  • How can one undelete an accidentally deleted fan page?

    - by Doug T.
No clue if this is an appropriate SU question or if it's best migrated elsewhere. I help administer a Facebook fan page for a local business. Recently one of the other administrators accidentally deleted the Facebook fan page. We have tried to fill out this form: http://www.facebook.com/developers/developer_help.php And have yet to receive a response. We are desperate to have the fan page restored. Thanks for any pointers.

  • How to configure apache and mod_proxy_ajp in order to forward ssl client certificate

    - by giovanni.cuccu
I've developed a java application that need a ssl client certificate and in the staging environment with apache 2.2 and mod_jk it is working fine. In production the configuration is not using mod_jk but mod_proxy_ajp. I'm looking for an apache configuration example that configure ssl and mod_proxy_ajp for sending the ssl client certificate to the java application server (which listens with the ajp protocol). Thanks a lot

  • How to restore a VirtualBox image given the .vdi file

    - by Ramon Tayag
Background I have VirtualBox on Linux and recently the drive with the system files failed on me. I'm able to use the Live CD to view the files of the storage drive, and through this, I can copy my data files to another computer while I work on this one. How do I load the .vdi in another computer (or in this case, the fresh install of Ubuntu)? I see many samples online of how to export it, but it assumes the host is currently working. Thanks!

  • DNSSEC - What doesn't it cover?

    - by KP65
I'm currently revising for an exam to do with DNS/DNSSEC. While I know DNSSEC provides various security enhancements for DNS, I would like to dive a bit deeper(for my own thirst for knowledge!) and would like to know what is still problematic security wise even after DNSSEC is employed? After all it can't have solved all programs DNS was having with regards to security, right? Thanks

  • Custom shortcut for switching keyboard input languages in Windows XP

    - by uaaquarius
Hi, I'm using Linux for years and now I have to work with Windows XP at work. The problem is I don't like default shortcuts for switching keyboard input languages: [CTRL]+[SHIFT] and [ALT]+[SHIFT]. And I'd really like to change the shortcut to the one I'm using in Linux [SHIFT]+[SHIFT]. I've googled for a while, played with registry but have not found any solution. So, can I assign custom ([SHIFT]+[SHIFT]) shortcut for switching keyboard input languages? Thanks in advance, Andriy

Possible Duplicate: http://superuser.com/questions/118236/do-bookmarks-slow-down-firefox-start-up Firefox 3.6 (and other browsers too): Do bookmarks slow down a browser in general? Not necessarily talking about start-up alone, but more about the actual browsing of webpages... What about if you have the bookmarks bar enabled, and many bookmarks in that bookmarks toolbar folder? Thanks! (OS is Windows 7)

  • VMware Workstation Recording feature

    - by Steeve
I have seen some documentation about a Record/Replay feature in VMware workstation 6 and 7 here : http://cto.vmware.com/the-amazing-vm-recordreplay-feature-in-vmware-workstation-6/ http://www.vmware.com/pdf/ws65_manual.pdf But I don't find that feature in my VMWare Workstation 10. I don't find any manual for the 10th version by the way. Do you know if that feature has been removed ? Or do you know where I can find the feature in VMware Workstation 10 (or 9) ? Thanks in advance,

  • Where can I find the yum repos files for centos 4.7 i386?

    - by Peter Kahn
Does anyone know where I can find the i386 centos 4.7 repos files that would normally sit in /etc/yum.repos.d. Alas, it looks like someone copied the 5.5 edition over to a 4.7 system. I can setup a new VM, install 4.7 and extract the files from that system (but I was hoping for a faster approach. Please let me know if you know where these files live on the net. I'm off to RPMfind to see what I can locate. Thanks Peter
