Partition-level ADO and compression are supported if partitioned on the end-time columns. Row-level policies for ADO are not supported for in-database archiving. Partition-level ADO and compression are supported if partitioned on the ORA_ARCHIVE_STATE column. Custom policies (user-defined functions) for ADO are not supported if the policies default at the tablespace level. ADO does not perform checks for storage space in a target tablespace when using storage tiering. ADO is not supported on tables with object types or materialized views. ADO concurrency (the number of simultaneous policy jobs for ADO) depends on the concurrency of the Oracle scheduler. If a policy job for ADO fails more than two times, then the job is marked disabled and the job must be manually enabled later. Policies for ADO are only run in the Oracle Scheduler maintenance windows. Outside of the maintenance windows all policies are stopped. The only exceptions are those jobs for rebuilding indexes in ADO offline mode. ADO has restrictions related to moving tables and table partitions. ??????row,segment???????????ADO??,?????create table?alter table?????? ????ADO??,??????????????,???????????????? storage tier , ?????????storage tier?????????, ??????????????ADO??????????? segment?row??group? ?CREATE TABLE?ALERT TABLE???ILM???,??????????????????ADO policy? ??ILM policy???????????????? ??????? ????ADO policy, ?????alter table  ???????,?????????????? • WTSQuerySessionInformation returning empty strings

    - by Benj
    I've written a program which should query the Terminal Services API and print out some state information about the sessions running on a terminal services box. I'm using the WTSQuerySessionInformation function to do this and it's returning some data but most of the data seems to be missing... Does anyone know why? Here's my program: void WTSGetString( HANDLE serverHandle, DWORD sessionid, WTS_INFO_CLASS command, wchar_t* commandStr) { DWORD bytesReturned = 0; LPTSTR pData = NULL; if (WTSQuerySessionInformation(serverHandle, sessionid, command, &pData, &bytesReturned)) { wprintf(L"\tWTSQuerySessionInformationW - session %d - %s returned \"%s\"\n", sessionid, commandStr, pData); } else { wprintf(L"\tWTSQuerySessionInformationW - session %d - %s failed - error=%d - ", sessionid, commandStr, GetLastError()); printLastError(NULL, GetLastError()); } WTSFreeMemory(pData); } void ExtractFromWTS( HANDLE serverHandle, DWORD sessionid ) { WTSGetString(serverHandle, sessionid, WTSInitialProgram, L"WTSInitialProgram"); WTSGetString(serverHandle, sessionid, WTSApplicationName, L"WTSApplicationName"); WTSGetString(serverHandle, sessionid, WTSWorkingDirectory, L"WTSWorkingDirectory"); WTSGetString(serverHandle, sessionid, WTSOEMId, L"WTSOEMId"); WTSGetString(serverHandle, sessionid, WTSSessionId, L"WTSSessionId"); WTSGetString(serverHandle, sessionid, WTSUserName, L"WTSUserName"); WTSGetString(serverHandle, sessionid, WTSWinStationName, L"WTSWinStationName"); WTSGetString(serverHandle, sessionid, WTSDomainName, L"WTSDomainName"); WTSGetString(serverHandle, sessionid, WTSConnectState, L"WTSConnectState"); WTSGetString(serverHandle, sessionid, WTSClientBuildNumber, L"WTSClientBuildNumber"); WTSGetString(serverHandle, sessionid, WTSClientName, L"WTSClientName"); WTSGetString(serverHandle, sessionid, WTSClientDirectory, L"WTSClientDirectory"); WTSGetString(serverHandle, sessionid, WTSClientProductId, L"WTSClientProductId"); WTSGetString(serverHandle, sessionid, WTSClientHardwareId, L"WTSClientHardwareId"); WTSGetString(serverHandle, sessionid, WTSClientAddress, L"WTSClientAddress"); WTSGetString(serverHandle, sessionid, WTSClientDisplay, L"WTSClientDisplay"); WTSGetString(serverHandle, sessionid, WTSClientProtocolType, L"WTSClientProtocolType"); } int _tmain(int argc, _TCHAR* argv[]) { PWTS_SESSION_INFOW ppSessionInfo = 0; DWORD pCount; if(!WTSEnumerateSessions(WTS_CURRENT_SERVER_HANDLE, 0, 1, &ppSessionInfo, &pCount)) { printLastError(L"WTSEnumerateSessions", GetLastError()); return 1; } wprintf(L"%d WTS sessions found on host\n", pCount); for (unsigned int i=0; i<pCount; i++) { wprintf(L"> session=%d, stationName = %s\n", ppSessionInfo[i].SessionId, ppSessionInfo[i].pWinStationName); ExtractFromWTS(WTS_CURRENT_SERVER_HANDLE, ppSessionInfo[i].SessionId); LPWSTR sessionstr = new wchar_t[200]; wsprintf(sessionstr, L"%d", ppSessionInfo[i].SessionId); } return 0; } And here's the output: C:\Users\Administrator\Desktop>ObtainWTSStartShell.exe empserver1 4 WTS sessions found on host > session=0, stationName = Services WTSQuerySessionInformationW - session 0 - WTSInitialProgram failed - error=87 - The paramete r is incorrect.   • Does RVM "failover" to another ruby instance on error?

