• Thunderbird 3 - leave messages on server option

  I just installed a new Thunderbird 3 on a few computers and immediately saw that i could not find the "leave messages on server" option... can anyone point that out to me ? On my personal pc i upgraded Thunderbird 2 to 3 and there appears the option, but when i create a new account... i can not find the option, can anyone help me with this ... Best regards, Mike.

I need to know how to set privileges of me (as a user). I am the only user, but I want access to everything, but I don't want to manage my VPS logged in as root. So I am creating a username.   I'm trying to create a install script for some FreeBSD machines. I want to install a few ports but change several configurations before installing, and without the dialog popup. I've tried almost everything but no success. I.E: I'm trying to install nginx with HTTP_SSL module but i can't seem to pass the correct parameter to the make install clean command. I also want to use all other default settings, and only change this one. Any help will be appreciated.

• soft lockup - CPU#0 stuck for 11s! error with Xen virtual machines

  Getting a kernel panic with this error on my XEN VPS's. (all on 8.04 LTS) The kernel version on my Dom-0 is 2.6.24-25-xen and the kernel version on the Xen VPS is also 2.6.24-25-xen. I read something about disabling APIC from here http://muffinresearch.co.uk/archives/2008/08/20/ubuntu-bug-soft-lockup-cpu0-stuck-for-11s/ but that doesn't seem to help as well. Anyone experienced this and are there any workarounds? Thanks in advance!

• SWF -> Compatible YouTube format and retain ActionScript

  I have an swf (just a sequence of slides with audio, timing controlled by actionscript) that I want to convert to a compatible YouTube format (flv, mp4, etc.). I've tried using the Moyea SWF4Tube software but when it was converted all of the timing was gone. I'm fine with uploading as a swf, but the problem was (when I tried) that the codecs weren't appropriate. Any help regarding this is much appreciated, thanks.

  I am setting up Untangle in a Sun VirtualBox VM. I plan on using this machine as a transparent bridge to filter and monitor traffic on my network. I'm not sure how to configure the network adapters for the virtual machine under the Virtualbox's "Devices" menu so that it will function as a transparent bridge. • raid 0 failure, drives look fine

  Hello, after a lovely blue screen my vista 64 machine decided to reconfigure one of my drives to no longer be part of my raid volume. So now my raid fails as it only has one member disk. This happened to me about 6 months ago and I just changed the disk in question back to a raid disk and all was well. However I cant seem to find that option in my bios or raid config anymore :( Any help would be appreciated
