  • After deploying services I get incorrect public adress

    I deployed wordpress and when I type juju status I recievie this: public-adress: node-001185e6777fe When I found what is IP adress of this computer I tried type in webbrowser but I get 502 bad gateway.     Given an instance of IDirect3DDevice9, what approaches are available to put it in its original render state (i.e. the state it was in when the device was initially created)? The cleanest way that I've come across is to create a state block via IDirect3DDevice9::CreateStateBlock just after the device has been created so that it can be applied later. Unfortunately, I'm operating under the constraints of an existing project such that I can't modify the device creation code; by the time my component gets the device, its default state has been modified.     I have an activity that shows up when the phone screen goes to sleep/turns off ie turns black. For some reason, the phone turns on when the volume buttons or the camera buttons are pressed. By turns on, I mean the screen wakes up or comes back from the black screen state. I've tried using dispatchKeyEvent(KeyEvent event) and the buttons are disabled on the activity, but they still wake up the phone.

    A little bit of a disclaimer, I have very little knowledge of the correct terminology for some of the things I'm going to ask about, and I apologize in advance I have a Nexus S 4g phone that is, at the moment of writing, connected to my 11.10 computer through its USB charger cable. In the past, connecting the phone like this has allowed me to transfer files between my computer and my phone; I'm able to get my music onto my phone, and my photos onto my computer, for example. For some reason, this has stopped working. My phone still charges its battery when connected to the computer, but neither the computer nor the phone recognized that they are connected. Is there something I can do to get the phone and the computer to detect each other? I don't know how to fix this, and it's more than a little frustrating. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    When I plug in my Windows mobile it appears in My Computer as a portable device but the data I need regular access to is many sub directories in. Is it possible to create a shortcut or access a path on a mobile device directly? When I open the properties of the folder I want it says the location starts with "Computer\Name of Phone\Phone\". The problem is using that as a path to navigate straight to the files doesn't work. Thanks for your help.

  • I can't connect to mysql on a remote server

    I'm trying to connect from an Ubuntu server to a RHEL6 server using mysql. I've tried telneting into the server as well as trying to connect with mysql. I've tried commenting out the bind-address but didn't have any success with that either. I don't get an error code or anything with telnet. It just fails after a minute or so. With mysql, I get this error code ERROR 2003 (HY000): Can't connect to MySQL server on 'SERVER_IP' (111). "SERVER_IP" is of course a placeholder where actual error gives that actual IP.     My laptop (Compaq Presario V3000) does not have bluetooth. Few months back I bought a bluetooth dongle to connect to my cell phone. One fine day the bluetooth dongle got damaged. Now I also have this wireless mouse (Logitech M215), which also has a teeny-weeny dongle. What I am trying to figure out is, whether I can use the wireless mouse dongle to somehow connect to my cell-phone. Is it possible??? Pls help DMX