    - by JohnMetta
    Have a strange problem in that I have a Rake task that seems to be using multiple versions of Ruby. When one fails, it seems to try another one. Details MacBook running 10.6.5 rvm 1.1.0 Rubies: 1.8.7-p302, ree-1.8.7-2010.02, ruby-1.9.2-p0 Rake 0.8.7 Gem 1.3.7 Veewee (provisioning Virtual Machines using Opcode.com, Vagrant and Chef) I'm not entirely sure the specific details of the error matter, but since it might be an issue with Veewee itself. So, what I'm trying to do is build a new box base on a veewee definition. The command fails with an error about a missing method- but what's interesting is how it fails. Errors I managed to figure out that if I only have one Ruby installed with RVM, it just fails. If I have more than one Ruby install, it fails at the same place, but execution seems to continue in another interpreter. Here are two different clipped console outputs. I've clipped them for size. The full outputs of each error are available as a gist. One Ruby version installed Here is the command run when I only have a single version of Ruby (1.8.7) available in RVM boudica:veewee john$ rvm rake build['mettabox'] --trace rvm 1.1.0 by Wayne E. Seguin ([email protected]) [http://rvm.beginrescueend.com/] (in /Users/john/Work/veewee) ** Invoke build (first_time) ** Execute build … creating new harddrive rake aborted! undefined method `max_vdi_size' for #<VirtualBox::SystemProperties:0x102d6af80> /Users/john/.rvm/gems/ruby-1.8.7-p302/gems/virtualbox-0.8.3/lib/virtualbox/abstract_model/dirty.rb:172:in `method_missing' <------ stacktraces cut ----------> /Users/john/.rvm/gems/ruby-1.8.7-p302/gems/rake-0.8.7/bin/rake:31 /Users/john/.rvm/gems/ruby-1.8.7-p302@global/bin/rake:19:in `load' /Users/john/.rvm/gems/ruby-1.8.7-p302@global/bin/rake:19 Multiple Ruby Versions Here is the same command run with three versions of Ruby available in RVM. Prior to doing this, I used "rvm use 1.8.7." Again, I don't know how important the details of the specific errors are- what's interesting to me is that there are three separate errors- each with it's own stacktrace- and each in a different Ruby interpreter. Look at the bottom of each stacktrace and you'll see that they are all sourced from different interpreter locations- First ree-1.8.7, then ruby-1.8.7, then ruby-1.9.2: boudica:veewee john$ rvm rake build['mettabox'] --trace rvm 1.1.0 by Wayne E. Discussion Does anyone have any idea what's going on here? Has anyone seen this "failover"-like behavior before? It seems strange to me that the first exception would not halt execution as it did with one interpreter, but I wonder if there are things happening when RVM is installed that we Ruby developers are not considering.

