But, I would like to keep the svn history (tags and branches).     Is there a way to find out how much memory is used by an instance of a class or basic data types in general? I have a toy webframework in cl that creates and manages web pages with instances of classes that represent the html tags and their properties, and as they are supposed to make an html page, they have children in a slot called children. so I was thinking how much a user's session will cost the server if I take this approach.     Ok so I'm trying to access the first element of a JSP list, here's what I've come up with so far without any kind of luck: onclick="alert('<%=list[0]%>');" What's the best approach to access the first element and eventually to pass it to a javascript variable/function ? I've heard that the <% %> tags are deprecated and some are suggesting relaying on JSTL/EL how can one use those without having to iterate the entire list and put a breakpoint for the iterators ?

For database simplicity it uses a where clause on the bag to filter the joining table. this works well until I start to test and I use the hbm file to create a database from the generated schema. The root and user tags columns aren't created. In the hbm file how do I define these two columns so they are generated in the schema?

WAS HOPING FOR: /Customers?filter=Tag like 'Friendly' PROBLEM: ADO.NET does not have a LIKE operator.     I need to play, pause and resume AAC (audio) files from a ruby console program (much like iTunes or any music player). After much searching, I've come across these libraries: mp3info metadata id3lib-ruby rvideo (uses ffmpeg) These seem to help me in getting track length and tags which i also need, but I need something to play AAC (at least) and if possible other formats. I also must be able to pause and resume (so shelling a program like mpg321 is out).
