• Most efficient way to draw circles for polygon outlines

  I'm using OpenGL and was told I should draw circles at each vertex of my outline to get smoothness. I tried this and it works great. The problem is speed. It crippled my application to draw a circle at each vertex. I'm not sure how else to fix the anomaly of my outlines other than circles, but using display lists and trying with vertex array both were brutally slow. Thanks

  I have a project with a lot of tests failing, so it would be great for me to receive by email the number of failed tests compare from the latest build. What i need is just the info that appears in the project's page by the test results link: Latest Test Result (10 failures / -2) Is this possible? I've already tried the email-ext plugin, but it is not telling me that info (I can have the list of failing tests with output etc., but I really just need that info above). Any ideas?

  if i use the custom css generator on their webpage i can have a wider width than 960? so isnt the name 960 kind of misleading? and some persons say that you cant have a flexible grid system (that changes with your browser size) with 960. but you can download a fluid version from the custom css generator. so apparently they didnt know what they were talking about? would be great if someone could straight these things out.

But where it needs to be used, there aren't these thre fields in the web.config (this was expected, I've just added by hand for tests and developing).   Does anybody know a tool, preferably for the Explorer context menu, to recursively change the encoding of files in a project from / to UTF-8 and other encodings? Freeware or not too expensive would be great. Edit: Thanks for the answers, +1 for all of them as they are all fine but I am a lazy bastard sometimes, and would really like to be able to just right click a folder and say "convert all .php files to UTF-8". :) Further suggestions are appreciated.
