    Hi, I am pretty new to Infragistics controls and finding it hard to add a hyperlink column to the ultraweb grid. Can anyone help me out with this. Currently, I am binding the data coming from the Database to the grid. To this data I need to add a hyperlink column "View" that will redirect me to a popup. I need to pass some values from this page to the popup. Need pointers if this can be done on Javascript. I am unable to get the code anywhere.     I am trying to render a simple hyperlink that links to a named anchor within the page, for example: <a href="#namedAnchor"scroll to down</a <a name="namedAnchor"down</a The problem is that when I use an ASP.NET control like asp:HyperLink or HtmlAnchor, the href="#namedAnchor" is rendered as href="controls/#namedAnchor" (where controls is the subdirectory where the user control containing the anchor is).     My GWT app has a search result with orderid column as hyperlink. On clicking, it opens up another tab which shows the details. I want to expose this particular functionality externally say in an email http://www.myapp.com/XYZApp.html?orderid=1234 so that user can directly go to the details page after login to the App. In JSP world, it was pretty straightforward. Is it possible in GWT given that the call to show up the details page is not in the main GWT module (XYZApp.html)

I have a vb.net web form with a html editor, when I add a hyperlink to the html editor, for example my application website for instance http://myapplication/myloginpage.aspx When I run and click the link I can browse my application from inside the Html Editor, which is so weird. How do I stop this from happening. This is an Intranet application. And the component for Html Editor is of TMS.

  • How do I program a hyperlink to include a username and password to the target site?

    We have a website with a section restricted to members only. They log in and can view the website. Some of the information is stored on another server. We want that information to ONLY be accessible to those who have logged into the main website. What would be the best way to link the two sites, without making members log in again?   • Lotus Notes won't open a hyperlink/uri in a browser!

    I'm still new to Lotus, but I have LN 8.0.2, and have it set up to open hyperlinks "using the browser i have set as the default for this operating system" which in my case is Firefox 3.6.13. If I try to select "use the browser embedded in this client" then it just forgets it after I click save (ie if i go back into preferences it's reset to the default for this operating system option) Windows XP SP 3. Whenever I click on a link in an email...memo... then it does nothing and flashes an underscore underneath it. It's so basic and so annoying there must be something I'm missing. Any help please!

    I have a TextField which I initialize by setting htmlText. The text has anchor tags (hyperlinks). When a user clicks on the hyperlink, the indentation of the second and subsequent lines in the paragraph changes. Why? How do I stop it? My html has an image at the beginning of the line, followed by the tag, followed by more text. (I used images instead of li tags because Flash does not allow nested lists, so I faked it using a series of images with varying amounts of whitespace to simulate three levels of indentation.) IDEA: I was thinking of changing all hyperlinks to use "event:" as the URL protocol, which causes a TextEvent.LINK event to be triggered instead of following the link. Then I would have to open the browser in a second call. I could use this event handler to set the html text to itself, which might clear the problem. (When I switch pages in my application and then come back to the page, everything is OKAY again.) PROBLEM: If I use the "event:" protocol and user tries the right-mouse button click, they will get an error, or so I am told. This doesn't work of course: <asp:HyperLink runat="server" Text="Foo" NavigateUrl="<%= urlString %>" /> (where urlString might be a string I created earlier in the page) And this doesn't work because the HyperLink is not within a data bound control: <asp:HyperLink runat="server" Text="Foo" NavigateUrl='<%# urlString %>' /> I guess I could just use a standard anchor element: <a href="<%= urlString %>">Foo</a> But I'd rather not mix up HTML and ASP.NET controls, and it would be handy to be able to do this for other controls. Surely there must be a way?

I want to change Text property of each control. Because HyperLink doesn't implement (why??)