  • Has glassfish 2.1.1 a bug handling http request and handle them twice?

    - by marabol
    I'm using glassfish 2.1.1. I've watched a mysterious http/webservice-call handling. It seams an http request is handled by two different threads. After http basic authentication the first thread is faster. Persisting some data end, but writing response fails in glassfish internal. The second thread fails, because it tries to persist identical data and there are (unique) constrain failures. The response (the failure) of second thread was delivered to client. I don't won't discuss the behavior with the unique constrain failure. I've improve the webservice, so it can handle this better, because it could be happen anytime, that the client send the ws call a second time. But I think, glassfish 2.1.1 has an bug handling http request. Is there any known issue? Have I done an mistake? • Result in an argument isn't correct

    - by Paulo Nunes
    So I have this piece of prolog code: my_avalia(A,R) :- A=="Koza" -koza(R,0,0,e,89). koza(R,_,_,_,87):-!,write(R). koza(R,X,Y,V,C):-movex(V,X,X1),movey(V,Y,Y1),confirma(X1,Y1,Z),Z==1->(append(R,[emFrente],U),L is (C-1),koza(U,X1,Y1,V,L)). The matter is that when I write the "R" at koza(), it has the correct values, however it ends up with a empty list in my_avalia when I call it like this: my_avalia("Koza",R). My recursion might be incorrect but I don't really know what's wrong with it. Thanks in advance.

  • stopping a cherrypy server over http

    - by d.c
    I have a cherrypy app that I'm controlling over http with a wxpython ui. I want to kill the server when the ui closes, but I don't know how to do that. Right now I'm just doing a sys.exit() on the window close event but thats resulting in Traceback (most recent call last): File "ui.py", line 67, in exitevent urllib.urlopen("http://"+server+"/?sigkill=1") File "c:\python26\lib\urllib.py", line 87, in urlopen return opener.open(url) File "c:\python26\lib\urllib.py", line 206, in open return getattr(self, name)(url) File "c:\python26\lib\urllib.py", line 354, in open_http 'got a bad status line', None) IOError: ('http protocol error', 0, 'got a bad status line', None) is that because I'm not stopping cherrypy properly?

  • cgi.FieldStorage translating unicode strangely

    - by trydyingtolive
    I have a form that is on a UTF-8 encoded page. When I submit the form cgi.FieldStorage converts any non-ascii character to an odd format. For example if I submit the value c. The browser will send %c4%87. I want to convert that to the string \xc4\x87. However, cgi.FieldStorage is converting it to \\xc4\\x87. post = cgi.FieldStorage(fp=env['wsgi.input'], environ=env, keep_blank_values=True) Python 2.6 on Ubuntu 9.10SE, Apache2, mod_wsgi.

  • SQL select statement with increment

    - by Matt
    Currently I'm using a for statement in PHP to get all the months for this SQL statement, but would like to know if I can do it all with SQL. Basically I have to get the average listing price, and the average selling price for each month going back 1 year where the sellingdate = the month. simple with PHP, but that creates 12 database hits. I'm trying the sql statment below, but it returns listings totally out of order SELECT avg(ListingPrice), avg(SellingPrice), count(ListingDate), DATE(SellingDate) as date, MONTH(SellingDate) as month, YEAR(SellingDate) as year FROM `rets_property_resi` WHERE Area = '5030' AND Status = 'S' AND SellingDate Output: 867507.142857 877632.492063 63 1996-12-24 12 1996 971355.833333 981533.333333 60 1997-11-18 11 1997 949334.328358 985453.731343 67 1997-10-23 10 1997 794150.000000 806642.857143 70 1996-09-20 9 1996 968371.621622 988074.702703 74 1997-08-21 8 1997 1033413.366337 1053018.534653 101 1997-07-30 7 1997 936115.054795 962787.671233 73 1996-06-07 6 1996 875378.735632 906921.839080 87 1996-05-16 5 1996 926635.616438 958561.643836 73 2010-04-13 4 2010 1030224.472222 1046332.291667 72 2010-03-31 3 2010 921711.458333 924177.083333 48 1997-02-28 2 1997 799484.615385 791551.282051 39 1997-01-15 1 1997 As you can see, it pulls from random dates, I need to to pull from 2010-03, 2010-02, 2010-01, etc... any help is appreciated!

