  • mprotect - how aligning to multiple of pagesize works?

    - by user299988
    Hi, I am not understanding the 'aligning allocated memory' part from the mprotect usage. I am referring to the code example given on http://linux.die.net/man/2/mprotect char *p; char c; /* Allocate a buffer; it will have the default protection of PROT_READ|PROT_WRITE. */ p = malloc(1024+PAGESIZE-1); if (!p) { perror("Couldn't malloc(1024)"); exit(errno); } /* Align to a multiple of PAGESIZE, assumed to be a power of two */ p = (char *)(((int) p + PAGESIZE-1) & ~(PAGESIZE-1)); c = p[666]; /* Read; ok */ p[666] = 42; /* Write; ok */ /* Mark the buffer read-only. */ if (mprotect(p, 1024, PROT_READ)) { perror("Couldn't mprotect"); exit(errno); } For my understanding, I tried using a PAGESIZE of 16, and 0010 as address of p. I ended up getting 0001 as the result of (((int) p + PAGESIZE-1) & ~(PAGESIZE-1)). Could you please clarify how this whole 'alignment' works? Thanks,

  • Can I use loops in repeater? Is it recommended?

    - by iTayb
    My datasource has an Rating dataItem contains an integer from 0 to 5. I'd like to print stars accordignly. I'm trying to do it within Repeater control: <b>Rating:</b> <% for (int j = 1; j <= DataBinder.Eval(Container.DataItem, "Rating"); j++) { %> <img src="App_Pics/fullstar.png" /> <% } for (int j = 1; j <= 5 - DataBinder.Eval(Container.DataItem, "Rating"); j++) { %> <img src="App_Pics/emptystar.png" /> <%} %> I get the error The name 'Container' does not exist in the current context. It is weird, because when I used <%# DataBinder.Eval(Container.DataItem, "Name")%> a line before, it worked great. Is it clever to include loops in my aspx page? I think it's not very convenient. What's my alternatives? What's that # means? Thank you very much.

  • Wordpress creating plugin for most viewed posts problem?

    - by user303832
    Hello,I just want to create plugin that will when visitor(user,visitor,...) visit some post,remember what post,and to increment counter of that post,I wrote this code,but sometimes,counter is incremented,even post isn't viewed,or post with other Id is added to a table.Can someone help me with this,please.I know that there are plugins for this that I'm trying to do,but still want to write this plugin. function IncrementPostCount($the_content) { global $post; global $wpdb; if(($post->post_status == 'publish') && (int)$post->ID) { if(is_single()) { // just for single post - not for page $postID = (int)$post->ID; $postTitle = urlencode($post->post_title); $postLink = urlencode(get_permalink($post->ID)); $oneRow = $wpdb->get_row("SELECT * FROM wp_postovi WHERE postAjDi='$postID'"); if(empty ($oneRow)) { $postCounter = 1; $data_array = array( 'readnTimes' => $postCounter, 'linkPost'=>$postLink, 'TitlePost'=>$postTitle, 'postAjDi'=>$postID); $wpdb->insert('wp_najcitaniji_postovi', $data_array); } else { $postCounter = intval($oneRow->readnTimes) + 1; $data_array = array('readnTimes' => $postCounter); $where_array = array('postAjDi'=>intval($oneRow->postAjDi)); $wpdb->update('wp_postovi',$data_array,$where_array); } return $the_content; } return $the_content; } } add_filter('the_content','IncrementPostCount'); Sorry on my bad english,tnx in advance.

  • Variable Assignment and loops (Java)

    - by Raven Dreamer
    Greetings Stack Overflowers, A while back, I was working on a program that hashed values into a hashtable (I don't remember the specifics, and the specifics themselves are irrelevant to the question at hand). Anyway, I had the following code as part of a "recordInput" method. tempElement = new hashElement(someInt); while(in.hasNext() == true) { int firstVal = in.nextInt(); if (firstVal == -911) { break; } tempElement.setKeyValue(firstVal, 0); for(int i = 1; i<numKeyValues;i++) { tempElement.setKeyValue(in.nextInt(), i); } elementArray[placeValue] = tempElement; placeValue++; } // close while loop } // close method This part of the code was giving me a very nasty bug -- no matter how I finagled it, no matter what input I gave the program, it would always produce an array full of only a single value -- the last one. The problem, as I later determined it, was that because I had not created the tempElement variable within the loop, and because values were not being assigned to elementArray[] until after the loop had ended -- every term was defined rather as "tempElement" -- when the loop terminated, every slot in the array was filled with the last value tempElement had taken. I was able to fix this bug by moving the declaration of tempElement within the while loop. My question to you, Stackoverflow, is whether there is another (read: better) way to avoid this bug while keeping the variable declaration of tempElement outside the while loop. (suggestions for better title and tags also appreciated)

