  • Unity 2.0 and policy injection in .config

    I want to use unity (2.0) to resolve my dependencies in a way so that i can configure policy injection (policies, matching rules and call handlers) in the .config file. Or an other way to put it; i want my resolved objects to be "policy enabled", so that i can add and change to policies in config without have to recompile. Any ideas on how to do that?

    I have created a function that has as input a char szMyChar; (using it in a switch statement). Now I have a CString havong just a char, lets say CString strString = "A"; An option to call the function could be: if (strString == "A") CallMyFunc('A'); though it is clumsy. I tried atoi (returns 0) and casting though neither works. Any ideas? Thanks, Sun

    Hey guys, I am just trying to pull all the records from my database who have a rec_date (varchar) stored as m/d/Y and are expired (as in, less than curdate()), and this call isn't giving me what I want: SELECT member_id, status, DATE_FORMAT(STR_TO_DATE(rec_date, '%m/%d/%Y'), '%Y-%m-%d') AS rec FROM members WHERE rec_date CURDATE() AND status = '1' I'm obviously doing something wrong, so can you help?     how can i know what tableview cell was selected?(being in the detail view) The problem is that. I have an table view controller. Here are parsed from the internet entries to the table. So it's a dynamic tabe view that loads from internet. I will not know how many entries will be in the table so i will not know what details view to call when i click a row. So i have maked one view. This view contains an calendar. On this calendar(wich is the detail iew) i will parse data from internet depending on the selected row. For exemple: i have table: entry 1, entry 2,entry 3,entry 4 When i click entry 2 i need to call a php with the argument entry 2. The php will know what entry on the table i have selected and will generate me the correct xml that i will parse.     Hi, I'd like to know how people decide whether to define a method as static. I'm aware that a method can only be defined as static if it doesn't require access to instance fields. So lets say we have a method that does not access instance fields, do you always define such a method as static, or only if you need to call it statically (without a reference to an instance).     I have an ajax app that will run functions on every interaction. I'd like to be able to run my setup function each time so all my setup code for that function remains encapsulated. However, binding elements more than once means that the handler will run more than once, which is obviously undesirable. Is there an elegant way in jQuery to call bind on an element more than once without the handler being called more than once?

This is how I plan to do it, but it's ugly and I can't change the parameter name 'id': $.post('ajax.php?'+order,{action:'updateOrder'}); Maybe I need to unserialize, then implode the variable 'order' and assign it to just one parameter?
