I know I can import all jars from the jetty lib folder to my project but I would like to know what the minimum number of dependencies are and how you did find this out?   • How to debug Sharepoint solution/feature through Visual studio ?

    Recently I tried to install a webpart through wspbuilder utility to the Sharepoint Site. I have created, built and deployed a project to the 12 hive. After that installed the solution through Cental Administration Site and activated in the site collection. I just wonder how can I debug the complex feature/solution ? Because both processes (build-deploy and activate) totally independent, how can I attach a process with the worker process ?

  • Drawable advantage over bitmap for memory in android

    This question is linked with the answers in the following question: Error removing Bitmaps[Android] Is there any advantage of using Drawable over Bitmap in Android in terms of memory de-allocation ? I was looking at Romain Guy project Shelves and he uses SoftReference for images caches but I'm unable to search where is the code which is de-allocating these Drawables when SoftReference automatically reclaims the memory for Bitmap. As far as I know .recycle() has to be explicitly called on the Bitmap for it to be de-allocated.

    I am trying httpUnit for the first time and just trying to get a response back from google.com. However, I keep getting the following error: com.meterware.httpunit.dom.HTMLDocumentImpl not found Though, I have placed httpUnit.jar in the libraries folder of my NetBeans project and can actually see that class file is there. Any experiences with this?

For this i have installed all the necessary tools for blackberry development in android.For month ago i run some android apps on BB playbook. for this a debug token is needed which expired in a month. then today i develop a new debug token and run my new android app on BB Playbook but its not running and gives lots of errors and a red cross on the project folder i don't know why its happening.

    Visual Studio 2010 adds a new feature to improve loading speed of references in "Add .NET Reference" tab. For example, when the target framework of project is 3.5, it displays only 3.5 assemblies in the list, and says "Filtered to: .NET Framework 3.5". This feature is quite annoying, as it makes impossible to find an older assembly, unless you change a target framework in compilation options. Is there any option to disable that filtering?

  • SimpleRepository auto migrations with indexes

    I am using subsonic simplerepo with migrations in dev and it makes things pretty easy but I keep running into issues with my nvarchar columns that have an index. My users table has an index defined on the username column for obvious reasons but each time I start the project subsonic is doing this: ALTER TABLE [Users] ALTER COLUMN Username nvarchar(50); which causes this: The index 'IX_Username' is dependent on column 'Username'.ALTER TABLE ALTER COLUMN Username failed because one or more objects access this column Is there any way around this issue?

The same operation, sending a message to from gPhone to the PC, returns different results in different time: Sometimes succeeded and sometimes throws a SocketExcepton(The system call was cancelled). I can't understand this line of code which apparently loops through different 'parts' of an email message. I have no idea how it works btw and suspect that theres some error taking place which my parser isn't showing right. foreach (new RecursiveIteratorIterator($mail->getMessage($i)) as $ii=>$part) what does the above foreach loop mean?
