I've had a dig through Stack for threads pertaining to URL/Controller mapping in MVC frameworks - in particular this one: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/125677/php-application-url-routing So far, I can ascertain two practices: 1: dynamic mapping through parsing the URL string (exploded on '/') 2: pattern matching matching url to config file containing available routes I wanted to get some feedback (or links to some other threads/articles) from folks regarding their views on how best to approach this task.

  I tried all this inside - (UITableViewCell *)tableView:(UITableView *)tableView cellForRowAtIndexPath:(NSIndexPath *)indexPath 1.tableView.backgroundColor = [UIColor clearColor]; 2.cell.backgroundColor = [UIColor clearColor]; 3.cell.contentView.backgroundColor = [UIColor clearColor]; It only responds to the 1st line and makes the background a translucent kind of black. What should I do to get 100% transparency?

  I'm having trouble with PHP text parsing I have a txt file which has this kind of information: sometext::sometext.0 = INTEGER: 254 What i need is to get the last value of 254 as variable in PHP. in this txt file this last value can change from 0 to 255 "sometext::sometext.0 = INTEGER: " this part doesn't change at all. It has a length of 36 symbols, so i need get with PHP what is after 36 symbol into variable. Thank you.

  I'm trying to learn and understand more about mapping and displaying values on a map. (GIS) At the moment I'M looking to take some values and apply those values to a tile or bin on a map. Ideally I'd like the tile sizes to be uniform, like 100 meters, 500 meters, etc. Is there a standard method for creating uniform tile sizes? Now I want to create a pulsating value between 0 and 1 and then from 1 to 0 again, which continues doing thins untill the application stops.
