  • Could my iPad app be denied from the app store for using the Tapku library?

    I'd like to use the Tapku library to add a calander date picker control to my iPad app. I'm new to iPhone OS development and I'm still rusty on identifying the 3rd party tools and code that will get my iPad app denied from the app store. For those that have used the Tapku library, would using it in my iPad app violate any app store rules? Thanks so much in advance for your help.   • Using User Controls in FormView templates.

    I find the repetition of sets of controls for each of the EditItemTemplate, InsertItemTemplate, and ItemTemplate templates of a FormView to be tedious and risky, in terms duplicating layout and code etc. I would much rather create a xxxDetails user control, and use this in each template, cutting layout and code location down to one location. However, this introduces several complexities for data binding scenarios. Are there any extablished patterns or practice guides for using user controls in these scenarios?

  • Web Deployment Project builds files that are no longer part of the project

    This is the error I get: Error 101 Could not load type 'control'. /Test.vbproj/x.ascx 1 1 WebDeployProject This is a left over file that was part of the project last week, but one of the developers deleted it from the project. I have to manually delete the file in order to get the WDP to build. Is there a way to tell the WDP to ignore the files that are not part of the project or to see that these files are not part of the project and delete them?

    Greetings, I have a FlowDocument where List control is placed. Inside this list I have some ListItem. Is there any way to set some kind of Visibility for specific ListItem? I don't see a coressponding Property like Visibility for ListItem. When I set fontsize="0.1" then application hangs (it goes into infinite loop).

  • asp:upload postedfile lost during postback

    I am using an asp:upload control to upload an image and am using the postedfile property to insert the path to the database. In my form I have a dropdown with autopostback=true where the user can select a topic to populate a checkbox list of categories. During that postback, the postedfile value is being lost and after a little research I have discovered that the posted file value is not maintained in viewstate for security reasons. Has anybody else found out how to get around this?

We are developing a stock control application using ASP.NET, MVC2 using IE6 Scenerio is as follows: Once the user has completed the order, a docket should be automatically printed. At the moment, I am using Javascript command "window.print();" method however the print dialog button is displayed. Is there a way to stop the print dialog button from showing and the docket will be automatically printed?

    I have a javascript action on a div (asp.net panel) as an onkeypress attribute. This is the default action button on an asp.net Panel control. It contains the following: onkeypress="javascript:return WebForm_FireDefaultButton(event, 'ctl00_cp1_ucInvoiceSearch_btnSearch')" For some reason when I change my textbox to a jQuery textbox clicking enter no longer fires this div. Why and how can I hook it back up so when I enter text in the textbox and click enter it fires? Lloyd

After closing and re-opening app it shows new value.I connected my table with wizard to datagridview.     My Problem is that I want to check if the Arrow up or down key is press then I want to increment or decrement value in the textbox control. I have registered keyup event but I have to release the arrow up key in order to change the value, What I want is if User pressed up arrow key then it will increment the value until user release up arrow key and same for the down arrow key. Any idea?
