• cross platform keyboard/mouse input recommendation

  Does anyone have any suggestions for a good cross platform input library? I'd like to get: * at least keyboard and mouse input * on at least the big three operating systems * Small/fast * C or C++ * permissive licensing gpl2/mit/free/etc. So far I've seen: * OIS (used in Ogre) http://sourceforge.net/projects/wgois/ * SDL (used everywhere it seems, might be a clue) http://www.libsdl.org/index.php * Allegro http://www.talula.demon.co.uk/allegro/readme.html Has any one used any of these, or know of something else that might be good?   Hi, I am having a problem after opening the notepad once I click the button "btnSearch". The idea is that once I clicked the button 'btnSearch', the textbox 'txtSearch' should be 'focused' even after a process was initiated/opened outside the main window. • Tomcat error with Hibernate 3.51 / Java EE 6

  I just upgraded to hibernate 3.51 and I get an error now saying: java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: javax.persistence.OneToMany.orphanRemoval () Z. This only happens with Tomcat not with Jetty. I've checked and I don't have any conflict and this method definitely exists. I have hibernate-jpa-2.0-api-1.0.0.Final.jar on the class path, and dont have any conflicting classes. Any suggestions?

I know it can be done from a Java environment, but I am wondering about the opportunities with modern web languages like Ruby or Python. The latter is considered to be "more scientific" (at least used in that environment), but using Google there seems to be a preliminary ProLog implementation for both.   I get a crash like this: #0 0x2c58def0 in raise () from /lib/libpthread.so.0 #1 0x2d9b8958 in abort () from /lib/libc.so.0 #2 0x2d9b7e34 in __malloc_consolidate () from /lib/libc.so.0 #3 0x2d9b6dc8 in malloc () from /lib/libc.so.0 I guess it is a heap corruption issue. uclibc does not have mcheck/mprobe. Valgrind does not seem to MIPS support and my app (which is multi-threaded) depends on hw specific drivers. Any suggestions to check the consistency of the heap and to detect corruption?

  Hello, i want to ask if there is any way to generate the shortest path from node A to node B without generating the shortest paths to all the other nodes (stop when node B is in the examined set) with A-star in QuickGraph.   Hi, I've defined a view controller with an array as one of its properties, and set the array with an allocated and autoreleased array. After I push the view for display I release it. By watching the leaks tool I see that every time that I pop the view I suffer from leakage. I tried to release the properties explicitly, immediately after the push but the app crashes. looking forward for your suggestions.
