What I want is to put an alias for a specific host of my domain, putting an alias (CNAME) different from the domain name (for example, if the domain is www.mydomain1.com, the alias should be www.domain2.com).     Hello, I have a Debian Linux system with a HUAWEI e220 on /dev/ttyUSB0. I'd like to make It ring a generic GSM phone for just one time. I'm doing this because I'd like to build an embedded system that fires some special behavior by a single GSM phone ring. How can I do It? I've tried wvdial but I receive always a "NO CARRIER" answer when I try to send It an "ATDT XXX-phone-number-to-dial-XXX" command.

    I've done a google spreadsheet https://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=0AinqbzRl7vzzdDhybDlRdVJRb1ZEb3Vpbkl5c1VvdVE&hl=en_GB I want to downdown the "code" sheet (see bottom left tab on spreadsheet) as "text", but when I do and open the resulting text file the code has extra quotation marks around text as below "<h3><a href=""hello"">some text</a></h3>" the problem seems to be how I'm entering the quotation marks?

    Hello There, this is my first Serverfault Question: I found myself this afternoon Setting up a Win Server 2008 R2 system for use with Team foundation source code control, and in order to give team-mates right to connect, i had to create user account for each of them (10 persons) (I can't and I don't want to create a domain). The point is that, after that, all that user accounts are showing in the login screen. Can i set those accounts to not show there? How? Thanks in advance

(dont ask why, long story, I need them for each with different settings involving Audio Recording) I am very keen to install the new Ubuntu and get into a new OS, out of interest but I don't want to mess with my current 2 windows installations?   • Windows 7 File shares randomly no accessible from OSx

    Hello Everyone!, My setup is I have a windows 7 computer acting as a file server. All my computers can connect to it fine including my mac. The problem is that randomly the mac will get kicked off the file share (even when i am in the middle of using it) and will not be allowed to reconnect to it until i reboot the windows 7 machine. (Rebooting the mac doesn't help) Does anyone know what could be causing this to happen?