  • Trouble compiling C/C++ project in NetBeans 6.8 with MinGW on Windows

    - by dontoo
    I am learning C and because VC++ 2008 doesn't support C99 features I have just installed NetBeans and configure it to work with MinGW. I can compile single file project ( main.c) and use debugger but when I add new file to project I get error "undefined reference to ... function(code) in that file..". Obviously MinGW does't link my files or I don't know how properly add them to my project (c standard library files work fine). /bin/make -f nbproject/Makefile-Debug.mk SUBPROJECTS= .build-conf make[1]: Entering directory `/c/Users/don/Documents/NetBeansProjects/CppApplication_7' /bin/make -f nbproject/Makefile-Debug.mk dist/Debug/MinGW-Windows/cppapplication_7.exe make[2]: Entering directory `/c/Users/don/Documents/NetBeansProjects/CppApplication_7' mkdir -p dist/Debug/MinGW-Windows gcc.exe -o dist/Debug/MinGW-Windows/cppapplication_7 build/Debug/MinGW-Windows/main.o build/Debug/MinGW-Windows/main.o: In function `main': C:/Users/don/Documents/NetBeansProjects/CppApplication_7/main.c:5: undefined reference to `X' collect2: ld returned 1 exit status make[2]: *** [dist/Debug/MinGW-Windows/cppapplication_7.exe] Error 1 make[2]: Leaving directory `/c/Users/don/Documents/NetBeansProjects/CppApplication_7' make[1]: *** [.build-conf] Error 2 make[1]: Leaving directory `/c/Users/don/Documents/NetBeansProjects/CppApplication_7' make: *** [.build-impl] Error 2 BUILD FAILED (exit value 2, total time: 1s) main.c #include "header.h" int main(int argc, char** argv) { X(); return (EXIT_SUCCESS); } header.h #ifndef _HEADER_H #define _HEADER_H #include <stdio.h> #include <stdlib.h> void X(void); #endif source.c #include "header.h" void X(void) { printf("dsfdas"); }

  • "Unable to open file", when the program tries to open file in /proc

    - by tristartom
    Hi, I try to read file /proc/'pid'/status, using c program. The code is as follows, and even I use sudo to run it, the prompt still keeps throwing "Unable to open file". Please let me know if you have any ideas on how to fix this. thanks Richard ... int main (int argc, char* argv[]) { string line; char* fileLoc; if(argc != 2) { cout << "a.out file_path" << endl; fileLoc = "/proc/net/dev"; } else { sprintf(fileLoc, "/proc/%d/status", atoi(argv[1])); } cout<< fileLoc << endl; ifstream myfile (fileLoc); if (myfile.is_open()) { while (! myfile.eof() ) { getline (myfile,line); cout << line << endl; } myfile.close(); } else cout << "Unable to open file"; return 0; }

  • Temporary non-const istream reference in constructor (C++)

    - by Christopher Bruns
    It seems that a constructor that takes a non-const reference to an istream cannot be constructed with a temporary value in C++. #include <iostream> #include <sstream> using namespace std; class Bar { public: explicit Bar(std::istream& is) {} }; int main() { istringstream stream1("bar1"); Bar bar1(stream1); // OK on all platforms // compile error on linux, Mac gcc; OK on Windows MSVC Bar bar2(istringstream("bar2")); return 0; } This compiles fine with MSVC, but not with gcc. Using gcc I get a compile error: g++ test.cpp -o test test.cpp: In function ‘int main()’: test.cpp:18: error: no matching function for call to ‘Bar::Bar(std::istringstream)’ test.cpp:9: note: candidates are: Bar::Bar(std::istream&) test.cpp:7: note: Bar::Bar(const Bar&) Is there something philosophically wrong with the second way (bar2) of constructing a Bar object? It looks nicer to me, and does not require that stream1 variable that is only needed for a moment.

