  • Is MS Forefront Add-in for Exchange server detecting HTML/Redirector.C incorrectly?

    Users of a website hosted by our organization occasionally send complaints that our registration confirmation emails are infected with HTML/Redirector.C. They are always using an MS Exchange Server with the MS Forefront for Exchange AV add-in. The thing is, I don't think the detection is legitimate. I think the issue is that the link in the email we send causes a redirect. I should point out that this is done for a legitimate purpose. :) Has anybody run into this before? Naturally, Microsoft provides absolutely no good information on this one: http://www.microsoft.com/security/portal/Threat/Encyclopedia/Entry.aspx?Name=Trojan%3aHTML%2fRedirector.C&ThreatID=-2147358338 I can't find any other explanation of HTML/Redirector.C on the Internet either. If anyone knows of a real description for this virus that would be greatly appreciated as well.

You can assume the input is well formed and does not have to be error checked. Update: Please post your solution in the form of a function. Most people have done this already, but some haven't, which isn't entirely fair. The board is supplied to your function as the parameter. The result should be returned by the function. The function can have a name of your choosing.

In one card i have 3 public IP: eth0 = 10.10.10.1, eth0:1= 10.10.10.2 and eth0:2= 10.10.10.3 In the other card i have one local IP eth1 = 192.9.200.1 I want to redirect all the wan traffic for 10.10.10.2 to the LAN 192.9.200.2 and the same for 10.10.10.3 to 192.9.200.3 I have tried with this rule but doesn't work iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -i eth0 -d 10.10.10.2 -j DNAT --to-destination 192.9.200.2 iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -i eth0 -d 10.10.10.3 -j DNAT --to-destination 192.9.200.3 IP forward is enabled in /etc/sysctl.conf Can you help me, please.

    We have a website on a secondary server that we want this website to be accessible from Internet, with www.mywebsite.com. In the domain name provider of www.mywebsite.com, we set our 2 dns names, dns1.company.ch, dns2.company.ch and our static ip address. System is set as following: MS Server 2008 R2 N°1: Main server, in AD With IP 192.168.1.100 With DNS zone dns1.company.ch With DNS secondary zone from server N°2: dns2.company.ch With DNS secondary zone from server N°2: mywebsite.com (zone transfer is on) MS Server 2008 R2 N°2: Secondary server, not in AD With IP 192.168.1.101 With DNS zone dns2.company.ch With DNS zone mywebsite.com with host: 192.168.1.101 With the website under ISS with bindings www.mywebsite.com:80, mywebsite.com:80 All traffics for ports 80 (http) and 53 (dns) from Internet goes to server N°1. How can we redirect all traffics for www.mywebsite.com from Internet to our secondary server so the corresponding website can be displayed in Internet ?     Is there a way to improve emacs tramp performance? For me it's faster to open an external ftp client (filezilla), transfer files to the local disk and open them in an external editor (notepad) than open them with emacs. I use emacs23.1 under windows xp. I tried different tramp-default-method (telnet, pscp, ftp), all of them have the same performance.   • configure batch to sent minute info instead of entire stdout

    Hi all, I am working on a RedHat server along with several other users. We use the batch utility to set a job queue. Some of the programs that I use write stuff to stdout during the run, with info on who much data has been processed to far and estimated time until completion etc. batch -q z at> myScript -i somefile -o someotherfile By default, the batch util send an email to me (since I configured it using .forward) with the entire output from stdout. Since the scripts writes something to stdout a few times each second, the amount of log-stuff I get from a two-day script can be ˜20 Mbs. Clearly not what I want. I can of course pipe stdout to a file like so batch -q z at> myScript -i somefile -o someotherfile > myscript.stdout.log but then I get a blank e-mail from the util. So to my question: Is it possible to configure batch so that it sends time the job started and ended, or run time or some oth valuable information to me, instead of a 20 Mb mail or a blank mail? Note that the scripts that I use are binaries and I cannot customize the code to output less info in the first place (which would be the optimal solution I guess). Thanks /Daniel

    So I registered a domain name. I then set up a static webpage using aws (S3 and Rout53). Now what I want to do is forward any email I get from that custom domain name to a personal email address I have set up. I can't seem to figure out how to do this. I have these record sets already: A NS SOA CNAME I believe I have to set up an MX record but not sure how. say I have the custom domain [email protected] and I want to redirect all email to [email protected]. The personal email account is a gmail (google accounts) email address. Thanks.

    I was searching for a way to insert an ellipsis in a C# path, and found an answer here on stackoverflow: http://tinyurl.com/y6rmdfr Using the RTM versions of VS2010 and .Net 4.0, I was unable to get the suggested method to work. I searched the 'Net and found example code that uses the same method, but it failed in the same way. You can see the string I'm trying to shorten in my code below. After calling the MeasureText method, both the input string (OriginalName) and the output string (ellipsisedName) look like this: d:\abcd\efgh\ijkl\mnop\qrst\...\test.txt\0F\GHIJ\KLMN\OPQR\STIV\WXYZ\test.txt Two problems: 1) The resulting string is narfed (the path is truncated as expected, but is followed by what looks like a C-style terminating null and a chunk of the original path). 2) My original string is changed to be identical to the output string.   • Nginx user subdomains, should I proxy_pass?

