    hello. for example i have 2 tables: 1 . users: id Name 1 Mike 2 Adam 3 Tom 4 John 5 Andy 6 Ray 2 . visits: userID date 1 ... 3 ... 6 ... i want to make a page which can be visited once in 12 hours, when user visits that page his id is included in database ( visits ), how i can select all users ( from database users) excepting users who visited page in <= 12 hours ( users from database visits )?

  • KeyDown event is not firing second time.

    In my masterpage, i'm having one textbox for searching purpose. if we press enterkey it is redirecting to some otherpage. But it is happening only one time. next time when i enter some text and press enter key, it is not going to the Keydown event handler.   • Content controls have to be top-level controls

    I have a website that can be accessed from www.blahblah.com and special.blahblah.com. The www site always works but occasionly I get a 'Content controls have to be top-level controls in a content page or a nested master page that references a master page' error on the special site. It's exactly the same code running in both situations and the offending page doesn't even have a master page. Why would it work all the time on one and fail sometimes on the other?

  • os.path.getmtime() doesn't return fraction of a second

    I compile python 2.6.4 for centos 5.3 and find this issue that os.path.getmtime() or os.stat().m_time doesn't have the fraction part. As per docs, if os.stat_float_times() True, then it should return float value. In my case, I do see it as float, but no fraction part (it is 0). In [3]: os.path.getmtime('/tmp') Out[3]: 1268339116.0 In [4]: os.stat('/tmp') Out[4]: posix.stat_result(st_mode=17407, st_ino=508897L, st_dev=29952L, st_nlink=7, st_uid=0, st_gid=0, st_size=4096L, st_atime=1268101696, st_mtime=1268339116, st_ctime=1268339116) In [5]: os.stat_float_times() True In [6]: os.stat('/tmp').st_mtime Out[6]: 1268339116.0 It is also strange that the stat() output seems like an int. On windows, I do see a fraction part with the same python version. I am running centos on top of colinux, could that be playing a role, or is it some python build issue? I couldn't find any hits for generic colinux issue. May be it is how colinux configures the filesystem? What would I need to check in that case?

  • WPF: How to efficiently update an Image 30 times per second

    Hello, I'm writing a WPF application that uses a component, and this component returns a pointer (IntPtr) to pixels of a bitmap (stride * height). I know in advance that the bitmap is a 24bits rgb, its width and height. Updating the Image control with these bitmaps makes up a video to the user, but I'm not sure what's the most efficient way to do that, most of the time the CPU usage goes to 75%+ and memory changing from 40mb to 500mb and the nI think GC starts to work and then it drops again to 40mm. The app starts to not be responsive. What shoud I do? thanks!

    I'm trying to write my level classes by having a base class that each level class inherits from...The base class uses pure virtual functions.     I'm using APC to reduce my loading time for my PHP files. My files load very fast, except for one file where I define more than 100 arrays. This 270 kb file takes 200 ms to load. The rest of the files are full of objects, methods, and functions. I'm wondering: does OP code caching not work as well for arrays? My APC cache should be big enough to handle all of my classes. Currently 40% of my cache is free. My hit rate is 99%. apc.shm_size=32 M apc.max_file_size = 1M apc.shm_segments= 1 APC 3.1.6 I'm using PHP 5.2, Apache 2, and Windows Vista.

  • node_load in drupal gets incorrect node when you are NOT logged in

    Hi All, i have a module and i am using node_load(array('nid' = arg(1))); now the problem is that this function keep getting its data for node_load from DB cache. how can i force this function to not use DB cache or static value? Example my link is http://mydomain.com/node/344983 now: $node=node_load(array('nid'=arg(1)),null,true); echo $node-nid; output: 435632 which is a randomly node id (available in the database) and everytime i ctrl+F5 my browser, i get new nid!! Note: if i am logged in, it gives the result correctly, but this problem happens only when i am browsing the website as an anonymous user i really appreciate any idea!! Thanks

  • Adobe Reader 9.0 memory leak while loading-unloading PDF files every one second indefinitely

    I have c++ written MFC based application that has PDF object viewer as a part of the implementation. A whole thing works just fine with Adobe Reader 8.0. Once I switched to Adobe Reader 9.0 as a default PDF reader, I keep experiencing small memory leak that forces my application to crash within a half an hour of continuous loading-unloading different PDF files. Any ideas what might cause this memory leak and is there any cure besides replacing Adobe Reader 9.0 with anything else? (Works fine with Foxit PDF reader as well, by the way..)

    Hi all, I have a database with three tables, a household table, an adults table and a users table. The Household table contains two foreign keys, iAdult1ID and iAdult2ID. The Users table has a iUserID primary key and the Adult table has a corresponding iUserID foreign key. One of the columns in the Users table is strUsername, an e-mail address. I am trying to write a query that will allow me to search for an e-mail address for either adult that has a relation to the household. So I have two questions, assuming that all the values are not null, how can I do this? And two, in reality, iAdult2ID can be null, is it still possible to write a query to do this?   • Eclipse JFace TreeViewer level auto expansion doesn't work

    According to the Eclipse documentation TreeViewer.setAutoExpandLevel(3) means that top-level elements are expanded, and their children, but not grandchildren. I used that in my code, but after setting the input the tree is not auto-expanded, neither on OS X nor on Linux. Expanding the tree manually (via mouse) works flawlessly. Am I missing anything?

  • iPhone: TabBarController as second level of Navigation Controller

    I'm new to iphone development. I've read tutorials about implementing a tab bar controller on the window (eg as the main controller for the app). But how can I create a tab bar controller as a 'standalone' UIViewController that can be called by a navigation bar controller? Basically my navigation bar controller has an array of UIViewControllers that it displays in the table and then loads the appropriate view/controller when a user selects an item. Now I want one of these loaded views/controllers to be a tab bar controller. How can I do this? I'm not sure how to create a tab bar controller on its own without having an outlet/instance in the application delegate. Hope that made sense. Thanks.