  • Interrupt an Http Request blocked in read() on Android

    - by twk
    Using the Apache Http stack on Android, I'm trying to force a thread out of a call to read. This is what the stack looks like: OSNetworkSystem.receiveStreamImpl(FileDescriptor, byte[], int, int, int) line: not available [native method] OSNetworkSystem.receiveStream(FileDescriptor, byte[], int, int, int) line: 478 PlainSocketImpl.read(byte[], int, int) line: 565 SocketInputStream.read(byte[], int, int) line: 87 SocketInputBuffer(AbstractSessionInputBuffer).fillBuffer() line: 103 SocketInputBuffer(AbstractSessionInputBuffer).read(byte[], int, int) line: 134 IdentityInputStream.read(byte[], int, int) line: 86 EofSensorInputStream.read(byte[], int, int) line: 159 Fetcher.readStream() line: 89 I've tried InputStream.close(), Thread.Interrupt(), and HttpUriRequest.abort(), without any success. Any ideas? I'm also open to some kind of non-blocking IO, but I don't see any way to do that with the HttpUriRequest object. Thanks!

  • Strange: Planner takes decision with lower cost, but (very) query long runtime

    - by S38
    Facts: PGSQL 8.4.2, Linux I make use of table inheritance Each Table contains 3 million rows Indexes on joining columns are set Table statistics (analyze, vacuum analyze) are up-to-date Only used table is "node" with varios partitioned sub-tables Recursive query (pg = 8.4) Now here is the explained query: WITH RECURSIVE rows AS ( SELECT * FROM ( SELECT r.id, r.set, r.parent, r.masterid FROM d_storage.node_dataset r WHERE masterid = 3533933 ) q UNION ALL SELECT * FROM ( SELECT c.id, c.set, c.parent, r.masterid FROM rows r JOIN a_storage.node c ON c.parent = r.id ) q ) SELECT r.masterid, r.id AS nodeid FROM rows r QUERY PLAN ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CTE Scan on rows r (cost=2742105.92..2862119.94 rows=6000701 width=16) (actual time=0.033..172111.204 rows=4 loops=1) CTE rows -> Recursive Union (cost=0.00..2742105.92 rows=6000701 width=28) (actual time=0.029..172111.183 rows=4 loops=1) -> Index Scan using node_dataset_masterid on node_dataset r (cost=0.00..8.60 rows=1 width=28) (actual time=0.025..0.027 rows=1 loops=1) Index Cond: (masterid = 3533933) -> Hash Join (cost=0.33..262208.33 rows=600070 width=28) (actual time=40628.371..57370.361 rows=1 loops=3) Hash Cond: (c.parent = r.id) -> Append (cost=0.00..211202.04 rows=12001404 width=20) (actual time=0.011..46365.669 rows=12000004 loops=3) -> Seq Scan on node c (cost=0.00..24.00 rows=1400 width=20) (actual time=0.002..0.002 rows=0 loops=3) -> Seq Scan on node_dataset c (cost=0.00..55001.01 rows=3000001 width=20) (actual time=0.007..3426.593 rows=3000001 loops=3) -> Seq Scan on node_stammdaten c (cost=0.00..52059.01 rows=3000001 width=20) (actual time=0.008..9049.189 rows=3000001 loops=3) -> Seq Scan on node_stammdaten_adresse c (cost=0.00..52059.01 rows=3000001 