• Unable to print on a HP 2600n on SBS2003 over Windows 7 Pro

  Hi all, I have a SBS2003 with a HP 2600n installed on it. I am able to print from the server, the test page prints. From my computer, Windows 7 Pro, I am unable to print any document... What would be your suggestions?! Any takers? Thanks!

• How can I archive a 30GB file?

  I have a zip 30GB zip file containing an archive of digital materials available in the school library that I want to burn to dvd. Of course, 30Gb is far too large for a single dvd and the content is already zipped. I'm open to ideas, but leaning towards suggestions that will help me automatically spread the file over multiple dvds, including a simple program to stitch it back together again later.

  HP 2012i SAN, 7 disks in RAID 5 with 1 hot spare, took several days to expand the volume from 5 to 7 300GB SAS drives. Looking for suggestions about when and how I would determine that having 2 volumes in the SAN, each one with RAID 5, would be better?? Is there a keyboard shortcut that would show the contextual menu in that case, so you don't have to use the mouse to pick a suggestion or add a word to the dictionary?

  Hi everyone, I've been launching Xcode from Quicksilver quite happily for weeks. Suddenly late yesterday, without changing either Xcode or Quicksilver, it started appearing like this: Screenshot There's no "open" option in the action list anymore. I rebooted with no joy. All my other applications launch. Xcode still launches from Spotlight. It just seems to be any app under /Developer/Applications. Any suggestions? cheers,Step

• Desktop search combined with Intranet search

  Hello, I'm looking for a software similiar to Windows Desktop Search or Google Desktop, that can also display results from our Intranet search engine in the same manner it displays regular results (files/emails/etc.). So far I managed to add Intranet search capabilities to Windows Desktop Search, but it doesn't show the results in the programs UI, but requires the user to press a "Search Intranet" button that opens the browser. Would be happy to hear any suggestions. Thank you.
