  • Exchange 2010 outlook anywhere - shows internal URL

    I am setting up an Exchange 2010 SP2 for a customer. However, the server address that the server returns with autodiscover is wrong, as it points to the internal domain (.local) - and not the external address. How do I change this? Here's an image to describe what I mean: It is the upper field that is wrong. I dont want users to enable the RPC over HTTP-thing, as the users know barely nothing about computers. Thank you in advance.

  • tomcat 6 start mode setting for production [windows]

    Tomcat 6 (as a windows service) seems to have a 'Start Mode' with options of 'java, jvm or exe' which can be set via the Tomcat Monitor (system tray icon). if I set this to 'java', I can see a forked 'java.exe' process for tomcat, if I chose either of the other two, I dont see a separate process. Anyway, would like to know if anyone has any information about what these settings mean and which one would be most appropriate in production.

    So I gonna make a USB bootable drive of Hexxeh's ChromiumOS Flow. I want this to be able to boot into it on my school computer. The computers use Novel network and each student gets their own login. Can I use my USB drive to boot into ChromiumOS from the schools computer? I dont need to access the files on my Novel Login. I need to : Install firefox executable Set "dont import anything(from Internet Explorer)" Set default browser to "no" Set default browser not to check again Copy a shortcut onto the desktop that goes to a specific URL I know this should be able to be implemented with an MSI package, but could I also set those settings?     We have a server with Apache 2.4, Tomcat 7 and phpmyadmin, all of them installed by source, no repository. I connected Apache with Tomcat through the jk connector by doing: JkMount /* worker1 and I moved /phpmyadmin in the Apache DocumentRoot, but of course website/phpmyadmin will redirect me to Tomcat, but I dont want that. It works only if I comment out the JKMount line So, how can I configure Apache with Tomcat and phpmyadmin so that /* requests are forwarded to Tomcat and /phpmyadmin directly served by Apache?

  • How to replicate wwwroot over multiple IIS web servers with NLB without NAS?

    We're adding a second server with Windows NLB for a bit of redundancy (ie the power goes on one of the servers - I know its not the best solution). How can we keep the data identical between the servers? Dont want to use a SAN or NAS as thats just something else to go wrong. Customers can upload images with the web app so changes could be made on either server, as well as us uploaded a few changed files. Thanks

    Hello, I've just installed ubuntu 10.10 on my laptop its all great but the screen resolution is a bit crap i have it set 1200:800 and when i do xrandr it indicates that the i can have a bigger screen resolution but i dont seem to to be able to increase it more 1200:800. another interesting thing is that xorg.conf does not exist on the /etc/X11/ is there a way to increase the screen resolution for Sony laptops? the graphics card is Intel Graphics Please help!

    Having problems with the NAT RULES and Access Rules changes on my ASA5505. Want to straight replace a 5505 with a newer 5505 and unfortunately this means dealing with old version 7.2 and the newer 8.4 configurations. my old NAT RULE: static (inside,outside) WebOutside WebInside netmask 255.255.255.255 and an Access Rule of: access-list outside_access_in extended permit tcp any host WebOutside eq www these dont work in 8.4 I understand there are some changed but I can find little information that makes any sense on how to configure these. Any pointers welcomed.
