  • Symfony custom route works with frontend_dev.php but not with index.php

    Am I missing something or should my custom route work with the index.php (or nothing) instead of frontend_dev.php? I'm getting a 500 error when I go to the model, and a 404 for the show page. My route is: project_show: url: /project/:slug class: sfDoctrineRoute options: { model: Project, type: object } param: { module: project, action: show } Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks!     Hi, How would I reset my asp:DropDownList element (which has a runat="server") to index 0 every time the page is "reloaded" in firefox (F5 is pressed). If you suggest using javascript...please note that A: I am not using a form and B: I don't know how to access elements that have a runat="server" with javascript If this can be done using script on the .aspx page....please explain things you think an ASP newb would not know (ie. me, lol) thanks, Andrew :)

    I am creating a XAML / C# WinRT App and i have a collection of collection and i am binding it to a Grid-view(collections as groups ) Now i have to color the background of the GridViewItem according to their index in the collection (Dark color for the first one and light color for the last one ) How can i implement using a converter.   • MongoDB query against geospatial index with maxDistance fails from node.js client

    I want to query against a geospatial index in mongo-db (designed after this tutorial http://www.mongodb.org/display/DOCS/Geospatial+Indexing). So when I execute this from the shell everything works fine: db.sellingpoints.find(( { location : { $near: [48.190120, 16.270895], $maxDistance: 7 / 111.2 } } ); but the same query from my nodejs application (using mongoskin or mongoose), won't return any results until i set the distance-value to a very high number (5690) db.collection('sellingpoints') .find({ location: { $near: [lat,lng], $maxDistance: distance / 111.2} }) .limit(limit) .toArray(callback); Has someone any idea how to fix that?

    Hi guys. I have an NSMutableArray object(retained, synthesized as all) that is initiated just fine and I can easily add objects to it using the 'addObject:' method. But if I want to replace an object at a certain index with a new one in that NSMutableArray, it doesn't work. For example: ClassA.h @interface ClassA : NSObject { NSMutableArray *list; } @property (nonatomic, copy, readwrite) NSMutableArray *list; end ClassA.m import "ClassA.h" @implementation ClassA @synthesize list; (id)init { [super init]; NSMutableArray *localList = [[NSMutableArray alloc] init]; self.list = localList; [localList release]; //Add initial data [list addObject:@"Hello "]; [list addObject:@"World"]; } // Custom set accessor to ensure the new list is mutable (void)setList:(NSMutableArray *)newList { if (list != newList) { [list release]; list = [newList mutableCopy]; } } -(void)updateTitle:(NSString *)newTitle:(NSString *)theIndex { int i = [theIndex intValue]-1; [self.list replaceObjectAtIndex:i withObject:newTitle]; NSLog((NSString *)[self.list objectAtIndex:i]); // gives the correct output } However, the change remains true only inside the method. from any other method, the NSLog((NSString *)[self.list objectAtIndex:i]); gives the same old value. How can I actually get the old object replaced with the new one at a specific index so that the change can be noticed from within any other method as well.     In java if I am looping over the keySet() of a HashMap, how do I (inside the loop), get the numerical index of that key? Basically, as I loop through the map, I want to be able to get 0,1,2...I figure this would be cleaner than declaring an int and incrementing with each iteration. Thanks.