  • moving a sprite causes jerky movement

    - by mac_55
    I've got some jerky movement of my sprite. Basically, when the user touches a point on the screen, the sprite should move to that point. This is working mostly fine... it's even taking into account a delta - because frame rate may not be consistant. However, I notice that the y movement usually finishes before the x movement (even when the distances to travel are the same), so it appears like the sprite is moving in an 'L' shape rather than a smooth diagonal line. Vertical and horizontal velocity (vx, vy) are both set to 300. Any ideas what's wrong? How can I go about getting my sprite to move in a smooth diagonal line? - (void)update:(ccTime)dt { int x = self.position.x; int y = self.position.y; //if ball is to the left of target point if (x<targetx) { //if movement of the ball won't take it to it's target position if (x+(vx *dt) < targetx) { x += vx * dt; } else { x = targetx; } } else if (x>targetx) //same with x being too far to the right { if (x-(vx *dt) > targetx) { x -= vx * dt; } else { x = targetx; } } if (y<targety) { if (y+(vy*dt)<targety) { y += vy * dt; } else { y = targety; } } else if (y>targety) { if (y-(vy*dt)>targety) { y -= vy * dt; } else { y = targety; } } self.position = ccp(x,y); }

  • Populate textboxes with XmlNode.Attributes

    - by Doug
    I have Data.xml: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?> <data> <album> <slide title="Autum Leaves" description="Leaves from the fall of 1986" source="images/Autumn Leaves.jpg" thumbnail="images/Autumn Leaves_thumb.jpg" /> <slide title="Creek" description="Creek in Alaska" source="images/Creek.jpg" thumbnail="images/Creek_thumb.jpg" /> </album> </data> I'd like to be able to edit the attributes of each Slide node via GridView (that has a "Select" column added.) And so far I have: protected void GridView1_SelectedIndexChanged(object sender, EventArgs e) { int selectedIndex = GridView1.SelectedIndex; LoadXmlData(selectedIndex); } private void LoadXmlData(int selectedIndex) { XmlDocument xmldoc = new XmlDocument(); xmldoc.Load(MapPath(@"..\photo_gallery\Data.xml")); XmlNodeList nodelist = xmldoc.DocumentElement.ChildNodes; XmlNode xmlnode = nodelist.Item(selectedIndex); titleTextBox.Text = xmlnode.Attributes["title"].InnerText; descriptionTextBox.Text = xmlnode.Attributes["description"].InnerText; sourceTextBox.Text = xmlnode.Attributes["source"].InnerText; thumbTextBox.Text = xmlnode.Attributes["thumbnail"].InnerText; } The code for LoadXmlData is just a guess on my part - I'm new to working with xml in this way. I'd like have the user to slected the row from the gridview, then populate a set of text boxes with each slide attributed for updating back to the Data.xml file. The error I'm getting is Object reference not set to an instance of an object" at the line: titleTextBox.Text = xmlnode.Attributes["@title"].InnerText; so I'm not reaching the attribute "title" of the slide node. Thanks for any ideas you may have.

  • OpenGL particle system

    - by allan
    I'm really new with OpenGL, so bear with me. I'm trying to simulate a particle system using OpenGl but I can't get it to work, this is what I have so far: #include <GL/glut.h> int main (int argc, char **argv){ // data allocation, various non opengl stuff ............ glutInit(&argc, argv); glutInitDisplayMode(GLUT_RGB | GLUT_DOUBLE ); glutInitWindowPosition(100,100); glutInitWindowSize(size, size); glPointSize (4); glutCreateWindow("test gl"); ............ // initial state, not opengl ............ glViewport(0,0,size,size); glutDisplayFunc(display); glutIdleFunc(compute); glutMainLoop(); } void compute (void) { // change state not opengl glutPostRedisplay(); } void display (void) { glClear(GL_COLOR_BUFFER_BIT); glBegin(GL_POINTS); for(i = 0; i<nparticles; i++) { // two types of particles if (TYPE(particle[i]) == 1) glColor3f(1,0,0); else glColor3f(0,0,1); glVertex2f(X(particle[i]),Y(particle[i])); } glEnd(); glFlush(); glutSwapBuffers(); } I get a black window after a couple of seconds (the window has just the title bar before that). Where do I go wrong? Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks. LE: the x and y coordinates of each particle are within the interval (0,size)

  • JPanel Appears Behind JMenuBar

To see the string, you must draw it at (0,10). I'm sure this must be something simple, so do you guys have any ideas?

