• First Fluent NHibernate Project

  I'm trying to follow the "Your first project" tutorial at http://wiki.fluentnhibernate.org/Getting_started and have hit a roadblock. When I try to run the console application, I'm getting this error: An invalid or incomplete configuration was used while creating a SessionFactory. Check PotentialReasons collection, and InnerException for more detail. I have created a SQLite database "firstProject.db" and referenced the full path to the file in the call to: return Fluently.Configure() .Database(SQLiteConfiguration.Standard .UsingFile(DbFile)) .Mappings(m => m.FluentMappings.AddFromAssemblyOf<Program>()) .ExposeConfiguration(BuildSchema) .BuildSessionFactory(); so I don't know what I'm doing wrong. • Modify links in CListView pager to follow routing

The problem is that I have routed blog/posts to posts. I am on blog/posts now and all the links in the Pager is showing me posts/index?page=2, page/index?page=3. I want to have the pager showing links to blog/posts/index?page=2, blog/posts/index?page=3 This my current routing for this: 'urlFormat'=>'path', 'rules'=>array( 'blog/posts' => 'posts', How should I do this? • Safari javascript cookie issue

  I've hit a bit of a weird issue in Safari in regards to setting a js cookie. The cookie itself is just a rgb colour value, which gets set using .click(), and is working fine in Chrome and Firefox, yet in Safari the value of the cookie is incomplete, showing up as rgb(193 instead of rgb(193, 184, 76) as the other browsers do. • how to build GNU Classpath and JamVM

  I'm trying to build GNU Classpath 0.98 and JamVM 1.5.2. Following the JamVM readme, I did 'configure; make; make install' on the jamVM, and it worked. I then added jamvm and Sun javac to the path. Then with GNU Classpath I did this: ./configure --enable-jni --disable-gtk-peer --disable-gconf-peer --disable-plugin I got this error: The javac failed (see config.log) On the config.log, I see that javac can't find VMStackWalker (which is jamvm-specific) I added the jamvm classes to the CLASSPATH, then I got this error: The Java VM jamvm failed (see config.log) On the config.log, I see that jamvm cannot find java.lang.Class WTF?

• Determine branch of origin from bzr blame

  I had a complicated change that affected a bunch of files. I don't remember what bazaar branch I wrote that change in. We have a somewhat complicated merge setup, so the branch I'm in now lumps that change in with a lot of other changes. I'd like to do some very similar work so it would be nice to pull the original diff. I feel like I should be able to use bzr blame. I run this command on one of the files bzr blame --long path/to/file and I find one of the pertinent lines and get something like 1107.6.213 dsmith@satie 20091202 | tinyMCE.init({ Can I use that to figure out what branch and revision the original change came from? What do the 6 and 213 stand for?

• Autotest notifications on Ubuntu virtual environment

  I am having trouble getting Rails autotest notifications to work on the Engine Yard Vagrant environment. On the Mac, I normally get the notifications via Growl. However, on the virtual environment (which runs Ubuntu) that doesn't work. I tried running Linux notification setups such as libnotify+autotest-notification, but I get the following error: libnotify-Message: Unable to get session bus: /bin/dbus-launch terminated abnormally with the following error: Autolaunch error: X11 initialization failed. ** (notify-send:1004): CRITICAL **: dbus_g_proxy_connect_signal: assertion `DBUS_IS_G_PROXY (proxy)' failed ** (notify-send:1004): CRITICAL **: dbus_g_proxy_connect_signal: assertion `DBUS_IS_G_PROXY (proxy)' failed ** (notify-send:1004): CRITICAL **: dbus_g_proxy_call: assertion `DBUS_IS_G_PROXY (proxy)' failed Another path would be to have Growl receive the notifications remotely, but I don't even know where to begin with that... • ASP.NET Build Images Links Dynamically

  Good Day, I am developing a website that has product images on an external server. I have code that tests to see if the image exists like (pseudo code): DynamicString = FunctionThatCreatesDynamicString() ' DynamicString = "http://external_server/path/to/file1.jpg" If ImageExists(DyanmicString) = StatusCode.200 Then ' Embed link in ASP.NET page Else ' Embed not found image in ASP.NET page End If My code builds fine and appears to execute. The problem occurs when I attempt to view the external link in a browser, the image appears properly (I have to authenticate first, but that's OK considering I'm on an internal network and this app will be used internally). However, when I attempt the view the source in my generated HTML page, I am seeing the image to the "Not Found" image when I know the image is there. I compared all the characters in my dynamically assembled to the external link and all the characters are matching up correctly. I'm wondering if the authentication has anything to do with why the image is not rendering properly on my rendered HTML. Any thoughts? TIA, coson

  I'm trying to implement the Variable envelope return path (VERP) method to manage email addresses (ie when an email I send bounces back I want it to be sent to a specific email address so that I can update my database to avoid sending emails to that email address in the future). According to this article it is possible to specify the email address a bounce email is sent to. How do you do this in .Net? For example say I ([email protected]) want to send an email to you ([email protected]). If [email protected] doesn't exist anymore I want yourserver to send the bounce email to [email protected]). This way when I receive this bounced email I know that [email protected] is not a valid email address anymore and I can update my database accordingly. In this example, the bounce address would be: [email protected] How do you specify it using System.Net.Mail?

