  • UIWebView - How to Disable Alerts (UIAlertView)?

    Hey, I would like to know how you can disable UIAlerts, specifically the Alerts being displayed after tapping and holding hyperlinks in a UIWebView. These seem to be enabled by default in UIWebViews containing the link address of the respective link in the title of the alert. They are also enabled in Safari. (How) is it possible to disable all alerts of this kind within a UIWebView? Thanks in advance!

    My custom callback class implements AsyncCallback (like MyAsyncCallback implements AsyncCallback) and planning use single instance of MyAsyncCallback for multiple rpc method executions. Is this approach safe?. Or should have to create new instance of MyAsyncCallback for every interaction from browser to server?. One way to go around the problem is to add a space after the first "{", but that kind of tamper the format. What's the right way to escape { in Django templates?

    I have about 40000 records in that table that contains plain text and within the plain text, contains that kind of tags which its only characteristic is that they are braced between [ ] [caption id="attachment_2948" align="alignnone" width="480" caption="the caption goes here"] How could I remove those?   • Validation and Firefox's input caching

    When you refresh/reload a page or use the back button, Firefox is kind enough to repopulate your inputs with what was entered before you navigated away. Though this is a nice feature it does not trigger my jquery validation and the unsaved changes warning I add to my pages. Is there a way to either disable this feature in Firefox (without renaming every control every time) or capture the firefox events?

    What kind of Kernel error can cause the cpu to go into a shut down state? I'm doing a homework assignment in OS, and we did changes in sched.c (adding a new scheduling policy, which involved ading another prio_array to the queue and switching between them when needed). Processes using this policy cause the cpu to enter a shut down state when they finish. Any suggestions where to look?