  • Methods and properties in scheme - is object oriented programming possible in scheme?

    - by incrediman
    I will use a simple example to illustrate my question. In Java, C, or any other OOP language, I could create a pie class in a way similar to this: class Apple{ public String flavor; public int pieces; private int tastiness; public goodness(){ return tastiness*pieces; } } What's the best way to do that with Scheme? I suppose I could do with something like this: (define make-pie (lambda (flavor pieces tastiness) (list flavor pieces tastiness))) (define pie-goodness (lambda (pie) (* (list-ref pie 1) (list-ref pie 2)))) (pie-goodness (make-pie 'cherry 2 5)) ;output: 10 ...where cherry is the flavor, 2 is the pieces, and 5 is the tastiness. However then there's no type-safety or visibility, and everything's just shoved in an unlabeled list. How can I improve that? Sidenote: The make-pie procedure expects 3 arguments. If I want to make some of them optional (like I'd be able to in curly-brace languages like Java or C), is it good practice to just take the arguments in as a list (that is treat the arguments as a list - not require one argument which is a list) and deal with them that way?

  • LINQ XML query at c# wp7

    - by Karloss
    I am working at Windows Phone 7 C#, Xaml, XML and LINQ programming. I need to organize search by part of the name at following XML: <Row> <Myday>23</Myday> <Mymonth>12</Mymonth> <Mynames>Alex, Joanna, Jim</Mynames> </Row> <Row> <Myday>24</Myday> <Mymonth>12</Mymonth> <Mynames>John, David</Mynames> </Row> I have following query: var myData = from query in loadedData.Descendants("Row") where query.Element("Mynames").Value.Contains("Jo") select new Kalendars { Myday = (int)query.Element("Myday"), Mymonth = (int)query.Element("Mymonth"), Mynames = (string)query.Element("Mynames") }; listBoxSearch.ItemsSource = myData; Query problem is, that it will return full part of the names like "Alex, Joanna, Jim" and "John, David". How can i get only Joanna and John? Second question is how it is possible to do that user enters ...Value.Contains("jo") and query still returns Joanna and John? Possible solution (needs some corrections) public string Search_names { get { return search_names; } set { string line = this.Mynames; string[] names = line.Split(new[] { ", " }, StringSplitOptions.None); var jos = from name in names where name.Contains("is") select name; // ["Joanna"] // HOW TO BIND search_names? } }

  • Getting a variable into another class through properties or button tags with Iphone SDK?

    - by MarcZero
    Hello. I have been pounding my head against a wall trying to figure out what I think is a simple thing to do, but I have, so far, been unable to figure it out with the iPhone SDK. I have a view with 4 buttons. When I push the buttons, I have another view called and come up to take over the screen. I want to have a simple variable passed from the old view to the new view. The purpose of this is to know what button was pressed out of the four identical ones. (trying to get an int value of 1 through 4) Here is what I have tried so far: I initially tried to call the variable from the class itself. My understanding was that my new view was only sitting on top of the old view, so it should not have been released. I could not get access to the variable as the variable was said to not be declared. I then tried to create a method that would return the int value. Again, the view class was not seen and was being declared as a "first use" of it. I then attempted to follow another similar post on here that suggested to try and send the button tag number to some part of the new view. I attempted to do this by setting the new views button title but I still cannot figure out a way to code it without coming up with errors. I am just looking for what method would be the best for me to pursue. I have no problem going back and reading the books on Objective-C, but I'm just trying to figure out which way I should concentrate on. Thank you for any insight.

  • How can I add a portrait layout on top of a landscape Camera SurfaceView?

    - by user319919
    I need a Camera SurfaceView for my application. The camera should be set to fixed landscape view which is done by setting android:screenOrientation="landscape" for the activity in the AndroidManifest.xml. After doing some experiments and Google researches trying to use setRotation(int) inside the camera preview implementation, I came to the conclusion, that it is obviously the common practice to get a preview with correct behaviour. Now the camera preview itself looks fine for landscape orientation. But I need to have an overlay that holds a bunch of buttons. Due to usability the user interface should be in portrait view (or even better orientation aware). There seemed no other option to me, but to fix the activity screenOrientation, so that the camera preview looks normal (in portrait mode the whole view is streched and rotated to the left) Is there a workaround to get my buttons back to portrait orientation? Or another overall approach to deal with the camera view? Parameters.setRotation(int) obvisouly didnt work. I am quite new to the Android plattform programming. Of course I dont know much about the programming tricks and workarounds yet. I did a lot of research over the last two weeks, but couldnt find the right solution so far.

