  In java if I am looping over the keySet() of a HashMap, how do I (inside the loop), get the numerical index of that key? Basically, as I loop through the map, I want to be able to get 0,1,2...I figure this would be cleaner than declaring an int and incrementing with each iteration. Thanks.

  i need check if a network drive is mapped and accessible. From time to time windows displays a red X on the drive, and i would need to manually click the drive in explorer to reconnect. • How can I tell which "explorer.exe" process is the main one?

  I have a batch file that changes a few registry files, and then restarts explorer.exe so that they take effect. I'm using the command taskkill /f /im explorer.exe and then explorer.exe which of course kills all the explorer.exe processes, including the explorer windows I have open. Obviously, I am using the option to Launch folder windows in a separate process. Is there any way I can determine which instance of explorer.exe is the main one, and just kill that?

  I have been using Windows 8 x64 Developers Preview as my primary OS on my laptop. Unfortunately I have been unable to enable hibernate (tried through registry and through powercfg.cpl). The closest I have got is that I was able to enable hibernate on pressing of power button, but that just turns of screen and keeps everything else running, I have to force shutdown to do anything.   I'm getting a datetime string in a format like "2009-05-28T16:15:00" (this is ISO 8601, I believe) one hack-ish option seems to be to parse the string using time.strptime and passing the first 6 elements of the touple into the datetime constructor, like: datetime.datetime(*time.strptime("2007-03-04T21:08:12", "%Y-%m-%dT%H:%M:%S")[:6]) I haven't been able to find a "cleaner" way of doing this, is there one?
