    Hi guys. I have an FTP user which i log in into the server via SFTP and a key file. Right, lovely, works like a charm. Now, by default the user logs to /home/ftp which is not cool. I'd like to know if there is a way to redirect just before the connection to a dir such as /var/www/site.com/public/files/ Mmm? :)

    Hi! I'm installing liferay community edition with an Oracle database, I managed to get it running with the user SYSTEM, but I don't like this... I want to create another user in another tablespace, the problem is that it seems that liferay needs to create tables and alter them according during its lifetime.     Hi I have created a windows2003 cluster and then try to configure MSDTC by following the link http://support.microsoft.com/kb/301600/#appliesto after follow this i have enable network DTC access in Windows Server 2003 by following http://support.microsoft.com/kb/817064/ But the group i have created MSDTC( as said in first link from 7th point onwards ) for the resourse Distribution Transaction Coordinator failed and all are in online after done this. But i dont know why it is failing.. I dont know how to post the screen shot here.....

The every week I buy new stock. Sometimes the stock changes in price.     Hi. Im having a lot of problems with getting hamachi (and other similar VPN software) to work on my laptop. (Win7 Home Premium 32bit) People can seem to ping me without problems, but trying to ping other people gives me "request timed out". Ive tried everything (disabling firewall, antivirus) but nothing seems to help. How can i fix this?

    Hi, I was trying to ghost a partition on a Windows 2003 server, using Ghost 2003. Unfortunately things went horribly wrong, and now I can't boot back into my system. As you can see, Ghost creates a wee little partition to do its dirty work, and has dislodged my other partitions. Partition 2 in the image below is my C drive. Any suggestions as to how I might get this active again so that it boots? Cheers, Chris

I used the command rsync -avz myrepo. Please suggest me a good way to do svn backup to a remote server. I cannot zip the files and transfer it daily since it's 7 GB. Thanks

    Hi, I have a strange problem: When I assign addresses of the form 10.0.0.x to my computers, file sharing (smb) does not work. When I assign them addresse of the form 192.168.1.x it works... OS is XP SP3, for subnetmasks i tried both 255.255.255.0 and 255.0.0.0 Any ideas what I can do? [EDIT] I forgot to add: pinging doesn't work either

    Hi all, Having difficulties setting up Bare Metal recovery in DPM 2010. Does anyone know of a good guide/walkthrough to talk me through a basic setup? I have tried most of the DPM knowledge base without much luck. I can perform System State backups, but as soon as I enable bare metal the jobs start failing.     Hi All, One of our offices has made the move away from PFSense to a Netgear FVS336G. The one feature I can't seem to figure out is its VPN capabilities. I'm confused as to whether this device can act as a IPSEC VPN server, or if it can only act as the client in a Site-Site VPN.
