  • tool for creating seamless pattern?

    Hi, I'm a designer, that uses Illustrator and Photoshop to create my artworks. Now I know it can be done in photshop and illustrator but the process is kinda time consuming, You have to keep adjusting the position just to achieve seamless pattern.     In SAS, How do I add comments to my .LST output file. Like adding a comment saying "This is the output for tbl_TestMacro:" right before doing a proc print? So that my output file will read: This is the output for tbl_TestMacro: Obs field1 field2 1 6 8 2 6 9 3 7 0 4 7 1 Instead of just: Obs field1 field2 1 6 8 2 6 9 3 7 0 4 7 1 Thanks, Dan

    Hi, I am currently working on deploying a website for staff to use remotely and would like to make sure it is secure. I was thinking would it be possible to set up some kind of certificate authentication where I would generate a certificate and install it on their laptop so they could access the website? I don't really want them to generate the certificates themselves though as that could easily go wrong. How easy / possible is this and how do I go about doing it? Thanks, Steve

    It seems like whenever I go to search for a phrase containing "-" it(google) ignores it. Earlier today for example I was searching for vss -y but once I hit search it would show that it was really searching for "vss y". I know most of the tricks when searching like using +, "", etc. But I'm wondering if theres some other trick to make it not ignore these characters. Thanks in advance.

    I am looking for the best way to keep a VGA cable plugged into a laptop for an extended period of time. The laptop doesn't have the female end threads like you may see on a video card. Between the VGA port location and my hand size, I knock the cable out often. I am working on getting a docking station, but not sure when it would be ordered (work-related).     Why did my old windows 7 install boot faster/run smoother & cooler than each the three linux distros I have recently tried (ubuntu 12.04 unity, linux mint 13 MATE, and fedora 17 on gnome 3.4)?. I have tweaked my linux installs for the ssd (enabling trim, disabling swap, etc.) I'm using an Acer TravelMate with i5-2410m processor, intel hd 3000 graphics, 8 gigs of ram, and a 256 gb samsung 830 ssd.     We have a terminal server in our environment, where Domain\Domain Users can login through Remote Desktop. We want to force log off these users after half an hour. However Administrators (this includes Domain\Domain Admin also) should not be affected by this. They should be able to connect to terminal server with out any interruption. We have a cameraswitcher, very low key, that I can press buttons and it willswitch the view of the camera from one to the next. currently I control the cameras by sellecting the cameras via a remote control for change of angles.
