    Hi, I have a 500Mb csv file. I need to convert it into XML file. I am using the Jaxb to created the xml file. It is working fine for small amout of data. but for large amout of data like 300 mb it is throwing out of memory exception. Can anyone tell me that How can I create each element and write it into a file without creating the whole tree using the jaxb?" Thanks Sonu

  • In node.js slow readable stream attached to a faster pushing message queue eats up memory

Due to slow network connection the response stream and its underlying implementation is unable to consume data at that pace thus occupying a lot of memory. On windows I have a batch file: SQLite3.exe pathtodb\databasename <sqlitecommands.txt This batch calls the Sqlite command line program, attachs the database, and reads the command from sqlitecommands.txt. The sqlitecommands is dynamically modified(by Word VBA) to read (Select) Write (Update) to/from the database. What is the format of an applescript to do the same thing in Mac OSX?

    I use to write code like this: void fun(char *buff, unsigned size) { std::strstream str(buff, size); str << "hello world: " << 5; } so I can use stream output over an arbitrary buffer. I've found this technique both efficient (no allocations) and useful (streams!). Now that std::strstream is deprecated, how can I get the same speed+flexibility that I can get with this code?

    I'm trying to implement my own IRC client as a personal proejct and I realized I needed a way to read and write from the socket at the same time. I realized I could have a reading thread which reads from the socket in the background and puts data in a queue and I could have another thread which writes data from a queue to the socket. However I have no idea on how to start with multithreaded programing or how to do it with c++. Where do I go from here?
