    I m developing ASP.Net project in company. Every user has an unique exchange account. Im trying to authenticate the user based on teh user's Exchange credentials for web project. I want to use exchange server account for each user. I just dont want to add users to database, because they already have userid and password in exchange server. For example; User id: user_email pass: users email password How can I use this data in my c#.net project? Thanks.

  • Exchange 440 Timeout error

    I am trying to access an Exchange 2003 server using WebDAV, but I get a (440) Login Timeout error whenever I try to connect to the Exchange web client (https://server/exchange/mailbox/inbox) Any ideas on what would cause this? If I browse to the URL, I can login manually but I am unable to get past the 440 error when accessing the page programatically.

    what could be the reason for Outlook 2007 continously losing and reestablishing the connection to exchange? I tried disabling all anti-viruses and firewalls but it did not help. I should mention that even though this seems to happen to all users, some users cannot even send emails because it happens every few seconds while others can work relatively undisturbed (it happens a few times per hour).

    At work we are running Surgemail. The desktop mail client is Outlook which downloads mail over POP3, and so email is stored on users desktops in PST files. Looking at the features of Surgemail compared to Exchange 2007 can anyone provide a convincing argument to change? The argument must be user related or disaster recovery related they can not be about administration of the system.

    I am right now trialing the Roadsync application on my S60 3rd edition mobile. The documentation states that it allows multiple exchange accounts to be configured and that we could switch between the those accounts from the configuration. However, it doesn't specify how to do that and I am unable to figure that out too. Do any of you have a solution?

    I'm trying to determine if there is any buffer of time from the time a password expires in AD to the time that users would stop receiving email on their mobile devices our setup is Exchange 2007 ActiveSync DC's are Server 2008 R2 primarily Android shop, with maybe a few iOS devices I've heard some rumors of people still receiving email after their password expired / changed on the domain, just want to see if anyone else has ever heard of this. Did a bit more reading, read about Token Cache in IIS 7.0 and 15min lagtime, still would like to hear any thoughts about this.

I've checked all the default website bindings, the kerberos auth and WSMan are set to native type in powershell and I still get this error message.     I have a single Exhange account with multiple aliases (e-mail addresses), for which it recieves incoming mail messages. Using "rules" it is possible to have the incoming messages sorted into folders depending on the address they are sent to. When composing and sending messages from Outlook, the primary address of the exchange account is used in the "From" header. Without adding additional mail accounts (I really only have one), is it possible to learn Outlook about the alias addresses, making them available as "From" addresses when composing new messages?