    I am trying to setup user subdomains, serving content from specific folders: www.example.com/username served from username.example.com (just like github pages). I've looked at Nginx rewrites, but I don't want the browser to redirect--I want the domain to be username.example.com. Anyway, a comment on this question says that I cannot rewrite host, only proxy to it. I tried to setup a proxy_pass, but all of the documentation and examples show it being used to (obviously) proxy to a service on another host or port, but in my case I want to just proxy to another location on the same host and port. Is this the appropriate way to tackle this problem, and if so, what is the right Nginx config syntax?

    Hello guys, I'm implementing a c# program that should automatize a Mono-alphabetic substitution cipher. The functionality i'm working on at the moment is the simplest one: The user will provide a plain text and a cipher alphabet, for example: Plain text(input): THIS IS A TEST Cipher alphabet: A - Y, H - Z, I - K, S - L, E - J, T - Q Cipher Text(output): QZKL KL QJLQ I thought of using regular expressions since I've been programming in perl for a while, but I'm encountering some problems on c#. First I would like to know if someone would have a suggestion for a regular expression that would replace all occurrence of each letter by its corresponding cipher letter (provided by user) at once and without overwriting anything. Example: In this case, user provides plaintext "TEST", and on his cipher alphabet, he wishes to have all his T's replaced with E's, E's replaced with Y and S replaced with J. My first thought was to substitute each occurrence of a letter with an individual character and then replace that character by the cipherletter corresponding to the plaintext letter provided. Using the same example word "TEST", the steps taken by the program to provide an answer would be: 1 - replace T's with (lets say) @ 2 - replace E's with # 3 - replace S's with & 4 - Replace @ with E, # with Y, & with j 5 - Output = EYJE This solution doesn't seem to work for large texts. I would like to know if anyone can think of a single regular expression that would allow me to replace each letter in a given text by its corresponding letter in a 26-letter cipher alphabet without the need of splitting the task in an intermediate step as I mentioned.   • SSH via DHCP server

    I have a DHCP server setup and I can't seem to connect to anything through SSH. When I'm logged in to the server itself, I can SSH. But when I connect any machine to the DHCP server, that machine can SSH but every server I SSH to asks for a password when the normal behavior (when not connected to the DHCP server) does not. It is a basic zip file, but a bit modified: "Cr24" + derkey + signature + zipFile And here comes the problem. There are only two CRX creators, written in Ruby or Python.     I'm using xslt to transform xml to an aspx file. In the xslt, I have a script tag to include a jquery.js file. To get it to work with IE, the script tag must have an explicit closing tag.     Hi - I am having a problem setting up the following in Visual Studio 2008: a parent project which includes the entrypoint Main() method class and which declares an interface, and a child project which has classes that implement the interface declared in the parent project. I have specified that Parent's Output type is a Console application, and Child's Output type is a Class library. In Child I have add a reference to the Parent as a project, and specified that Child depends on Parent and that the build order should be Parent, then Child. The build succeeds, and as far I can tell, the right things show up in the Child/bin/debug directory: Parent.exe and Child.dll. However, if I run Parent.exe, then at the point when it should load a class from the Child.dll, it fails with the error message: exception executing operation System.TypeLoadException: Could not load type 'Child.some.class' from assembly 'Parent, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null'. I guess I'm confused as to how to get the Parent and Child projects to play together. I plan on having more child projects that use the same framework that is set up in the Parent, and so I do not want to move the entrypoint class down into the Child project. If I try to specify that the Child project is also a Console application, then the build process fails because there is no Main() entrypoint class in the child (even though the Parent project is included as a reference). I want to make it working for the file having random line breaks rather than one English sentence per line. I mean it should also work for the following:- John Depp is a great guy.   • How to set up server/domain name correctly in hosts file with HTTPS

    I am trying to do local network and I am using these kind of types of network. 1) Main server which connects to internet with static IP 2) Second computer connected to first one locally with address like 192.168.0.2 - when I write this address to address line it is like i wrote localhost in original main server - so it should show my local web browser etc ... It has domain name this IP and connected router for it ... example www.domain.com so I added to my main server hosts file (linux powered) lines like these: 192.168.0.2 domain.com www.domain.com It was working ok when I entered my domain name in local computer it showed my site ... But after some time I added HTTPS cerfiticate and added this line to my apatche server: Redirect permanent / https://www.domain.com/ And now it does not work even when i add something like this to my hosts file: 192.168.0.2 https://www.domain.com So any idea how do do this thing work? Thank you.
