  i am doing load test on this REST API using SOAPUI. http://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/geocode/xml?address=1600+Amphitheatre+Parkway,+Mountain+View,+CA&sensor=false i ve successfully setup the testsuite and all. my doubt is is it possible to change the query parameters in the REST API url by passing values from the script editor(either javascript or groovy) for the test suite when i perform test? if so, how should i write the script? So i have this table with two fields: type and authorization in type i have 2 different values: Raid and Hold in authorization i have 2 different values: Accepted or Denied I need to make a view that returns values like this: TYPE:RAID ACCEPTED:5 DENIED:7 Basically i need to know how many of the values in TYPE are Raid, and then how many of them are Accepted and Denied.   In IE, the dropdown-list takes the same width as the dropbox (i hope i am making sense) whereas in Firefox the dropdown-list's width varies according to the content. This basically means that i have to make sure that the dropbox has to be wide enough to display the longest selection possible. this makes my page look very ugly :( Is there any workaround for this problem? How can i uses CSS to set different widths for dropbox and the dropdownlist?

  hi, i have to work on skin in flex, but this time , i have to use vector images from adobe illustrator, this is very easy in case of adobe photoshop, as we have .png files, just import them in flash and make them a movie clip, and u r done with the skinnning but i m facing problem when i m copying images from adobe illustrator in to the flash, actually i have a hslider and i have to put vector skin, but when images copied on adobe flash, they lost their corners, so skinning is not perfect, i hope u got it, plzz tell me the solution of making vector skinning thanx in advance

What I would like to do is trigger a transition effect that moves the child component onto the stage when it's added and then moves it off when it's removed.   I don't have multiple threads or anything like that, and I thought select() was non-blocking, however, as I add more items to an array used as the IO object, and using select(), after about 1000~ items in the array (with some interaction on them).. the whole script exits with a deadlock / fatal error... I've seen recently an example of a ViewModel referencing a View, which seems wrong to me, as it would result in tighter coupling. Given that ViewModel is often described as an intermediary between the View and the Model, is there more to the ViewModel than a facade to domain objects?
