible to print a (customized) DataGrid which doesn't fit the page? a) Using a ViewBox to make it fit one page. My problem here is that I can get the PrintableArea.Width and PrintableArea.Height in the PrintPage EventHandler, from the PrintPageEventArgs, but in that Event Handler I can't set the size of an UIElement before it gets printed. b) Multiple pages. Is it possible somehow to print the whole DataGrid, even the parts which are not visible (don't fit the page) and to somehow make the PrintableArea only a part of the DataGrid?

• WPF Custom Control with Image problem

  Hi all, I am quite new to WPF/XAML and I am currently facing a problem. I have a solution with two projects in it, the first project is a Custom Control Library with a custom Window form control inside. The second project is a WPF application using my custom window form. All work fine except for the form Icon. In the WPF application project I set my window icon property to "/ProjectTwoNameSpace;component/Resources/Images/Film.ico", and in the WPF custom control I try to show that image that way : <Image Grid.Column="0" Margin="3" Width="27" Height="27"> <Image.Source> <BitmapImage UriSource="{Binding Path=Icon}" /> </Image.Source> </Image> But it doesn't work, I get a error at runtime saying that the property UriSource or StreamSource must be set for my tag. Anyone can help me ? I think it's jsut a WPF newbie problem ^^

  Hey guys, i really need your help with a CSS-Layout. I tried a few time, however i've no chance (and actually no idea how) to solve it. Moreover I don't even know if it's possible the way I want it! The #mainContent should always be centered horizontally in the browserwindow. It should be 1024px in width and a 100% of the windowheight. Now the difficult part. I need two divs, one on the left side, one on the right side of the #mainContent. Both should be 100% in height, but should ALWAYS have the rest of the browserwindow. If the browserwindow has only 1024px in width #navLeft and #navRight are invisible. Is that even possible, if so, HOW? thank you

• fixed vertical positioning of css within an iframe

  I am trying to get my bottom header to stick to the bottom of the screen inside of my iframe application and have it always appear in view for the user even when the page is scrolling. I have no control over the outer iframe as it is on a different domain. The header itself must be inside of the iframe as I have no control outside the iframe. The iframe always expands to the height of its contents so that it has no scrollbars, but the bar still has to be visible in the viewport at all times.

  I want to have a link in the popup.html file for my extension that loads another file (which will be included with the extension) how can I do this? or will I need to keep it in the same page? I just found out that adding target="_blank" to the link will make it work and open in a new tab, but I can't get it to open in the popup. I have tried target="_self" but it didn't do anything.

I can (1) display the part’s image, [self.view addSubview:thePartAsImageView]; (2) implement two sliders (one horizontal for part’s width and one vertical for part’s height), heightSlider.transform = CGAffineTransformRotate(heightSlider.transform, 270.0/180*M_PI); (3) display the corresponding values (dimensions) as the user moves the sliders, and even (4) draw the dimensioning lines with arrowheads: CGContextAddLineToPoint What I can’t do is (5) remove those lines after I’ve drawn them. What I want is “if userTouchedTheHorizontalControl then eraseTheLinesForTheVerticalControl.” If I understand correctly – first, that Quartz composites everything to a single layer, and second, that CALayer, GeekGameBoard and so on only work on Mac -- then I have to do something different. But isn’t there something I can do other than switch to Open GL?

I didnt set any width to that div intially and as a result they were displayed vertically not in horizontal.then i add width in % to 11.5%.now the display is ok in moz but not in chrome and ie.i cant use pixels neither in height nor width.problem explanied by example |_______| // a textbox |Add| //initially with no width |Cancel| //after width to 11.5% in moz |_______| |Add| |Cancel| //after width to 11.5% in chrome and ie |_______| |Add| |Cancel| so u can see that in moz it is aligned to the above textbox but not in ie and chrome.hope sum ie hack or chrome hack may lead to correct result..or ONLY a MOZ hack..

  Hi all, I've got the following recursion: T(n) = T(n/3) + T(2n/3) + O(n) The height of the tree would be log3/2 of 2. Now the recursion tree for this recurrence is not a complete binary tree. It has missing nodes lower down. This makes sense to me, however I don't understand how the following small omega notation relates to the cost of all leaves in the tree. "... the total cost of all leaves would then be Theta (n^log3/2 of 2) which, since log3/2 of 2 is a constant strictly greater then 1, is small omega(n lg n)." Can someone please help me understand how the Theta(n^log3/2 of 2) becomes small omega(n lg n)?

  On my Ubercart node-product.tpl.php page, I am trying to extract the individual product dimensions (height, weight, length) from the more generic: print $node->content['dimensions'] ['#value']; which returns "Dimensions: 72in. × 42in. × 30in." Using var_dump(get_defined_vars()); I'm able to see that the dimensions are being outputted independently, but can't seem to get them to print. on the page. What is the proper way to call the dimensions individually?

However, if it's the first time we access the page that image doesn't exist yet and imagecache_create_path doesn't generate it either. Here's the code: // we get the image path from a preset (always return the path even if the file doesn't exist) $small_image_path = imagecache_create_path('gallery_image_small', $image["filepath"]); // I get the image dimensions (only if the file exists already) $data_small = list($width, $height, $type, $image_attributes) = @getimagesize($small_image_path); Is there any API method to get the path AND generate the file?   Hi all, I got a strange issue today while working on ExtJS charts. I am trying to use some of the events for the chart when user clicks on the chart items. I found the following events are available: itemclick, itemdoubleclick, itemdrag, itemdragstart, itemdragend, itemmouseover, itemmouseout Here is my test chart where I have implemented all these events. Each event just create a list tag in my debuging console. The issue is, no matter what, itemdoubleclick do not get fired! what is the issue? Why is it not getting fired? xtype:'columnchart', width:600, height:350, id:'myChart', store: store, xField: 'month', yField: 'sales', listeners: { itemdoubleclick: function(o) { var dh = Ext.DomHelper; dh.append('consoleList', {tag: 'li', html: 'itemdoubleclick'}); } } In firebug console, I see that this event is registered. • How do I make lines scale when using GLOrtho?

  I'm using GLOrtho to set up a 2D view that I can render textures onto. It works really well, up until I try to zoom in on the image. If I pass half the width and half the height of the viewport to GLOrtho, I end up with all my textures displayed twice as big as normal, which is exactly what I expect. But then I try to draw a box around part of the image and it all falls apart. I call glBegin(GL_LINE_LOOP), place the four vertices, and call glEnd, and I expect to see the same thing I would see if I drew it at normal zoom level, doubled. Instead, I get lines that are all the right length, but they all come out one pixel wide, instead of two, and it looks really bad. What am I missing?

The problem I'm facing is - files would be stored in a public directory and easily accessed by anyone knowing the file url. Is there a way I can restrict file access to a certain user group?