width=20) (actual time=3.455..8381.725 rows=3000001 loops=3) -> Seq Scan on node_testdaten c (cost=0.00..52059.01 rows=3000001 width=20) (actual time=1.810..5259.178 rows=3000001 loops=3) -> Hash (cost=0.20..0.20 rows=10 width=16) (actual time=0.010..0.010 rows=1 loops=3) -> WorkTable Scan on rows r (cost=0.00..0.20 rows=10 width=16) (actual time=0.002..0.004 rows=1 loops=3) Total runtime: 172111.371 ms (16 rows) (END) So far so bad, the planner decides to choose hash joins (good) but no indexes (bad). Now after doing the following: SET enable_hashjoins TO false; The explained query looks like that: QUERY PLAN ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CTE Scan on rows r (cost=15198247.00..15318261.02 rows=6000701 width=16) (actual time=0.038..49.221 rows=4 loops=1) CTE rows -> Recursive Union (cost=0.00..15198247.00 rows=6000701 width=28) (actual time=0.032..49.201 rows=4 loops=1) -> Index Scan using node_dataset_masterid on node_dataset r (cost=0.00..8.60 rows=1 width=28) (actual time=0.028..0.031 rows=1 loops=1) Index Cond: (masterid = 3533933) -> Nested Loop (cost=0.00..1507822.44 rows=600070 width=28) (actual time=10.384..16.382 rows=1 loops=3) Join Filter: (r.id = c.parent) -> WorkTable Scan on rows r (cost=0.00..0.20 rows=10 width=16) (actual time=0.001..0.003 rows=1 loops=3) -> Append (cost=0.00..113264.67 rows=3001404 width=20) (actual time=8.546..12.268 rows=1 loops=4) -> Seq Scan on node c (cost=0.00..24.00 rows=1400 width=20) (actual time=0.001..0.001 rows=0 loops=4) -> Bitmap Heap Scan on node_dataset c (cost=58213.87..113214.88 rows=3000001 width=20) (actual time=1.906..1.906 rows=0 loops=4) Recheck Cond: (c.parent = r.id) -> Bitmap Index Scan on node_dataset_parent (cost=0.00..57463.87 rows=3000001 width=0) (actual time=1.903..1.903 rows=0 loops=4) Index Cond: (c.parent = r.id) -> Index Scan using node_stammdaten_parent on node_stammdaten c (cost=0.00..8.60 rows=1 width=20) (actual time=3.272..3.273 rows=0 loops=4) Index Cond: (c.parent = r.id) -> Index Scan using node_stammdaten_adresse_parent on node_stammdaten_adresse c (cost=0.00..8.60 rows=1 width=20) (actual time=4.333..4.333 rows=0 loops=4) Index Cond: (c.parent = r.id) -> Index Scan using node_testdaten_parent on node_testdaten c (cost=0.00..8.60 rows=1 width=20) (actual time=2.745..2.746 rows=0 loops=4) Index Cond: (c.parent = r.id) Total runtime: 49.349 ms (21 rows) (END) - incredibly faster, because indexes were used. Notice: Cost of the second query ist somewhat higher than for the first query. So the main question is: Why does the planner make the first decision, instead of the second? Also interesing: Via SET enable_seqscan TO false; i temp. disabled seq scans. Than the planner used indexes and hash joins, and the query still was slow. So the problem seems to be the hash join. Maybe someone can help in this confusing situation? thx, R.

