    Hi, Is it possible to use reflection when we write a code-template? I was just thinking if it is possible to write a piece of code-template that will return me a list of all private field in the class separated by && operator in Visual Stuudio?     Hi everyone, I'm working in C#. I'm trying to extract the first instance of img tag from a HTML string (which is actually a post data). P.S btw is it the correct way of grabbing the first instance of image tag from my HTML string?

I want to store an "empty" or "missing" or "default" System.Type, thought null would work well for this.     Hey everyone I made a UITableView in my app and when a cell is touched it expands the problem I am having is it does not collapse no matter what I have tried, I'm sure its something easy i just cant figure it out the only time it does collapse is when it another cell is tapped.     Here is the situation: I have checking on existing class like: ('Promise' in window) // true/false` And I wanna force return false or true on it, can I do it? Yes, I can check it by some other way, like ` window.Promise = undefined; window.Promise === undefined; Or something like this, but can I somehow delete this object or simulate something for 'in' operator? I check specification and v8 code, there is 'in' operator just call 'HasProperty' operator, which realization on c++.. I know 'hack' with faking toString/valueOf methods: obj = { toString: function(){ return 'myName'; } }, obj2 = {}; obj2[obj] = 1; // Object {myName: 1} May be I can use it in some way?   • c++ program debugged well with Cygwin4 (under Netbeans 7.2) but not with MinGW (under QT 4.8.1)

    I have a c++ program which take a map text file and output it to a graph data structure I have made, I am using QT as I needed cross-platform program and GUI as well as visual representation of the map. I have several maps in different sizes (8x8 to 4096x4096). I am using unordered_map with a vector as key and vertex as value, I'm sending hash(1) and equal functions which I wrote to the unordered_map in creation. Under QT I am debugging my program with QT 4.8.1 for desktop MinGW (QT SDK), the program works and debug well until I try the largest map of 4096x4096, then the program stuck with the following error: "the inferior stopped because it received a signal from operating system", when debugging, the program halt at the hash function which used inside the unordered_map and not as part of the insertion state, but at a getter(2).     i'm terrible at math. trust me, you math experts will see why after reading my question. i have an object that is 300px in height. i need to calculate the percentage of that height where 90% = 300px (or the full height), 45% = 150px, 0% = 0px. so essentially, if i ask for 45% of the object's height, it will return 150px, or if i ask for 32% of the object's height, it will return __? i believe this is really basic math, so i apologize in advance.

  • Visual Studio keeps inserting absurd default property value in designer file

    i have a simple usercontrol with following properties: public partial class RichTextEditorControl : UserControl { public string EditorText { get { return richTextBox1.Rtf; } set { richTextBox1.Rtf = value; } } public string EditorPlainText { get { return richTextBox1.Text; } set { richTextBox1.Text = value; } } } Now whenever I EDIT a form which contains this control, VS fills its designer file with the following code line, and then throws a designer error : this.richTextEditorControl1.EditorPlainText = global::Project.Resources.MyResources_de_DE.SomeString; Now I don't know where it gets this value from ??? I've searched entire solution, and nowhere there's mention of this var, except for 1 file, where it's needed ... Moreover, the code VS writes, has an error in it ?! It doesn't compile ... The only thing I can do is edit the designer file, but the next time I have to edit the form with the designer, the same error happens again ... Where on earth is VS getting this value from ??

    Hi, I am writing a function that takes a string, string pointer and an int. The function splits the string based on a set of rules and puts each token into an array. I need to return the array out of the function with the number of elements in the int variable etc. I am stuck as to how I return the array as I can not use auto other wise it is destroyed and I am reluctant to use new as I feel this is patchy. I have other ideas on how to go about this but would like to see how other people go about this first. I could also be wrong and it could be possible to pass an auto out of an array. I can also not use vectors so there goes a copy constructor.

  • Bitmap manipulation as a referenced object

    I am working with a Bitmap object that I add annotations or copyright material to the image and then return the modified bitmap. My problem is that the Bitmap won't hold the changes made to it as it moves along the chain. I am treating it as a reference type and would assume that as it gets passed to each class it would carry the changes made to it. I have verified that the code inside of the MarkImage() classes does function, but which ever one gets called last is the one that has changes.   • Django Find Out if User is Authenticated in Custom Tag

    I'm trying to create a custom tag. Inside this custom tag, I want to be able to have some logic that checks if the user is logged in, and then have the tag rendered accordingly. This is what I have: def user_actions(context): request = template.Variable('request').resolve(context) return { 'auth': request['user'].is_athenticated() } register.inclusion_tag('layout_elements/user_actions.html', takes_context=True)(user_actions) When I run this, I get this error: Caught VariableDoesNotExist while rendering: Failed lookup for key [request] in u'[{}]' The view that renders this ends like this: return render_to_response('start/home.html', {}, context_instance=RequestContext(request)) Why doesn't the tag get a RequestContext object instead of the Context object? How can I get the tag to receive the RequestContext instead of the Context? EDIT: Whether or not it's possible to get a RequestContext inside a custom tag, I'd still be interested to know the "correct" or best way to determine a user's authentication state from within the custom tag. If that's not possible, then perhaps that kind of logic belongs elsewhere? Where?
