  • Incorporate Joomla module into template?

    I built a rad slider module. Then I built a template that I am going to use as a base for more projects, and I know I will use my slider module most of the time. Is there a way, other than tearing apart the modules and re-coding it all into the template, to "package" the module with a template? Like the HTML overrides do, but adding the functionality instead of overriding existing? Does this make sense? Thanks!

For example, the longest consecutive repeat of "b" in the following string: my_str = "abcdefgfaabbbffbbbbbbfgbb" would be 6, since other consecutive repeats are shorter (3 and 2, respectively.)   • Wordpress - use comment-system outside of pages and posts

    Hi, so currently i'm using pods to create some individual pages for a log, filled with custom stuff. now i want to use the comments-system for each of this pages e.g.: mydomain.com/podpages/page1 mydomain.com/podpages/page2 mydomain.com/podpages/page3 this are not pages created with wordpress so simply adding <?php comments_template(); ?> is not working. any ideas how to solve this problem? thanks in advance please leave a comment if something is unclear :)

    Hello, I am trying to figure out how to convert an "external relative path" to an absolute one: I'd really like a function that will do the following: $path = "/search?q=query"; $host = "http://google.com"; $abspath = reltoabs($host, $path); And have $abspath equal to "http://google.com/search?q=query" The problem is that it is not guaranteed to be in that format, and it could already be absolute, or be pointing to a different host entirely, and I'm not quite sure how to approach this.   • Apache LogFormat IP Address

    I am using the following LogFormat in my httpd.conf: LogFormat "%h %l %u %t \"%r\" %>s \"%{Referer}i\" \"%{User-Agent}i\" %a %t" combined It's working ok, but for some reason the IP address is coming out as ::1. Is there a particular reason why Apache isn't logging the users IP address? Thanks

  • Starting inets/httpd with custom application

    I've got a module that I'm attempting to turn into a proper OTP application. Currently, the module has start/0 which starts a genserver which supplies configuration data read from a config file. It then calls inets:start(httpd,config:lookup(httpd_conf)). I gather that I need to move the starting of these out into the .app file's (application list) but I'm not sure how to get my config data into the inets:start function (or pass in httpd)?     Converting from usind Micorsofts Syste.Data.OracleClient to what I believe is called Oracles ODT (Oracle.DataAccess 10.2.0.100). When I try and send a date I get this error "ORA-1858: a non-numeric character was found where a numeric was expected".     I want to add a new node to a dijit.ree as a sibling of the currently selected node. I've found sample code (I'm new to dojo) that adds a new item to the tree using the newItem method of ItemFileWriteStore, but the new item always appears at the bottom of the tree.     In Javascript, after executing a function I can immediately get the an element of the array returned by the function, like so: myFunc("birds")[0] //gets element zero returned from "myFunc()" This is much easier and faster than doing this: $myArray = myFunc("birds"); echo $myArray[0]; Does PHP have a similar shorthand to javascript? Often the document onload event (actually prototype's dom:loaded event) is getting fired before all DOM objects are actually loaded Is it possible that the tiles templates are loading in an asynchronous fashion and therefore doing an end run around the event handler?