But this would call the foo script which is, by default, in the PATH. This is not what I want. So the question is, what's the syntax of doing './` in a shell script?

  It should sound workaround or something like, but I'll tell you what: I chose to have a separated "project" with every library I could use. It's like a global library which I included Zend library, Doctrine ORM, JQuery, Blueprint CSS, etc. Then I set the include path. Nothing wrong. The problem is: I'd like to have also a global bootstrap class inside the library folder and an individual bootstrap class on each project I create for individual use. I don't know how to set more than 1 bootstrap class. Is it possible?

  What's the best way to implement real time operant conditioning (supervised reward/punishment-based learning) for an agent? Should I use a neural network (and what type)? Or something else? I want the agent to be able to be trained to follow commands like a dog. The commands would be in the form of gestures on a touchscreen. I want the agent to be able to be trained to follow a path (in continuous 2D space), make behavioral changes on command (modeled by FSM state transitions), and perform sequences of actions. The agent would be in a simulated physical environment.

  Hi All I have a simple EJB jar with a stateless session bean, deployed in JBOSS AS 4.2.2, unde r/server/default/deploy. The bean is registered under JNDI tree as viewed from jboss jmx console and I am able to access it through a remote java client outside JBOSS. Inside EJB jar, I have added some logging to be written to a separate log file, using apache log4j jar and log4j.xml. But I am not able to view any of the logs. Also I do not wish to use jboss-log4j.xml, since there will be many other EJBs to be deployed and wish to have separate log4j for each EJB application. Here is my one of the EJB-jar contents: EJB_DS.jar: log4j.xml classes apache log4j jar is added to /server/default/lib path. • RewriteRule being greedy

  I have been looking for an answer for a few hours now, so sorry if this was asked a ton of times, I missed it. I basically want to make a rewrite to ignore the first directory. That first dir in the path will be different so I thought I could use a regex. But my regex is matching all the way to the file name: RewriteRule ^([a-z]+)?/(.+)$ $2 [L] this works if I am one level deep: http://test.domain.com/one/index.php I get the actual index page of the root. Which is what I want. but if I were to go deeper: http://test.domain.com/one/two/index.php I get a message saying /index.php was not found. So it seems my regex is not stopping after the last [a-z]. I appreciate any help. This is Apache2 if that matters at all.

• I would like to useJava 7's FileVisitor to walk up a tree

  I have looked and searched for some guidance on how to start at a low point in a path and walk up (or 'back'), until I find a folder with the name I am searching for. The FileVisitor class looks like it ought to be able to help me, but it only seems to work from head to toe. Is there something that someone could point me to?   I have a list of strings containing filenames such as, file_names = ['filei.txt','filej.txt','filek.txt','file2i.txt','file2j.txt','file2k.txt','file3i.txt','file3j.txt','file3k.txt'] I then remove the .txt extension using: extension = os.path.commonprefix([n[::-1] for n in file_names])[::-1] file_names_strip = [n[:-len(extension)] for n in file_names] And then return the last character of each string in the list file_names_strip: h = [n[-1:] for n in file_names_strip] Which gives h = ['i', 'j', 'k', 'i', 'j', 'k', 'i', 'j', 'k'] How can i test for a pattern of strings in h? So if i,j,k occur sequentially it would return True and False if not. I need to know this because not all file names are formatted like they are in file_names. So: test_ijk_pattern(h) = True no_pattern = ['1','2','3','1','2','3','1','2','3'] test_ijk_pattern(no_pattern) = False

• Determine calling executable in Python

  I am trying to find the best way of re-invoking a Python script within itself. Currently it is working like http://github.com/benoitc/gunicorn/blob/master/gunicorn/arbiter.py#L285. The START_CTX is created at http://github.com/benoitc/gunicorn/blob/master/gunicorn/arbiter.py#L82-86. The code is relying on sys.argv[0] as the "caller". However, this fails in cases where it is invoked with: python script.py ... This case does work: python ./script.py ... because the code uses os.chdir before running os.execlp. I did notice os.environ["_"], but I am not sure how reliable that would be. Another possible case is to check if sys.argv[0] is not on PATH and is not executable and use sys.executable when calling os.execlp. Any thoughts on a better approach solving this issue?