  • Entity Framework 4 overwrite Equals and GetHashCode of an own class property

    - by Zhok
    Hi, I’m using Visual Studio 2010 with .NET 4 and Entity Framework 4. I’m working with POCO Classes and not the EF4 Generator. I need to overwrite the Equals() and GetHashCode() Method but that doesn’t really work. Thought it’s something everybody does but I don’t find anything about the problem Online. When I write my own Classes and Equals Method, I use Equals() of property’s, witch need to be loaded by EF to be filled. Like this: public class Item { public virtual int Id { get; set; } public virtual String Name { get; set; } public virtual List<UserItem> UserItems { get; set; } public virtual ItemType ItemType { get; set; } public override bool Equals(object obj) { Item item = obj as Item; if (obj == null) { return false; } return item.Name.Equals(this.Name) && item.ItemType.Equals(this.ItemType); } public override int GetHashCode() { return this.Name.GetHashCode() ^ this.ItemType.GetHashCode(); } } That Code doesn’t work, the problems are in Equals and GetHashCode where I try to get HashCode or Equal from “ItemType” . Every time I get a NullRefernceException if I try to get data by Linq2Entites. A dirty way to fix it, is to capture the NullReferenceException and return false (by Equals) and return base.GetHashCode() (by GethashCode) but I hope there is a better way to fix this problem. I’ve wrote a little test project, with SQL Script for the DB and POCO Domain, EDMX File and Console Test Main Method. You can download it here: Download

I can see the method only runs the first time when I let go of the button (it does not trigger any onTouch part of the method though), how can I get around this, and have it work for the first press? public void pushtotalk3(final View view) { ((ToggleButton) view).setChecked(true); ((ToggleButton) view).setChecked(false); view.setOnTouchListener(new OnTouchListener() { @Override public boolean onTouch(View v, MotionEvent event) { //if more than one call, change this code int callId = 0; for (SipCallSession callInfo : callsInfo) { callId = callInfo.getCallId(); Log.e(TAG, "" + callInfo.getCallId()); } final int id = callId; switch (event.getAction()) { case MotionEvent.ACTION_DOWN: { //press ((ToggleButton) view).setBackgroundResource(R.drawable.btn_blue_glossy); ((ToggleButton) view).setChecked(true); OnDtmf(id, 17, 10); OnDtmf(id, 16, 9); return true; } case MotionEvent.ACTION_UP: { //release ((ToggleButton) view).setBackgroundResource(R.drawable.btn_lightblue_glossy); ((ToggleButton) view).setChecked(false); OnDtmf(id, 18, 11); OnDtmf(id, 18, 11); return true; } default: return false; } } }); } EDIT: the xml for the button: <ToggleButton android:id="@+id/PTT_button5" android:layout_width="0dp" android:layout_height="fill_parent" android:text="@string/ptt5" android:onClick="pushtotalk5" android:layout_weight="50" android:textOn="Push To Talk On" android:textOff="Push To Talk Off" android:background="@drawable/btn_lightblue_glossy" android:textColor="@android:color/white" android:textSize="15sp" /> EDIT: hardware problem, can't test solutions atm.

  • How to use VC++ intrinsic functions w/o run-time library

    - by Adrian McCarthy
    I'm involved in one of those challenges where you try to produce the smallest possible binary, so I'm building my program without the C or C++ run-time libraries (RTL). I don't link to the DLL version or the static version. I don't even #include the header files. I have this working fine. For some code constructs, the compiler generates calls to memset(). For example: struct MyStruct { int foo; int bar; }; MyStruct blah = {}; // calls memset() Since I don't include the RTL, this results in a missing symbol at link time. I've been getting around this by avoiding those constructs. For the given example, I'll explicitly initialize the struct. MyStruct blah; blah.foo = 0; blah.bar = 0; But memset() can be useful, so I tried adding my own implementation. It works fine in Debug builds, even for those places where the compiler generates an implicit call to memset(). But in Release builds, I get an error saying that I cannot define an intrinsic function. You see, in Release builds, intrinsic functions are enabled, and memset() is an intrinsic. I would love to use the intrinsic for memset() in my release builds, since it's probably inlined and smaller and faster than my implementation. But I seem to be a in catch-22. If I don't define memset(), the linker complains that it's undefined. If I do define it, the compiler complains that I cannot define an intrinsic function. I've tried adding #pragma intrinsic(memset) with and without declarations of memset, but no luck. Does anyone know the right combination of definition, declaration, #pragma, and compiler and linker flags to get an intrinsic function without pulling in RTL overhead? Visual Studio 2008, x86, Windows XP+.

