Now we want to port parts of it to a Windows Azure application without making lots of changes to the used components. I already found this article of stackoverflow so I hope to get NHibernate running on Azure. My question: Has anybody experiences in running Spring.NET on Azure (with or without NHibernate) ??

    For Data Explorer I would like to add support for a Batch separator. So for example if users type in: select 'GO' go select 1 as go Go select 100 I would like to return the three result sets. Its clear that I need some sort of parser here, my hope is that this is a solved problem and I can just plug it in. (writing a full T-SQL parser is not something I would like to do) What component / demo code could achieve splitting this batch into its 3 parts?

    I need to make an NSManagedObject without saving it, how can I do this? I have tried insetting one without a context but the app crashes.     I am needing to upgrade MYSQL on Ubuntu, it is a production server and naturally cautious. My many googles look to be essentially saying that I need to : 1) Backup my current mysql database and tables/data 2) Uninstall current mysql 3) Install new MYSQL 5+ 4) Restore Databases/ tables and data 5) Hope and Pray I got it right ?? Something doesn't seem right, sounds like a lot of down time and risk Am I missing something / or any simple solutions? Upgrading from mSQL 4 to 5 on Ubuntu 10 Many Thanks, Rob

Seems there is no way to do that if the button has an icon (of course if you don't creat a new icon wich is text+former icon). Is that the only way? Anyone has a better idea?

  • 2-col layout, one col scrolls vertical, other is fixed. Both scroll horizontal.

    Im trying to do a 2 column layout where the left column is very long vertically, and the right column is very long horizontally. When I scroll vertically, I want to move up and down the left column while the right one stays fixed. When I scroll horizontally, both columns move left-right (normal behaviour) I hope this drawing explain it more (sorry for the bad quality): Is this possible to do using only css? If not, how can I do it with javascript? Thanks

    Hi, i want to get the domain extention (at least i hope it is called this way) from the site name the user is currently on. so from www.bbc.co.uk it's co.uk and www.google.com = .com http://stackoverflow.com/questions/ask = .com etc. especially the ones with the double name (like co.uk) gives me headaches....
