  • Windows repair console, imposible?

    Hi guys, I found an old Windows XP SP2 in my -trash- cd can and tryed it on a 30 gb FAT32 partition. Installation went fine till the copying operation was completed and XP asked for reboot. After that either it starts over again or throws invalid disk. Starting over is an infinite loop the only way I see is to choose the "Repair console" but i'm not used to a dos box. Can anyone help me through this harmful instalation? Cheers, Daniel

  • Problem with running JavaME

    Hi guys, I'm getting angry - I cant run the emulator (under vista x64). I still get the following error: Starting emulator in execution mode * Error * Failed to connect to device 2! Reason: Emulator 2 terminated while waiting for it to register! BUILD FAILED (total time: 26 seconds) I was trying to change the port to 1999, localhost to ip address and such stuff. Do you have any ideas what to do? Thank you in advance! Cheers

    Hey guys, I have a form partial current setup like this to make new blog posts <% form_for([@current_user, @post]) do |f| %> This works great when editing a post, but when creating a new post I get the following error: undefined method `user_posts_path' for #<ActionView::Base:0x6158104> My routes are setup as follows: map.resources :user do |user| user.resources :post end Is there a better way to setup my partial to handle both new posts and editing current posts?

    Hey guys, I'm having some trouble storing the results of an RSS feed in my Flex 4 app. Here is the variables view, showing the result of the HTTPService which gets the feed: And here is the code I use to store the result: public var rssXML:XML; rssXML = event.result as XML; But after this code is run, rssXML is still null. What I would like to do is generate a random BUT unique 5 digit number and push whatever number into an img tag on my page. For example when people come to my page this number would generate and get pushed into this image tag: <img src="http://www.sample.com?randomNUM=12345" height="1" width="1" /> I have a mySQL DB and am looking to do this in PHP.   • Using web.config directory security and extensionless urls

    Hi Guys, I'd like to use the built in directory security features built into the web.config to restrict access to child pages of a parent page. My structure is as follows: Members Members/News Members/Press Members/Movies Users should be able to have access to the members parent page, but not child pages. My problem is, because I am using extensionless URLs, the web.config thinks this is a directory and so access is blocked. Is there a way to say only restrict access for sub pages?

    Hye Guys, I'm busy working on a time series and am trying to find the commands that allow me to insert a quarter count variable. To keep things simple, the third quarter of 1995 (date my observations start) should be quarter -2, the fourth quarter of 1995 should be -1 etc etc uptill 2006 (should be somewhere around 45 by then). My dates are in date9 format, such as 20JUN04 etc.. Anyone who can help me with the commands I need t o let this work in SAS? Thanks

  • No cursor when resizing datagridview c#

    HI guys, When im trying to resize datagridview columns the resize cursor appears only when i roll over header. However, when i roll over in between cells, resize cursor doesnt show at all. I have noticed if i set ColumnHeadersVisible = false it fixes the problem and i see resize cursor between columns. However, i need header to be visible, any idea how to make it work all together? Thanks!
