• Java compilation with two versions of Eclipse

  I've got an old project in Eclipse 2.1 and compiled with a JDK 1.4.2_12. I want to upgrade the version of Eclipse to Eclipse Galileo. I've imported my project and set the compilation level to 1.4 and I've also updated my build path to use the correct JDK. The problem is that when I compare the compiled files in the classes folder in the two versions of Eclipse, the MD5 checksum are different. Should I be worried about that fact or this is normal?

  I am using BubbleEvent to give events from a web user control to its parent (which is a Default.aspx with code behind page). I would like to use BubbleEvent to not only pass the sender and event, but also an integer or another variable.   I'm having problems with a Joomla install (problem exists in both 1.5.13 and 1.5.15) that won't order articles in a category or section blog layout. I've tried setting the sort order on the layout manually to all the different sort options but it has no effect. Ordering on the front page works fine. Any ideas?

  I am using php curl to login to wordpress behind-the-scenes as described here: Wordpress autologin using CURL or fsockopen in PHP However my script is not setting the cookies necessary to retain the wordpress session. Instead they are being sent back to my script and stored in cookies.txt. Both the curl script and the wordpress login are on the same server in different directories. Do I need to write another curl script to manually set the wordpress cookies? Is that possible?

When doing a distinct count (most returning answer on my searches, it does return how many different elements there are, 4 in this case...)

Work flow: Index.py (submit) After submit it redirect to display.py page display.py page has got class with execute(),display() &init_main() functions In init_main() i have created class object which access to above functions I need to calculate time interval between the submit (index.py) to execute() end, so i can show user how much time does different weighted file takes on real time.   Hi all I have a URL such as http://www.domain.com/index.php?p=register. I want to redirect that to use HTTPS (SSL) with .htaccess, but only on this, and a couple of other pages (the login page, etc), but not the entire site. The URLs don't point to directories, but are used to dynamically include different files. Can someone give me a pointer or an example of how to get a single page redirect to HTTPS please?   I'm curious what the CPU ordering is in Linux. Say I bind a thread to cpu0 and another to cpu1 on a hyperthreaded system, are they both going to be on the same physical core. Given a Core i7 920 with 4 cores and hyperthreading, the output of /proc/cpuinfo has me thinking that cpu0 and cpu1 are different physical cores, and cpu0 and cpu4 are on the same physical core. This seems counter intuitive to me as I think the error handler should only fire when an error occurs as a result of making the Ajax call or via a server-side error. • Niceforms radio buttons are shown on wrong position

  When i am using Niceforms the normal text inputs and buttons work great and i even managed to get a custom theme for them based on the provided sample psd. But when i use radiobuttons/checkboxes, they get shown some where completely different than the labels. This happens consistently on FF,Chrome and Safari. As soon as i put any positioning css (a float:left or even a ) in the page the radiobuttons break.
