  • Include pdbs in installer?

    Is there any reason to not include pdb files in an installer? I have C++ logging functionality that walks the stack, and reports line numbers and file names. It would be great if my customers could send me logs with this information. However, they would need the pdb files. Is there any downside (other than installer package size) to deploying them?

Any way to do the same thing, for n-paremeters?

    With the Ajax Control Toolkit, one can easily drag and drop all types of great extender onto controls, but they register a boatload of JavaScript to do it. How do I control this? If the ScriptManager is in the MasterPage, is there anyway to control the loading of a script on one page that isn't in another? For example: calendar extender is on one page, but the script for it gets loaded on every page that is a child of the master page.

I already implemented my shortcuts and they work great in firefox but not in safari. I can't for example do anything on alt+return - its not getting catched. Is there an easy way to overwrite built-in shortcuts in safari? A way to make alt+return work with safari?

    Hi, I've done a far bit of research on this via Google and there seems to be quite a few ways of possibly doing this. I'm looking to incrementally backup new and updated files in two directories on my Plesk run Centos 5.2 server: /backups and /var/www/vhosts (preferable only httdocs within each vhost) Has anyone got some great feedback from using the various solutions - seems to be various Java, Perl and Ruby based solutions out there.   • Allow IExtenderProvider control to attach to controls on a UserControl

    VB.NET 2.0 Framework I developed a control that implements IExtenderProvider in order to attach to controls and display a form for translating of the text of that control. This works great on regular controls on the form but the IExtenderProvider is not attaching to controls on UserControls, which makes sense. Is it possible to modify the UserControls or my IExtenderProvider control to enable it to attach to controls on a UserControl? Thanks!

  • Trying to set up iPhone-gcc compiler

    So I've installed iPhone-gcc, make and ldid from cydia, i can't compile yet though because I don't have the headers setup. I've looked around and there's not really much info on setting up the headers, librarys and frameworks. I just need to know where to extract them from the sdk and where to place them on my iPhone.
