    Hello there, A friend of mine (who is not a geek) asks me how to stop her little brother from playing web games on her computer. She is currently using Chrome and IE, and I have never done that before, even on FF. I would prefer a solution that is simple and does not require additional applications. Although it seems unlikely, is there a solution that works for all browsers (i.e. do it once and I never have to fix it for a new browser)? Thanks.

    Hello, i just figured out that the mail() function isn't working i'm under Debian, i installed postfix because a friend told me to (although i didn't configure it). When i do a phpinfo() i've got : sendmail_path /usr/sbin/sendmail -t -i /usr/sbin/sendmail -t -i but in this directories i don't have anything like sendmail Do you have an idea, on what i should do to get mail() working ? In past i move harddrive with xp and insert this HardDrive to another PC (Intel core2duo) I do this because i need a lot of files from my pc to another. So after this i back my harddrive to original pc (amd) And i see blackscreen on win-loading! (additional info - i boot this hard on another pc ... i know this is bad =(

    Hello, I'm looking for a windows tool that can tell me who is using bandwith. As of now I've setup so that the switch where all pcs are connected, mirrors the router's traffic to my pc, meaning that from my NIC I am able to see all outgoing and incoming internet connections. This works, I have used NIMAS (http://www.vmware.com/appliances/directory/200) and I am able to see internet traffic. Now what I am looking for is something even more simple, where I can see what computers are using what banwidth, live.

I succeed installing it to local store and store of domain user with administrator privileges, but when I connect with local administrator and try to install it I get error: The import failed because the store was read-only, the store was full, or the store did not open correctly.     Hello, I have pfSense (1.2.3) with a WAN (gateway 10.10.20.1/24) and an OPT1 (gateway 10.10.21.1/24). I also have a LAN (static 10.10.12.1/24, DHCP 10.10.12.128-199/24). I want to create rules so that traffic coming from LAN go through WAN if the source IP address is below 10.10.12.128/24 and through OPT1 otherwise. I would I go and make that happen? Thanks!

    Hello Have NLB set up and working. Just two servers, web1 and web2. I set up NLB on web1 and can view both machines as Converged. (I had to specify a login/pass to connect to web2). On web2, looking at the NLB Manager, it only shows web2 and says in the log "Accessed Denied. Error connecting to web1". Any ideas how to fix?

    Hello I had installed mysql from the command line when I setup a local web server with custom modules on my snow leopard box. I recently discovered MAMP and its just easier to work with it than with the personal web server Apple has and via command like utils. I uninstall ports completely but still see 'mysqld' in my Activity Monitor. I would like to uninstall this cleanly. Any tips? Thank you.

I have added $ to share name to hide it from other users, but actually this is not solution because such shares can be easily discovered by other OS or some tools on Win.