I run the following commands: ./configure make and I get the following error: fcgio.cpp: In destructor 'virtual fcgi_streambuf::~fcgi_streambuf()': fcgio.cpp:50: error: 'EOF' was not declared in this scope fcgio.cpp: In member function 'virtual int fcgi_streambuf::overflow(int)': fcgio.cpp:70: error: 'EOF' was not declared in this scope fcgio.cpp:75: error: 'EOF' was not declared in this scope fcgio.cpp: In member function 'virtual int fcgi_streambuf::sync()': fcgio.cpp:86: error: 'EOF' was not declared in this scope fcgio.cpp:87: error: 'EOF' was not declared in this scope fcgio.cpp: In member function 'virtual int fcgi_streambuf::underflow()': fcgio.cpp:107: error: 'EOF' was not declared in this scope make[2]: *** [fcgio.lo] Error 1 make[2]: Leaving directory `/somepath/fcgi-2.4.0/libfcgi' make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1 make[1]: Leaving directory `/somepath/fcgi-2.4.0' make: *** [all] Error 2 I notice that others have had the same problem and have asked this question in various fora etc - however, I have not as yet, seen an answer to this question/problem. Has anyone ever managed to build fastcgi on Linux? How do I fix this problem?

  • Multiple records with one request in RESTful system

    - by keithjgrant
    All the examples I've seen regarding a RESTful architecture have dealt with a single record. For example, a GET request to mydomain.com/foo/53 to get foo 53 or a POST to mydomain.com/foo to create a new Foo. But what about multiple records? Being able to request a series of Foos by id or post an array of new Foos generally would be more efficient with a single API request rather than dozens of individual requests. Would you "overload" mydomain.com/foo to handle requests for both a single or multiple records? Or would you add a mydomain.com/foo-multiple to handle plural POSTs and GETs? I'm designing a system that may potentially need to get many records at once (something akin to mydomain.com/foo/53,54,66,86,87) But since I haven't seen any examples of this, I'm wondering if there's something I'm just not getting about a RESTful architecture that makes this approach "wrong".

  • Regex take too long to match the result

    - by Joe Ijam
    Hi all I have this regex pattern <(\d+)>(\d+\.\d+|\d{4}\-\d+\-\d+\s+\d{2}:\d{2}:\d{2})(?:\..*?)*\s+(ALER|NOTI) and this is my input (will not matched at all) <150>2010-12-29 18:11:30.883 -0700 192.168.2.145 80 192.168.2.87 2795 "-" "-" GET HTTP 192.168.2.145 HTTP/1.1 200 36200 0 1038 544 192.168.2.221 80 540 SERVER DEFAULT PASSIVE VALID /joomla/ "-" http://192.168.2.145/joomla/index.php?option=com_content&view=a be4d44e8f3986183a87991398c1c212e=1; be4d44e8f3986183a87991398c1c212e=1 This will return not matched result but it takes too long to output the result. Since i have a thousand of logs/inputs in a second, it should finish very fast for every single log/input. Sometime it reaches CPU 100%. Can anyone help me to solve this regex problem? Thanks

  • Problems compiling an external library on linux...

    So I am trying to compile the libssh2 library on linux, but when I try to compile the example it comes up with a lot of errors, and even though I include the headerfile it asks for, it still asks for it. Here are the error messages and the resulting messages: ~/ gcc -include /home/Roosevelt/libssh2-1.2.5/src/libssh2_config.h -o lolbaise /home/Roosevelt/libssh2-1.2.5/example/scp.c /home/Roosevelt/libssh2-1.2.5/example/scp.c:7:28: error: libssh2_config.h: No such file or directory /home/Roosevelt/libssh2-1.2.5/example/scp.c: In function 'main': /home/Roosevelt/libssh2-1.2.5/example/scp.c:39: error: storage size of 'sin' isn't known /home/Roosevelt/libssh2-1.2.5/example/scp.c:81: error: 'AF_INET' undeclared (first use in this function) /home/Roosevelt/libssh2-1.2.5/example/scp.c:81: error: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once /home/Roosevelt/libssh2-1.2.5/example/scp.c:81: error: for each function it appears in.) /home/Roosevelt/libssh2-1.2.5/example/scp.c:81: error: 'SOCK_STREAM' undeclared (first use in this function) /home/Roosevelt/libssh2-1.2.5/example/scp.c:87: error: invalid application of 'sizeof' to incomplete type 'struct sockaddr_in'
