  Hi, folling this discussion and this link, I learnt that by adding document.domain = 'mydomain.com'; to the tinyMCE initializer file and tiny_mce_popup.js i can overcome the cross domain problem. I haven't tested it on a proper production server, but in my dev environment the base domain is localhost:8000 and my static files (also tinyMCE ones) are on localhost:88. Adding document.domain = 'localhost:8000'; or document.domain = 'localhost:88'; doesn't solve the problem as I get the following error: Uncaught Error: SECURITY_ERR: DOM Exception 18 Any help?   Library Project compiles fine for ANY CPU in VS2008 running on Win 7 64 -bit. Now in the post build following command fails when attemptiong to register library dll: PS C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v2.0.50727 .\installutil C:\path\Project.dll Exception occurred while initializing the installation: System.BadImageFormatException: Could not load file or assembly 'file:///C:\path\Project.dll' or one of its dependencies. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format.. Do I need to compile the project as x64 I was under impression that AnyCPU will take care of it. Alo my library does have dependencies. Do they also need to be compiled as x64 bit? Any help is appreciated.

  I have a WPF application which I am using to learn MVVM and IoC. The problem is that the Model used by one of the Views expects to pull one of its dependancies in the constructor from an IoC container. When working on this View in the Visual Studio designer it cannot show the design because an exception is being raised in the model. Is there a way around this? Am I pulling my dependancies in the wrong place in code or is there a way I can pass in constructed dependancies, perhaps through Constructor injection. • How do I guarantee cleanup code runs in Windows C++ (SIGINT, bad alloc, and closed window)

  I have a Windows C++ console program, and if I don't call ReleaseDriver() at the end of my program, some pieces of hardware enter a bad state and can't be used again without rebooting. I'd like to make sure ReleaseDriver() gets runs even if the program exits abnormally, for example if I hit Ctrl+C or close the console window. I can use signal() to create a signal handler for SIGINT. This works fine, although as the program ends it pops up an annoying error "An unhandled Win32 exception occurred...". I don't know how to handle the case of the console window being closed, and (more importantly) I don't know how to handle exceptions caused by bad memory accesses etc. Thanks for any help!

Not sure what they were looking for - In this day and age, do candidates keep a lot of info on head as one always has google to find any answer and come up with solution.

• How do I write x86 Debug registers from user space on OSX?

  I'd like to play around with the debug MSRs defined in the x86 spec (DR0-7) from my OSX user-space program. Unfortunately, these require CPL == 0 (aka ring 0). I've thumbed through the OSX syscalls and with the exception of kernel_debug nothing really jumps out as a way to access these. It may be the case that they are only available via some higher level interface like kernel_debug, but it's unclear to me if that's the case or if I just haven't found the magic invocation to get to them. Anyone know how to do this?

  Hi Guys, I have a 'dog' Entitiy with an @Id and a @TableGenerator ... @TableGenerator(table = "seq", name = "dog_gen", pkColumnName = "seq_name", valueColumnName="seq_val") @Id @GeneratedValue(strategy = GenerationType.TABLE, generator = "dog_gen") private Long id; ... Is there a way to reuse the same table generator (dog_gen) in other entity? I want to keep the same id sequence in two independent Entities, say dog=1, dog=2, dog=3, cat=4, cat=5, dog=6 and so on... Both entities don't share a common superclass to implement some kind of inheritance with the id property. If I add the @GeneratedValue( generator="dog_gen") on my cat entity, omitting the @TableGenerator declaration throws an Exception saying it can't find the generator when starting the context.   I have understood that if I use EJB in Spring context, I get all the same benefits as if I was using it in "pure" EJB3 environment, is this true? I have googled but can't find a definitive, clear answer. For example, let's say I have a session bean that updates some tables in the database and it throws a System Exception. In "pure" EJB3 environment the transaction is rolled back. What if I for example @Autowire this bean using Spring, does Spring take care of the transaction handling same way as does the EJB3 container? Or what? Does it maybe require some specific configuration or is it fully "automatic"?

  I start an external groovy script via cruisecontrol, which basically works. My problem is that if the groovy script fails I only get the "error string found" in my cruise webapp and email; its even not in the log files. The groovy script writes it output to stdout and to a logfile. • ffmpeg problem in ubuntu (libavcodec.so)

  I run Ubuntu and try to use the ffmpeg wrapper in Java from here: http://code.google.com/p/javacv/ It seems to work fine on other systems, but in Ubuntu the project crashes with the following mistake: Exception in thread "main" java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: Error looking up function 'avcodec_decode_video2': /usr/lib/i686/cmov/libavcodec.so: undefined symbol: avcodec_decode_video2 ffmpeg is working great from the command line, though. JavaCV author recommended me to check this link: http://linux-tipps.blogspot.com/2009/05/pretending-package-is-installed-by.html Probably I'm doing something wrong, but it cannot reinstall libavcodec51 like this. So the questions are: 1. Is those solution above a good one so I should bring it to success somehow? 2. What are the other ways to solve the problem? Thank you for your suggestions in advance!

I has to be something with class extending MapActivity, but i don't know what. Any suggestions?