  • Separating columnName and Value in C#

    - by KungfuPanda
    hi, I have a employee object as shown below class emp { public int EmpID { get; set; } public string EmpName { get; set; } public int deptID { get; set; } } I need to create a mapping either in this class or a different class to map the properties with column name of my SQL for eg. EmpdID="employeeID" EmpName="EmployeeName" deptID="DepartmentID" When from my asp.net page when I create the employee class and pass it to a function: for eg: emp e=new emp(); e.EmpID=1; e.EmpName="tommy"; e.deptID=10; When the emp object is populated and passed to the buildValues function it should return array of ComumnName(e.g.employeeID):Value(e.g.1),EmployeeName:tommy,DepartmentID:10) string[] values=buildValues(emp); public string[] buildValues(emp e) { string[] values=null; return values; } I have 2 questions: 1. Where do I specify the mappings 2. How do I use the mappings in my buildValues function shown above and build the values string array. I would really appreciate if you can help me with this

  • Is there something wrong with this code? AMFReader vs AMFWriter

    - by Triynko
    Something doesn't seem right about the source code for Flash Remoting's Date(AS3) <- DateTime(.NET) stream reader/writer methods, when it comes to handling UTC <- Local times. It seems to write the DateTime data fine, including a 64-bit representation as milliseconds elapsed since Jan 1, 1970, as well as a UTC offset. public void WriteDateTime(DateTime d) { this.BaseStream.WriteByte(11); DateTime time = new DateTime(0x7b2, 1, 1); long totalMilliseconds = (long)d.Subtract(time).TotalMilliseconds; long l = BitConverter.DoubleToInt64Bits((double)totalMilliseconds); this.WriteLong(l); int hours = TimeZone.CurrentTimeZone.GetUtcOffset(DateTime.Today).Hours; this.WriteShort(hours); } But when the data is read... it seems to be ignoring the short UTC offset value that was written, and appears to just discard it! private DateTime ReadDateValue() { long num2 = (long)this.ReadDouble(); DateTime time2 = new DateTime(0x7b2, 1, 1).AddMilliseconds((double)num2); int num3 = this.ReadInt16() / 60; //num3 is not used for anything! return time2; } Can anyone make sense of this? I also found some similar source code for AMFReader here, which has a ReadDateTime method, that seems to do something very similar... but goes on to use the UTC offset for something.

  • libpcap read packet size

    - by spicyramen
    I started to write an application which will read RTP/H.264 video packets from an existing .pcap file, I need to read the packet size. I tried to use packet-len or header-len, but it never displays the right number of bytes for packets (I'm using wireshark to verify packet size - under Length column). How to do it? This is part of my code: while (packet = pcap_next(handle,&header)) { u_char *pkt_ptr = (u_char *)packet; struct ip *ip_hdr = (struct ip *)pkt_ptr; //point to an IP header structure struct pcap_pkthdr *pkt_hdr =(struct pcap_pkthdr *)packet; unsigned int packet_length = pkt_hdr->len; unsigned int ip_length = ntohs(ip_hdr->ip_len); printf("Packet # %i IP Header length: %d bytes, Packet length: %d bytes\n",pkt_counter,ip_length,packet_length); Packet # 0 IP Header length: 180 bytes, Packet length: 104857664 bytes Packet # 1 IP Header length: 52 bytes, Packet length: 104857600 bytes Packet # 2 IP Header length: 100 bytes, Packet length: 104857600 bytes Packet # 3 IP Header length: 100 bytes, Packet length: 104857664 bytes Packet # 4 IP Header length: 52 bytes, Packet length: 104857600 bytes Packet # 5 IP Header length: 100 bytes, Packet length: 104857600 bytes Another option I tried is to use: pkt_ptr- I get: read_pcapfile.c:67:43: error: request for member ‘len’ in something not a structure or union
